    Renee Arrington is a senior vice president, shareholder and CIO Practice Leader for Pearson Partners International, a top 25 nationally ranked retained search firm. Renee was a Partner in the CIO and Technology Practices of two global search firms before joining Pearson Partners.

    An active member of the SIM Dallas Chapter, Renee has written a column for CIO Decisions magazine, and has been quoted in national media. She is a frequent keynote speaker at IT conferences and a member of the Association for Executive Search Consultants (AESC).

    Renee earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity University and studied at Parsons School of Design in Paris.

    Prior to joining Associa, Andrew worked at PepsiCo, where he was the finance lead for its business process transformation organization and was most recently global director of planning and analysis. Additionally, he spent several years in finance with Kraft Foods.

    Andrew received his Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Tennessee and his MBA from DePaul University.

    Nellson Burns moved to Dallas in 2007 from Houston to become Holly Corporation’s Vice President of Information Technology.  Holly Corporation is an independent petroleum refiner and marketer producing high-value products such as gasoline, diesel and jet fuel as well as specialty lubricants, oil and waxes.  Holly has major refinery operations New Mexico, Utah and Oklahoma that drive revenues above 8 billion dollars per year.  Nellson, a rising star in the Metroplex IT community, was recruited by Holly for this role at the age of 32.  Nellson helped complete the successful implementation of a comprehensive SAP software suite in 2007.  When Holly acquired two significant refineries within seven months in 2009 and doubled its refining capacity, Nellson successfully spearheaded the rapid business and technology integration efforts, including integrating the new refineries into SAP with a 4 week period.  He will get the chance to leverage these integration skills again, as Holly plans to merge with Frontier Oil Corporation in the early 3rdquarter this year.  Prior to joining Holly, Nellson was with Ernst & Young’s, then CapGemini’s, Oil & Gas SAP practice for nine years, were he “refined” his IT leadership skills.  Nellson serves as a member of the SIM DFW Chapter Board, and is the chairman of the global advisory council for SAP’s for Oil & Gas sector.  He is also on the advisory board for the Terry Foundation, the state’s largest private source of full academic scholarships.

    Mr. Cummings is a recognized leader in advising organizations on the recruitment, assessment, development, and retention of information technology as well as information security & risk management talent at all levels, including the Board of Directors.     Prior to Korn Ferry, Mr. Cummings served as an associate principal in the industrial, supply chain, and transportation & logistics practices of another leading executive search firm, where he executed senior executive search assignments for both public and private equity-backed companies. He also served clients in the consumer & retail, technology, government & defense, biotechnology, and education sectors.

    Greg Ericson is the SVP and CIO Essilor of America as well as the Chief Executive of Optical Lab Software Solutions, one of the company’s business units. He is responsible for leading the company’s entry into a new integrated customer offering with a suite of commercial optical cloud products including Ask About Your Eyes, Frame Dream, Uprise and Optuitive. Since joining Essilor, Greg has led the IT department to a 30 percent increase in overall customer satisfaction.

    Prior to joining Essilor, Greg served as Chief Innovation and Technology Officer for Press Ganey Associates where he oversaw the introduction of market leading integrated and guided analytics for the healthcare industry.  He led the introduction of master patient indexing technology which enabled the correlation of patient satisfaction scores with clinical outcome measures, and delivered clients a longitudinal view of performance.

    He was also CIO at The Broadlane Group, Smith & Nephew, and Home Shopping Network. Greg currently serves on the board of directors for the ecommerce company VisionWeb and is actively involved in the Essilor Vision Foundation, UT Dallas Advisory Board, and MentorNet.

    Mr. Fetter has built his reputation as a transformational leader who addresses business challenges head-on. Throughout his career, he has led technology transformations at many international companies. He is credited with the development and execution of technology strategies that have transformed the client experience, accelerated operational efficiencies, and optimized core technology spend.  
     
    As a customer advocate, he has championed customer advisory boards, supported global sales, and is considered a thought leader on the transformative role of technology in business. He has a passionate delivery style and is often sought out as a speaker for internal and external conferences to share his view on the accelerated pace of change, emerging innovations, and the evolving role of technology. 
     
    Mr. Fetter has been recognized as a digital leader who is using technology in unique and impactful ways. As Chief Information Officer at LPL Financial, he developed and executed a private cloud based digital transformation strategy that provides enhanced client experiences.  This platform uses data and analytics coupled with automation to drive efficiency. In addition, he has increased his focus on technology risk management in recent years to establish a robust cyber security function while building relationships with regulators to ensure a strong compliance profile. 
     
