    Sunny Azadeh is an entrepreneur and experienced Information Technology executive with solid industry experience in Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Medical Devices and Software verticals and successful track record of building the technology & infrastructure for during startup, turn around, IPO, and merger & acquisition. She is currently the Vice President of Information Technology at Guidewire Software. Prior to her role Ms. Azadeh was CEO and Founder of Azadeh Inc, an Information technology consulting services, Acctuall, Inc. a big data company focused on full services restaurants, CIO at Align Technology, SVP and CIO at Agile Software and CIO at ZilOG Inc. Sunny holds a master's degree in Computer Science Engineering from San Jose State University.

  • Todd Barnum

    Todd Barnum is the Chief Information Security Officer for GoPro in San Mateo California.  In this role, he leads the information security team, and helps GoPro secure its critical information assets.

    Prior to GoPro, Todd spent time at two consulting firms, KPMG LLP, and Forrester Research.  In both positions Todd led Information Security Consulting Practices.   

    Prior to these consultant gigs, Todd was the Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Warner Bros Entertainment in Burbank California.  At the same time Todd also had the pleasure of serving Warner Bros as the Vice President of Enterprise Architecture, and was responsible for architecting and securing the transition from and entirely insourced IT model to one that was entirely outsourced and off-shored. 

    Prior to Warner Bros, Todd spent 8 years at AMGEN, headquartered in Los Angeles where he served as Corporate Director and Chief Information Security Officer. 

    Early in his career, Todd learned the details of information security as a Naval Officer managing some of the Navy’s largest telecommunication systems.  Todd got his Masters in Telecommunications from the United States Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey California, and his Bachelors from the University of Hawaii. 

    Todd is also an Adjunct Professor at California Luther University where he’s taught computer science courses since 2001.  Todd also served as a Board member of the Ventura County YMCA, and was a part Orange County’s Big Brother Big Sister Program.

    James has over 26 years of experience in information technology in a variety of leadership roles.  He has 15 years of direct experience as an information security leader and is currently the Chief Information Security Officer at GE Capital Americas and the Information Security Divestiture Leader for GE Capital.  James has worked for General Electric over 18 Years and currently has accountability for a GE Capital business that generates over $2 Billion dollars of net income on $100 Billion dollars in assets.

    James is actively involved in FS-ISAC (Financial Services – Information Sharing and Analysis Center), ISSA (Information Systems Security Association), and ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association), which work to drive standards, improvements, and networking in security and risk management globally.  He also participates in Infragard to improve communications between the public and private sectors related to protecting our critical infrastructure. 

    He has Co-Chaired the CISO Executive Summit in Dallas for the past six years, and participates as a Keynote Speaker at SecureWorld, IANS, and other information security and risk management events across the country.

    James also works closely with the SINET, the Security Innovation Network, to promote public and private sector collaboration and increase the awareness of innovative emerging companies.

    He has an MBA from Southern Methodist University with a Finance emphasis and a BBA with a major in Management and Leadership. 

    He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), and also Six Sigma Quality certified.

    Gerald Beuchelt is the Chief Security Officer for Demandware and responsible for leading the strategy and operations of the development, implementation, and management of the corporate information security governance and management framework. He provides senior-level support for the compliance and privacy programs and is responsible for maintaining SOC2/3 report, Sarbanes-Oxley IT,  ISO 27001 certificate, PCI-DSS compliance, HIPAA, and US and EU Privacy compliance. Gerald is the Data Protection officer for Demandware’s German entity and also acts as the NISP Facility Security Officer. 

    Prior to this position Gerald was a Principal Software Systems Engineer at MITRE. He focused on cyber security, advanced web services, and identity management technology and their application in the context of complex government programs. He architected and implemented the security environment for Air Force programs, focusing on the development and execution of the overall information assurance, including security engineering, configuration management, and certification and accreditation. Gerald also supported modernizing health IT, especially within the S&I Framework initiative of the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC). In this role he is was also actively engaged with the identity and privacy management communities. Before MITRE, Gerald worked in several positions at Sun Microsystems, focussing on technical support for regulatory and litigative activities in Europe and the US, industry collaborations, standards development, and strategic research and development. 

    Gerald is IT Sector Chief for the Boston FBI/Infragard Chapter and served on the Burlington, MA Information Systems Advisory Board.

