As technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence and hyper-convergence offer new ways for doing business, the CIO is uniquely positioned to deliver bold, game-changing leadership, engender transformational innovation, and steer the enterprise into the next era of digital business.

    Nicholas Colisto is responsible for ensuring that Xylem’s information technology (IT) strategy and staffing support Xylem’s global business. He oversees the company’s integrated systems management as well as the implementation of its technological strategy to increase information accessibility. Prior to joining Xylem, he served in executive IT positions at Hovnanian Enterprises and was subsequently appointed to Vice President and CIO. Mr. Colisto was also an Executive Director of IT at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals. Earlier in his career, he served in a number of IT positions at Priceline.com, Hyperion Solutions, Pepsi-Cola and Bayer.

    Mr. Colisto is the author of The CIO Playbook: Strategies and Best Practices for IT Leaders to Deliver Value. He serves on the academic advisory board at Rutgers University in New Jersey and formerly served on the foundation board of trustees for Bayshore Community Hospital, part of the Meridian Health Network.
     
    Mr. Colisto graduated from Pace University in New York with both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and a Master of Science in Information Systems.

    Mr. Cooper is the owner and managing director of his own analytics consulting firm – JGC LLC.  Jason is a 20+year data and analytics professional and seasoned business executive specializing in analytics and informatics covering for-profit, nonprofit and government domains, including senior leadership roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, Cigna and CVS Health, as well as experience with advanced NIOSH, NASA, DOD and other software systems. He is a well-published author, experienced public speaker and prior funded researcher.  Additionally, Jason is a member of the International Institute for Analytics, the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society, the Healthcare Financial Management Association and Sentrian’s Advisory Board.  He holds Masters Degrees in Computer Science and Biomedical Engineering.

    Mark DuBrock started his role in global infrastructure and operations for S&P Ratings following Hurricane Sandy, which disabled the production data center in 2012.  Mark used his background in integration, his perseverance, and his pragmatic approach toward innovation to restore infrastructure and applications while the production facility was still under flood water in lower Manhattan.  Mark has since been recognized within S&P and in the media for building a leading approach to identify technology risk in the operating environment.  Today, Mark oversees the strategy, planning, and execution of the Rating business’s infrastructure and application operations - both on premise and in the public/private cloud.  Mark delivers infrastructure and operations to a regulatory expectation and enables his teams and his infrastructure with continuous software delivery and automation.

    Prior to this role, Mark ran a variety of enterprise technology teams at Standard & Poor’s and previously at Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management business covering DevOps, identity management, grid computing, content management, and workflow systems.  Mark is known to bring innovative approaches to help the productivity of his team and his partners in business and technology.

    Mark received a bachelor’s degree in BioMedical Engineering from the University of Illinois.  He, his wife, and three children live in the Connecticut suburbs of NYC.

    Jim is the Chief Technology Officer at Billtrust with over 25 years’ experience building highly scalable and robust systems. He is a driven IT business and technology executive who has led several organizations through major growth phases, infrastructure initiatives and M&A integration.  Jim has been involved with multiple successful startup companies where he led all aspects of the IT organization. Jim is a former CIO of the year finalist for NJ, recognized for his contribution to driving breakthrough innovation and creating a strategic IT organization. He serves on multiple executive advisory boards for industry leading organizations and has been an industry speaker at various technology events dealing with the future of IT organizations and building cloud based solutions. He is currently a member of the Society for Information Management of NJ. Jim has also contributed to several trade articles on best practices within the business environment dealing with outsourcing business practices. Jim joined Billtrust in October 2002. Prior to Billtrust, he was the Executive Vice President of Product Development for Paytrust, Inc. where he was responsible for all IT initiatives. Prior to Paytrust, Jim worked as a Manager for Logic Works, as a Senior Consultant at Atlantic Information Management and as Senior Product Analyst for the U.S. Army. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance from Mount Saint Mary's College and management training from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

    Chuck is a Consultant in the New York office and leads the Chief Information Officers Practice on the East Coast.  He brings deep expertise in Chief Information Officer searches across numerous industries including Financial Services, Life Sciences, Industrial, Technology, and Public Sector .

    Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Chuck was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan in its Treasury & Securities Services (TSS) division. With TSS, he served as the Chief of Staff for the Global Head of Treasury Services Operations.  He was also a member of the TSS Strategy team where he had responsibility for leading strategy projects and executing M&A transactions. Previously, Chuck was a Director at Liberty Mutual Group where he worked on the Corporate M&A and Corporate Strategy teams.  Chuck also worked in the Investment Banking division of Credit Suisse First Boston.

    Prior to pursuing an MBA at the Wharton School, Chuck worked as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company serving clients across a variety of industries.  He also worked as an Applications Developer at TenFold Corporation, a software company focused on developing large-scale applications.

    As Global CIO of Conair Corporation, Jon Harding holds worldwide responsibility for the company’s IT in support of both day-to-day operations, and future business growth. Harding joined Conair Corporation at the start of 2004 in the new position of Global CIO. A graduate of the University of Sheffield in England, he has 20 years of IT management experience in the consumer products industry. The Conair IT team led by Harding has completed the global rollout of a centralized ERP system that provides one central source of management information to support business growth. Along the way several acquired companies have been integrated into this central IT infrastructure in a 3 to 6 month timeframe. The IT team is customer service focused with the flexibility to meet dynamic business priorities.

