    Ramón Baez is the Former Senior Vice President, Customer Evangelist for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Ramón champions customer centricity. Hewlett Packard Enterprise believes in relationship to drive the company’s business. In his role, he advised customers and partners through frank practitioner-to-practitioner discussions on how to make and implement decisions about emerging digital technologies in their operations, products and business models; which will have a positive impact in the market place.

    Ramón joined Hewlett-Packard in 2012, as a senior vice president and global chief information officer (CIO), a role in which he oversaw the worldwide information technology (IT) strategy and all of the company’s IT assets that supported Hewlett-Packard employees and helped to drive strategic company priorities. This included global application development, the company’s private cloud, IT security, data management, technology infrastructure, and telecommunication networks. He also serves as chairman of enterprise-wide Diversity & Inclusion Board, an entity that serves as the strategic governing body for global diversity and inclusion (D&I) at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. The board works closely with company leaders to champion the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.

    His career spans 40 years at global Fortune 100 companies in the manufacturing, packaged goods, aerospace and defense industries, and products and services for the scientific community. Prior to HP, he held chief information officers positions at Kimberly Clark Corp., Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc. and Honeywell’s Automation and Control Solutions group. Ramón began his career at Northrop Grumman, where he spent 25 years and finished as CIO for its electronics systems sensor sector.

    He continues to serve on boards of DocuSign, Boys and Girls Clubs of the Peninsula, EdSource, Hispanic IT Executive Council (HITEC), Trpz.com as well as his most recent appointment as Board of Directors for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals boards.

    He deeply believes that business leaders need to take really good care of themselves, as if they were corporate athletes.

    He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of La Verne in California.

    Bob Concannon is a Senior Client Partner within the San Francisco office of Korn Ferry. He is a member of the Firm’s Global Technology Market. Mr. Concannon brings to Korn/Ferry over 10 years of technology executive search experience, leading numerous CIO and CTO searches across industries.     Spencer Mott is Amgen’s Chief Information Officer responsible for leading Amgen’s Global Information Systems organization. Mr. Mott is accountable for the global delivery of information systems that enable successful development and commercialization of Amgen’s products.

    Mr. Mott joined Amgen in November 2012 as a Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer, accountable for the global leadership of Amgen’s cybersecurity and Information Protection Program.

    Mr. Mott has also led Amgen’s enterprise architecture, software engineering and “Dev-Ops” program charged with modernizing capabilities pertaining to workforce productivity and innovation.

    Prior to joining Amgen, Mr. Mott worked at Electronic Arts, where he held multiple global leadership roles based in the United Kingdom, the United States and Switzerland; most recently serving as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer with responsibility for global corporate security and risk management. Prior to Electronic Arts, Mr. Mott served in a leadership role for the Motion Picture Association of America leading their UK Anti-Piracy enforcement program.

    Mr. Mott also served in the Royal Marines/Armed Forces and in leadership roles with the Metropolitan Police Service’s Serious Organized Crime Group at New Scotland Yard. During a 15-year police career in UK law enforcement, he worked on the Murder Squad, the Specialist, Organized and Economic Crime Command, the National High Tech Crime Unit and with the UK Security Services.

    Mr. Mott is a current Advisory Board member of the Los Angeles Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Executive Summit and a chairman emeritus and board member of the Content Delivery and Security Association (CDSA). He also serves on a number Los Angeles and San Francisco-based technology and customer advisory boards.

    Mr. Mott is currently serving as a Civic Advisory Council member for the State of California Department of Technology, acting in an advisory role in support of a modernization and digital transformation program.

    Mr. Mott is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a Certified Protection Professional (CPP).

    Mr. Mott received his Master of Science Degree in Security and Risk Management with Merit from the University of Leicester, UK.

Prior to these roles, he had an accomplished career at General Electric, culminating in the CIO role for NBC Universal’s global entertainment business unit.  Tom began his career in the United States Marine Corps holding numerous finance and technology jobs.  Tom is also a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Quality Leader and is proficient in process optimization strategies such as lean supply chain and Kaizen. Tom earned his bachelor’s degree from the United States Naval Academy with distinction in economics, and a master’s degree in management from the Naval Postgraduate School.     With more than 28 years of technology strategy, design, implementation and operating experience, Mr. Rossman has led several complex businesses and programs resulting in innovative business models. He has worked with clients across a broad range of industries including retail, insurance, education, forest products, industrial products and transportation.

    John Rossman is the author of The Amazon Way: 14 Leadership Principles of the World’s Most Disruptive Company and is an expert on digital disruption and assisting his clients to build and execute new business models.

    He has served as the Senior Technology Adviser to the world’s largest philanthropy for more than three years, assisting in strategy and execution of complex data, technology integration, IP and multi-party program management initiatives that help to improve student outcomes.

    He has also assisted multiple retail and service companies with their multi-channel strategies and execution. These assignments include definition of strategic outcomes, process and technology architecting, process scaling assessments and implementations and managing significant cultural and organizational leadership change tied to multi-channel strategies.

    John Rossman served as the interim CIO for a large rental business retailer and helped implement multiple cost reduction and service improvement programs.

    Before joining A&M, Mr. Rossman was Director of Enterprise Services at Amazon.com, managing worldwide services to enterprise clients such as Target.com, Toys R Us, Sears.ca, Marks and Spencer and the National Basketball Association (NBA). In this role, he had full operational and technical ownership for existing clients, overseeing e-commerce solutions such as online merchandising capability, website technologies, branded fulfillment delivery and branded customer service.

    As Director of Merchant Integration at Amazon.com, he was responsible for developing the Merchants @ program, one of the largest B2B networks with thousands of sellers, offering products in new categories such as apparel, sporting goods, consumer electronics, health and beauty and home.

    Previously, he was a partner with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.

    Mr. Rossman earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Oregon State University.

Since the early 1980s, he has worked in managed care, provider practice management, new venture/product development, and information technology as a strategic management and business process consultant, project manager, and operations manager. Prior to Kaiser Permanente, Mr. Sheth held executive management roles in the national healthcare consulting practices of Capgemini (now Accenture) and IBM / PricewaterhouseCoopers.

George has been a leader in the application of technology to solve health plan strategic and operational issues and specializes in managed care claims processing, health plan marketing and product development, and e-Health strategy and implementation.

    As a volunteer leader many times over, Mr. Sheth is on the HIMSS Southern California Chapter Board (completed his one-year term as President 6/30/09), the University of Southern California (USC) Asian Pacific Alumni Association (President: 2006-2007), the USC Marshall Alumni Association National Board, and the USC Marshall Partners Board.

    George has a B.A. degree from Occidental College and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with an M.B.A. in International Business.

  • Employed C-Level executives (non-vendor) or equivalent, CIOs, Direct Reports of CIOs, or Senior Most IT Professional in an organization with $200M or greater revenue, or from not-for-profit or government organizations with comparable size
