    Kirsten brings a unique blend of global leadership, business acumen, cyber security practitioner experience, and technology background to her role. She is a proven leader in guiding large-scale global transformation programs focused on cyber and information security, technology, business process, and organizational transformation.

    Prior to her role with Barclays, Davies served in two capacities at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), both as Vice President and Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and as Vice President for Enterprise Security Strategy, heading up one of four
    worldwide, strategic customer-facing areas for HPE.

    In her tenure with HPE, she achieved the first-ever Cyber Security Master Agreement with the German Workers Council, now replicated across HPE’s 20+ Works Councils in EMEA, led the strategic overhaul and reorganization of the Cyber Security
    Program, and broadened the capability of “Next Generation Security”, including Insider Risk and the IT/OT convergence.

    Prior to HPE, Kirsten served as the CISO for Global InfoSec Strategy and Governance at Siemens. There she managed the global InfoSec Transformation Program to refine the culture, people, policies, processes and technical portfolio of information security. Prior to that, she held senior leadership positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and Deloitte Australia.

Before founding Tintri, he was Executive Vice President of R&D at VMware for seven years, where he was responsible for all products. He led the delivery of the first and subsequent releases of ESX Server, Virtual Center and VMware’s desktop products. Before VMware, he was Vice President of R&D at Visigenic/Borland and Chief Scientist at TIBCO. Mr. Haskew holds a master of science (MSc) in IT and change management and a masters in business administration (MBA). He also maintains memberships in the British Computer Society as a fellow, Chartered IT Professional (CITP) and Chartered Engineer (CEng).

    Mark found his true professional calling in helping as many organizations as he could become better in protecting their brand, employees, customers and data.  Mark’s experience has crossed industries from technology, insurance, retail, gaming, telecommunications, government, and healthcare, just to name a few.  Mark also is well versed in such compliance, regulatory and data privacy laws such as PCI, HIPAA, SOX, FISMA, SOC 1, ISO 27001 and EU GDPR. 

    Mark earned his MBA and went on to obtain his CISSP certification.

Darrell was responsible for the development of Marks & Spencer’s global digital platform. ,Darrell also has experience of successfully delivering global ERP and supply chain systems, including SAP.

    Prior to this, Darrell spent five years with Vodafone in a number of increasingly senior roles culminating as global director information technology, strategy and planning. He also spent five years with Ernst & Young as a programme manager and two years with Mars Inc. as business systems manager.

    Craig Walker joined Shell Downstream as Global CIO in July 2014. He came to this role following an assignment in Shell Trading and Supply, where he served for 6 years as the global CIO based in Houston, Texas. He is also a member of the RDS IT Executive.

    He has nearly 28 years’ experience with Shell, in both the Upstream and Downstream IT functions. During this time, he has had overseas assignments in Colombia, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, the USA and worked in the UK in both London and Aberdeen.

    Craig, who graduated in Chemical Engineering and joined Shell in 1981, also spent five years from 1998 with KPMG Consulting, where he managed strategy, large system implementations and process change programmes for major global clients.

    Craig now lives in London with his wife and has two daughters (26, 25) and a son (22). His interests are wide and varied; with top of the list being sports, theatre, music, travel, good food and great wine.

The CIO Executive Leadership Summit is created for CIOs/IT leaders. It also has strong appeal to leaders interested in better positioning their organizations and themselves for what's ahead in business and to achieve the greatest benefits through the use of information technology. 

To ensure a high quality environment and to maximize the networking experience, all attendees must be:
  • Employed C-Level executives (non-vendor) or equivalent, CIOs, Direct Reports of CIOs, or Senior Most IT Professional in an organization with $200M or greater revenue, or from not-for-profit or government organizations with comparable size

    - OR - 
     
  • Full time academicians

If you meet the criteria above, there is no fee to attend.

All registration requests will be reviewed and approved based upon above stated criteria.
