  • Don Anderson
    SVP & CIO
    Federal Reserve Bank of Boston

    Don Anderson is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. In this capacity, he is responsible for the Federal Reserve System's Internet Cyber and Network Security services and Financial Management Technology services, the Bank’s IT function, Real Estate Services, and Law Enforcement units. Don is currently a member of the Bank's Executive Committee.

    Prior to joining the Federal Reserve, Don was a senior consultant with Hewlett Packard (HP) Enterprise focused on the development and execution of IT transformation strategies for Fortune 500 companies. While at HP, Don successfully managed a number of multi-million dollar international programs.

    He holds a BS degree from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Bentley University, is a founding member of the Advanced Cyber Security Center (ACSC), a Board Member of the Boston CIO Leadership Association and Wall Street Technology Association (WTSA) and is an active member of the Dana Farber Leadership Council (DFLC).

    Snehal Antani has served as Chief Technology Officer, Splunk since 2015. Prior to joining Splunk, Mr. Antani served as Chief Information Officer for multiple divisions of GE Capital from 2013 to 2015. From 2000 to 2012, Mr. Antani served in numerous IT strategy and technology roles at IBM, including Emerging Technologies Lead Architect in 2012 and Private Cloud Strategist from 2011 to 2012. Mr. Antani holds a B.S. from Purdue University and an M.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

    Koby Avital joined Priceline.com as Chief Technology Officer in 2016.  In this role, he manages IT, engineering, application development, software architecture, and technology operations at priceline.com.

    Koby brings over 20 years of executive management experience in startups and larger high-tech companies with the focus on techno strategy, architecture and product development of high availability and large scale systems.

    Prior to joining the company, he was with Ivy Software innovation studio where he was the technical managing principal. Prior to that role, he was at PayPal and served as eBay’s VP of Platform, Infrastructure services and Architecture. Koby spent six years with Microsoft as a partner architect, product unit manager and as a GPM working on variety of products such as AppFabric, Azure and Office 365. His enterprise experience came from being part of SAP where Koby was the GM of composite application and enterprise architecture and from PeopleSoft as the VP of development of Human Capital Division.

    Ms. Certoma is an industry leader in managing next-generation technology solutions for the financial services industry. As the former President of Brokerage Processing Services (BPS), she oversaw the technology strategy, product development and end-to-end service delivery for Broadridge’s suite of brokerage processing solutions. Her responsibilities included equity, option and mutual fund securities processing, the business process management suite, advisor and investor portals and distributed data products.

    Prior to Broadridge, Ms. Certoma worked as Chief Information Officer for the Corporate and the Investment Bank at Wachovia Corp. She also has held senior leadership positions in Technology & Operations with Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers and First Boston.  At Goldman Sachs, she chaired committees on Women in Technology, Learning & Professional Development, Career Development and Project Management. She earned an MBA in Finance and a B.S. in Management and Economics from St. John’s University.

    One of the most sought-after talents of tech world, Mario DiNatale has garnered a reputation as one of today's most prolific technology visionaries, while simultaneously distinguishing himself as a charismatic and versatile executive in a variety of roles and projects.

    Mario is currently the CIO of Spectrum Virtual, prior to which he was the CIO of Hamden, Connecticut. Mario also acts as a mentor and adviser to the Google Incubator startup Kricket.

    With his recent involvement in the takedown of the Teslacrypt Ransomware ring, he has further cemented his position as one of the world's foremost cybersecurity researchers and continues to act as a cybersecurity adviser to a multitude of Law Enforcement and Intelligence organizations.

    Born to blue collar, immigrant parents in a suburb of New Haven, CT, legend has it that Mario was born with screwdriver in his hand and started voiding warranties shortly thereafter. After being raised on a steady diet of thin crust pizza and hacker conventions, he decided to pursue a degree in computer science (much to his parent's apprehension). On the day he left for college, his father told him that he didn't know if there was any money in "computers", handed him a shovel and told him that if that whole "computer thing" didn't pan out, this shovel would still be here waiting for him.

    Spare time activities include brazillian jiu-jitsu, imbibing copious amounts of espresso, and reading books on quantum physics. He still has that shovel.

    Johnny Dranchak is the CTO,  CoreTech App Studio at General Electric.  Prior to joining GE, Johnny was the  CTO and VP of WSJ Digital at Dow Jones.  As a consultant he has led Agile Transformations for MTV/Nickelodeon, KPMG, Macy's, JP Morgan, Mizuho and Subway. Johnny has also been responsible for architecting and building large scale systems for clients such as Nestle, Bank of America and Microsoft.

