    Recognized as a technology leader that is known for implementing distinctive strategies and a steadfast mission to achieve business and corporate goals, Kevin A. Haskew, offers an exceptional blend of executive insight, IT solutions development and strategy-based team building. ON Semiconductor (Nasdaq: ONNN) is a $5Bn company that is a premier supplier of high performance silicon solutions for energy efficient electronics. As a senior vice president and the chief information officer, Mr. Haskew has built an effective and responsive global IT organization of approximately 700 associates. He has focused on forming a sound foundation that delivers results by aligning technology initiatives to corporate strategies with substantial improvement to standardization, service delivery and business systems improvements. He oversees the company’s infrastructure, corporate application, manufacturing applications, technology security, compliance program and global integration efforts through attained mergers and acquisitions. In addition to key business process improvements garnering both respect and visibility from his stakeholders, Mr. Haskew’s astute business sense has been instrumental in providing ON Semiconductor with IT capabilities critical to the success of manufacturing systems and company performance while providing cost containment even in the most tedious financial times. Prior to ON Semiconductor, he was vice president and CIO for Biomet LLC ($2.4Bn) where he was a member of their executive team which transformed Biomet in preparation for an IPO. Prior to Biomet he was vice president and CIO at ArivnMeritor Inc. ($10Bn). He has been progressively promoted in his career as well as held positions with global companies overseas. Mr. Haskew holds a master of science (MSc) in IT and change management and a masters in business administration (MBA). He also maintains memberships in the British Computer Society as a fellow, Chartered IT Professional (CITP) and Chartered Engineer (CEng).

  • Simon Mansfield

    Simon has spent the last sixteen years working in Executive Search after a career in international banking that spanned nearly 25 years, during which time he worked in technical and investment banking roles with Chase Manhattan Bank, Banque Paribas and Standard Chartered Bank, at various times based in London, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore. The majority of Simon’s search experience includes recruiting for Board positions and key roles for global companies and institutions in the Financial Services, Advanced Technology, and Defence sectors. He has considerable experience recruiting in the developing and emerging markets around the globe. Immediately before joining DHR International, Simon was Regional Manager, EMEA, for Stanton Chase International. He was formerly CEO of an international financial services search firm based in Singapore, where he helped to build the company in Europe and Asia. He has been global account manager to the firm's largest account and was directly responsible for assignments in the UK, US, Asia, Middle East and Africa. Simon gained an Honours degree in Economics from the University of Exeter, latterly attending Ashridge Business School. Simon is a main Board member of the Chase Alumni Association and is a serving magistrate in the City of Westminster. He is a Governor of Moorfields Eye Hospital, a Director of The Queen’s Club in West London, and a Board member of the Tennis & Rackets Association. He is also an active member of the Society of Business Economists and the Society of Technical Analysts.

    Korn Ferry

    Mr. Sealy has 30 years of experience in the information technology industry. He specializes in appointing senior information technology professionals across all industry sectors, and has worked with many leading companies on high profile chief information officer related placements. In his previous position as a partner in IBM Business Consulting Services (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting), he led the delivery of technology strategy and systems integration work with blue-chip clients internationally. His client consulting work focused on the management of the IT organization and the delivery of complex technology and systems projects, including programme management, IT transformation, technology strategy and IT management. Mr. Sealy began his career as a graduate trainee in the IT department at Mobil Oil Company Ltd.  He holds a master's degree in physics from Oxford University. He is a member of the Institute of Business Consulting (MIBC) and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