    He is passionate about innovation. He has established environments where exploration and discovery are encouraged and new capabilities emerge, including cognitive computing, adaptive analytics, voice and automation. In the past few years, he has also been recognized by Forbes and others as one of the most ‘social’ CIOs in the U.S. In 2015, Mr. Fetter was named the Charlotte Business Journal’s CIO of the Year, and the North Carolina Technology Association’s Private Sector CIO of the Year. In 2016, his team was recognized with a CIO 100 award.  
     
    In leading one of the largest global e-commerce platforms, Dell.com, he organized and executed technology at scale. As the Vice President and CIO of Dell’s online division, he led the digital transformation of a $15 billion e-commerce channel that supported Dell’s consumer, commercial, and reseller network spanning 130 countries and processing one order per second. During this time, he also increased the pace of delivery for new capability from four times per year to two times per week. 
     
    Mr. Fetter is a Director at The Private Trust Company (PTC), which provides trust administrative services for individual and family assets. Prior to these roles, he has been an executive at Dell Computer, Mercer Human Resource Consulting and Hewitt Associates (now Aon Hewitt). 
     
    Mr. Fetter is a community advocate and serves on the Board of Directors for two local nonprofits.  Pat’s Place is a child advocacy center focused on promoting healing from child sexual abuse. Apparo, focuses on empowering the Charlotte nonprofit community through technology. He is a proponent of Young Life and serves in the children’s program for his local church.  
     
    He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration from Spring Hill College.  A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, he and his wife, Heather, have been married for nearly 25 years.  They have four children and are passionate about family and travelling.

Kay has served on the board of directors for Texas Energy Association for Marketers since 2002. In addition, Kay has served as National Committee Chair for National Energy Marketers Association in 2005 and 2006.

    A seasoned executive with more than 30 years of information systems management experience, Gold was previously SVP and CIO for Avaya. Prior to joining Avaya, Gold was EVP, Chief Information Officer and Corporate Chief Technology Officer for GSI Commerce where he was responsible for product development, product marketing, systems architecture, product engineering and technology operations for one of the nation’s premier eCommerce solutions providers. Previously Gold was divisional CIO at Merck &Co. He was also CIO at Medco Health Solutions, where he was the founder and General Manager of Medco.com.

    Sonny Hashmi is the Managing Director of Global Government Strategy at Box. In his role, Sonny is responsible for developing and executing a go- to Market strategy for Box within global public sectors, and represents Box as a cloud computing thought-leader in government. Sonny also serves as part of the Editorial Advisory board for GovernmentCIO magazine, and works for Federal, State and Local and international government customers on cloud and mobility strategy. 

    Prior to joining Box, Sonny served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA).  Since joining GSA in 2011, Sonny managed the agency's $600 million Information Technology (IT) budget and ensuring alignment with agency and the administration's strategic objectives, information security and enterprise architecture. Sonny led several technology initiatives at GSA, that leveraged emerging technologies to modernize and improve GSA operations. He also provided oversight of GSA’s IT projects, implemented the digital government strategy and was a major force towards adoption of cloud for GSA’s email, collaboration and applications as well as creating agile practices for cloud development.

    Sonny has also served as the CTO for the District of Columbia, Office of the Chief Financial Officer. He championed and successfully delivered many initiatives including large system modernization projects, implementation of a District-wide business intelligence platform for agency financial management and oversaw business process automation. Sonny also worked for private sector organizations leading large scale initiatives for federal, state and local government agencies.

    Sonny is active in the federal IT community. He received the 2013 Federal 100 award for Digital Government Innovation - as a “cloud expander.”

    Other awards include his team’s win of the 2011 GCN award for (Cloud) Enterprise E-mail and Collaboration, and as a finalist for the prestigious Samuel J.     Previously, Rusty was Vice President of Enterprise IT for Brinker International, the $4B owner of Chili’s, On The Border, Maggiano’s and Macaroni Grill. He also held leadership positions at Ernst and Young and MCI, and cofounded a successful software solution delivery company.

She joined Baxter from Daimler, where she spent the last six years in managerial positions of increasing responsibility.     Peter has also devoted a substantial amount of time and energy serving government agencies and non-profit organizations by addressing their computer, Social Media, and Internet issues. Peter served as Founding Chair for 12 years of the TEXAS SUPREME COURT Judicial Committee on Information Technology whose mission is to put Internet on the desktops of all 3,200 judges in Texas and implement state eFiling (www.txcourts.gov/jcit.aspx). 

    In 1994 Peter was President of the DALLAS BAR ASSOCIATION and also served on the Board of Directors of the STATE BAR OF TEXAS, where he served as Founding Chair of the Computer & Technology Section. Peter teaches courses on eDiscovery and the Law of eCommerce as an Adjunct Professor at the SMU DEDMAN LAW SCHOOL, and is on the founding Board of Advisors of the SMU Computer Law Review and Technology Journal.