    Before joining Conair, Harding was Director of IT for the U.S. Snacks Division of Kellogg Company (formerly the Keebler Company) that Kellogg’s acquired in 2001. Prior to 2001, he held various IT leadership positions within the UK and European subsidiaries of Kellogg’s. From 1999 to 2001 he was the overall leader of a major business process and system change initiative for Kellogg’s Europe. In total he spent 17 years with Kellogg’s IT team.

    Previously, Chris was with Johnson & Johnson for 13 years, leading major strategic transformational change programs in Supply Chain and Commercial Operations.  Chris’s work at J&J focused on driving significant step improvements in customer experience and internal/external supply chain across multiple functions, geographies and business segments.  Most recently, as Vice President, Enterprise Business Systems Strategy, Chris led strategy, governance and execution for a massive global, cross-business sector portfolio of enterprise programs for J&J, including a multi-year set of global SAP roll-outs and the largest commercial contracting transformation ever done in J&J. 

    Chris’s special areas of expertise and interest include executive leadership; integrating strategy, technology and operations; leading and developing global, cross-functional teams; change management; high complexity/white space problems; metrics and business performance measurement; program, project and risk management; and acquisition integration.

    Chris earned an MBA with distinction from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University.  He lives with his wife and two children in Princeton, NJ.

    Rama is passionate about leveraging data using Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Analytics to address business questions and create impact and value. He is shaping the long term vision and strategy of the data sciences organization within J&J to delivery analytics and systems in support of J&J business groups and innovation centers. His areas of interest include approaches to solve complex computational and mathematical problems as they relate to interpreting health care data. At J&J, the data sciences group under Rama leadership is creating cutting-edge capabilities and delivering compelling business value using Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Cognitive Compute and Artificial Intelligence.  Rama is also leading the Janssen IT activities for Real World Evidence and Disease Registries.

    Prior to joining Janssen, he spent over 15 year as part of R&D business in other pharma companies. Previously, he was at Hoffmann-La Roche where he led Data Analysis, Translational and Bioinformatics, Chemogenomics and Computer Aided Drug Design (CADD) groups. He has a Ph.D. from University of Pittsburgh in Biophysics and Quantum Chemistry, and post-doctoral experience at University of Pittsburgh Medical School. He served as an adjunct professor at Duke University for 6 years. He is an author of over 30 peer reviewed scientific publications and named inventor on over 25 patents. Currently, he is serving on the customer advisory board of SAS Corporation for Advanced Analytics.

In his prior role as the global head of R&D, Vipul oversaw technology research & development for Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Equity, Trading Solutions, Commodities, Options, Derivatives, Data, Portfolio Analytics, Internal Systems, Web Products, Software Infrastructure and News.

    Vipul started his career as a developer with Granada Systems Design, Inc., then moved on to run his own boutique firm specializing in computer telephony integration from 1995 to 2003. Vipul earned a bachelors and master’s degree in computer science from Pace University.

    Georgia Papathomas is Vice President and Chief Information Officer J&J Pharmaceuticals.  She is a member of the J&J Pharmaceuticals Group Operating Committee (GOC) and Chief Information Officer for the Group of J&J Pharmaceutical Companies.   In this position, Georgia’s goals include driving innovation in IT and creating competitive advantage for the business through the use of technology, following changes in information flow across the Healthcare Industry, influencing changes in Health IT, and building a strong and engaged global IT team. 

    Prior to joining J&J, Georgia held the position of Senior Vice President-Chief Information Office and Corporate Innovation Officer at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceutical in Ridgefield, Connecticut. She was a member of the BI-Pharmaceuticals Executive Leadership Team. 

    Georgia has worked with Pfizer as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for EMEA and as Vice President-Global Customer Service Management; Lucent Technologies as Vice President-Global Professional Services/Network Solutions; and started her career in research at AT&T Bell Labs.

    Georgia received her Ph.D. Engineering Science; her M.S. Engineering Mechanics, Sloan Fellowship; and B.S. Civil Engineering all from Columbia University in New York.

    Among her many affiliations, she is on the Board of the National Center for Women in Information, a Member of the Board of Advisors for Columbia University, and on the Board of the Madison YMCA.  Georgia is also a member of the North American Research Board, the New York Academy of Science, the Sigma Xi Research Honor Society, The Pharmaceutical Information Systems Associations, and the Executive Women’s technology Forum SWIFT.

    Prior to her current role at Verizon, Radhika worked very closely with leadership teams in Strategy, Finance and Operations and had responsibility for driving large scale enterprise wide changes that were cross functional in nature and focused on expanding margin and growth while operating efficiently and delighting customers.

    Prior to this role, Radhika Venkatraman was the Vice President for IT - Enterprise Sales Life Cycle and Ordering systems. She was also the Verizon Lean Six Sigma Lead for Information Technology. She led a global team of 1,200 professionals and revolutionized the way Verizon delivers services to its enterprise clients, which serves 99% of Fortune 500 companies. The transformation effort, called Rapid Delivery, created one global process from quote to billing and accelerates solution delivery.

    She has a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India and 2 master’s degrees, one in Computer Aided Engineering and another in Computer Science, both from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC, USA.
