Courageous Leadership: Driving Digital Transformation and Delivering Value to the C-suite and Board

Digital disruption is creating new opportunities – and challenges – to remodel the business, deliver differentiated customer experiences, and achieve competitive advantage.

These dynamic developments allow the CIO to forge deeper partnerships with the C-suite and Board of Directors to drive the digital agenda and deliver increased value to the enterprise. But in order to succeed, CIOs must demonstrate bold, game-changing leadership, engender transformational innovation, and steer the enterprise into the next era of digital business through the savvy deployment of AI/machine learning, blockchain, and other cutting-edge technologies.

The leadership traits and skills required by technology leaders to spearhead digital transformation and partner with the C-suite and Board will be the focal point of the 2017 San Francisco CIO Executive Leadership Summit.