    As the Chief Security Officer, Steven Booth is in charge of leading all aspects of IT security at FireEye.  This includes the ongoing development and execution of enterprise-wide security architecture and monitoring programs, as well as technology risk and compliance.  Steven directs the implementation of security controls, standards, policies and procedures to ensure continuous monitoring and protection of information systems and physical property while ensuring that compliance is maintained against both corporate security policies and industry standards.

     

    Prior to joining FireEye, Steven was the AVP of Information Security and CISO at Manulife/John Hancock in Boston, Massachusetts, where he had global responsibility for all IT security in the US, Canada, and 11 countries in Asia.  He previously held the role of Cybersecurity Architect at Microsoft, and ran security operations for VeriSign’s MSSP.  Steven has a B.S. in Business Management from CSUH, and a Master’s degree in Digital Security from Golden Gate University.

Iannarelli recently retired from the FBI after more than 20 years of service, during which he was a member of the SWAT Team and participated in the investigations of the Oklahoma City Bombing, the 9/11 attack, and the Congresswoman Gabriel Giffords shooting.  John previously served at FBI Headquarters as their national spokesperson and on the Cyber Division Executive staff.  In Phoenix, John was the Cyber squad supervisor before promotion to Assistant Special Agent in Charge, the number two position overseeing all Criminal, Cyber, and Counter Intelligence investigations throughout Arizona.  John has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Computer Science for his contributions to the field of cyber investigations.

    John is the author of several other books, to include Why Teens Fail and What to Fix, a parents’ guide to protecting their children from Internet predators and other dangers, and Information Governance Security, how businesses can protect their sensitive data from loss or compromise.  His recently released How to Stop A Terrorist, is a guide for the average person to recognize and help prevent terrorism. John is a highly sought after speaker and has presented to Fortune 500 companies, domestic and international audiences, the United Nations, and the Vatican where he met personally with Pope Francis to discuss the evolution of cyber crime.

    A former San Diego Police Officer and a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, to include studies of international criminal and civil law at Oxford, England, John is also an attorney admitted to the practice of law in California, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is currently a private consultant, whose clients have included the both the FBI and a national professional sports league.

    Matthew Rosenquist joined Intel Corp in 1996 and benefits from nearly 25 years in the field of security. Mr. Rosenquist specializes in security strategy, measuring value, and developing cost effective capabilities and organizations which deliver the optimal level of security.  Currently, a cyber-security strategist for the Intel Security Group, he helped in the formation of this industry leading organization which brings together security across hardware, firmware, software and services.

    Mr. Rosenquist built and managed Intel’s first global 24x7 Security Operations Center, oversaw several internal platform security products and services, deployed the enterprise intrusion detection program, and was Intel’s first Incident Commander for worldwide IT emergency responses.  He has conducted investigations and risk assessments in defense of corporate assets and managed the security playbook for Intel’s strategy planning group, encompassing all security features landing in the PC architecture.  Mr. Rosenquist ran security for Intel’s multi-billion dollar mergers and acquisitions activities and justified the security strategy protecting Intel’s global manufacturing capability.  His development of the Threat Agent Risk Assessment (TARA) methodology to optimize security, has influenced how organizations view and prioritize risks.

    Stephen Spagnuolo joined ZRG Partners with a principal mandate to launch and build a consequential cybersecurity leadership advisory practice.  He delivers leadership talent and corporate development solutions to the firm’s clients, across security/cybersecurity and various other industry sectors, ranging from early-stage/startup to emerging growth to mid and large global corporates.  In so doing, he leverages his deep and extensive network across the US National Security and Wall Street communities.

    Prior to ZRG, Stephen was the Founder and Managing Principal of SASearch Advisors, a strategic leadership advisory firm.  Previously, he was Co-Founder and Head of the Americas for Sheffield Haworth, a London-based global investment banking and financial services recruitment firm; where in just a few years’ time, he and his team established the platform as a ‘firm of choice’ amongst the Tier 1 global investment banking sector. His formative executive search years were with Russell Reynolds Associates in New York, as a member of the Global Banking & Markets Practice.

    He currently sits as an Advisory Board member for Kean University’s (NJ) Center for Cybersecurtiy; consults frequently with US Naval Academy’s Center for Cyber Security Studies; serves as a cybersecurity “expert” and the on-call cybersecurity headhunter with RANE (Risk Assistance Network + Exchange); and is frequently engaged as guest panelist on cybersecurity recruitment for various executive leadership summits and forums, including HMG Strategy CIO Summits.