Richard also served as CIO at a major global law firm and several healthcare companies with documented success aligning technology investment to strategic business objectives. He has significant experience managing all areas of traditional IT as well as Digital Media, Online/Digital Marketing, Internet/eCommerce, Multi-Channel Retail, Broadcasting, Telecommunications, Data & Analytics, Physical & Data Security, Audio Visual, and Venue Management.

    A passionate advocate of continuing education, mentoring, and paying it forward, Richard is an active mentor to students enrolled in the Executive Master of Science in Technology Management Program at Columbia University and a Taproot Foundation Pro Bono Advisor to non-profits via the Disney VoluntEARS program. He is also an Advisory Board Member at HMG Strategy and CIO Perspectives and a frequent speaker and panelist at HMG Strategy, CDM Media, CIO Perspectives, and Landmark Ventures technology summits.     Ursuline is Senior Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer of XL Catlin. She is responsible for all information systems strategy, support and operations for Reinsurance and Enterprise Corporate Applications. Since joining the Company in 1990, she has held a variety of positions related to technology management and during that time and was also based in Bermuda for almost 4 years. Ursuline reports to the CIO of XL and is a member of the Management Team in XL Reinsurance and XL which is responsible for aligning all XL I.T. strategy and budget against the XL business plans. In her role as XLRe CIO, Ursuline has traveled to various locations globally, managing and supporting diverse teams across Asia Pac, Latin America, U.S., Canada, Europe, Bermuda. For many years she has been responsible for implementing global business solutions, integrating both local and global business processes/governance, that need to meet local market and regulatory needs as well as meet the global needs of XL. She also serves, as well as attends, on a number of industry committees both at home and abroad. Ms. Foley has participated in various reinsurance industry technology and e-commerce initiatives for many years including co-chair of the reinsurance task group (TG 7) of Disa, ACORD Standards Committee and RAA I.T. Committee. She has served on the ACORD Advisory Board for a number of years. Ms. Foley has over 25 years of information technology experience, of which over 20 years were spent serving the reinsurance industry. Under her leadership, XLRe was recognized by Information Week in 2009 for being in the top 250 companies for technology innovation. During 2007 Ms Foley was recognized as one of the seven Technology Stars nationally by Tech Decisions and recognized as one of the Influential women in insurance by Insurance Networking News. Prior to joining XL, Ms. Foley was employed by Guy Carpenter New York as applications manager responsible for their domestic and international underwriting and accounting systems. Ursuline was raised in Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Science and Diploma in Education from University College Cork, Ireland and also a Masters of Science from Pace University, New York. She completed the CIO Leadership development program held jointly by the Concours Group and Babson University.

    John is the author of several other books, to include Why Teens Fail and What to Fix, a parents’ guide to protecting their children from Internet predators and other dangers, and Information Governance Security, how businesses can protect their sensitive data from loss or compromise.  His recently released How to Stop A Terrorist, is a guide for the average person to recognize and help prevent terrorism. John is a highly sought after speaker and has presented to Fortune 500 companies, domestic and international audiences, the United Nations, and the Vatican where he met personally with Pope Francis to discuss the evolution of cyber crime.

    A former San Diego Police Officer and a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, to include studies of international criminal and civil law at Oxford, England, John is also an attorney admitted to the practice of law in California, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is currently a private consultant, whose clients have included the both the FBI and a national professional sports league.

Prior to joining save the Children, Ken spent 25 years in the CPG sector holding CIO positions for two of the world's largest international CPG companies- Nestlé Waters North America and Pepsi-Cola North America. 

    A grass roots IT leader, Ken has held positions from ground floor IT all the way up to CIO. His "no job too small" approach combined with his customer service orientation has enabled him to lead, motivate, and migrate his career along the way. For the multi-national companies, Ken has implemented large scale data center relocation projects, small-medium and large scale ERP systems, M&A, Outsourcing, Customer Service and Help Desk start-ups and has had to lead and manage teams with global reach from his US based headquarters positions.  Ken is a member of Fairfield/Westchester SIM and has served on its program committees.     In the past, she has led technology and business transformation programs for companies such as Pitney Bowes, USI Holdings and Dun & Bradstreet.

    She holds two Master’s degrees (Computer Science and Executive Management of Technology from UPenn’s Engineering and Wharton Schools) and lives in Westchester, NY (with her husband and one-and-only precious daughter).

    David Pogue is the founder of Yahoo Tech, having been groomed for the position by 13 years as the personal-technology columnist for the New York Times. He’s also a monthly columnist for Scientific American and host of science shows on PBS’s “NOVA.” He’s been a correspondent for “CBS Sunday Morning” since 2002.

    With over 3 million books in print, David is one of the world’s bestselling how-to authors. He wrote or co-wrote seven books in the “for Dummies” series (including Macs, Magic, Opera, and Classical Music); in 1999, he launched his own series of complete, funny computer books called the Missing Manual series, which now includes 120 titles.
