    Scott is co-founder and Managing Partner of Diligent Partners, LLC, a retained executive search firm based in Long Beach, California. For 14 years, he held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at another retained executive search firm based in Southern California. He has managed searches for many leadership roles across such industries as Biotech and Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Products, Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Management Consulting, Medical Device, Manufacturing and Distribution, and Retail. Prior to entering executive search, Scott was a founding Principal at Transition Management Consulting, where he led client engagements in Organizational Assessments, Information Technology Strategy, Architecture and Platform Migration. Scott also was a Managing Consultant at SHL Systemhouse (now EDS). At Gartner Group, Scott was a Managing Director in Consulting Services and previously served as Gartner’s National Accounts Manager for Southern California. 

    Over the years, Scott has developed and formalized a search methodology focused on quality outcomes, and has authored numerous articles on recruiting and retaining top talent, and on interviewing and assessing strategic hires for character, integrity and leadership.

    Scott is a board member and membership chair for the Southern California chapter of Society for Information Management (SIM), now the largest IT leadership association in California. Since 2010, he also has been a frequent presenter/panelist at over two dozen CIO summits across the West Coast for HMG Strategy, for whom he serves on its Advisory Board.

    Scott has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Los Angeles, and a certificate from the UCLA Andersen Graduate School’s Managing the Information Resource program.

    Tony Leng is a Managing Director of Diversified Search and leads the firm’s Digital Transformation and CIO practice from its San Francisco office.  Previously, Tony was Managing Partner of Hodge Partners. Tony has conducted many “C” level searches for organizations where leaders are transforming/building organizations that are taking advantage of digital technologies.  He has conducted “C” level searches conducted for organizations such as Aurora Healthcare, Axalta, Catholic Health Initiatives, Blue Shield of California, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Delta Dental, Dignity Health, Esurance, Kaiser Permanente, Novant Health, PG&E, Polycom, Sutter Health, Symmetricom, TE Connectivity, and Wellmark. 

    Prior to his executive search experience, Tony was a Board member of three public companies and CEO of a $600 million Public Company. Before that, Tony ran a $1 billion division of a telephone company focused on corporate users and had responsibility for all data services and networking products. While at the telephone company, he was founder and Chairman of its ISP and a board member of its 2 million-subscriber cell phone subsidiary. 

    Tony uses his operating experience from being a CEO, financial background as a CPA and CA, and technical knowledge from the work that he has done for Tech companies to drill down and understand at a nuanced level what his clients are seeking to achieve as they build their teams. He has written numerous papers on technology leadership and the challenges facing technology leaders today and authors a blog, ‘Resources for the Modern CIO” (www.tonyleng.com).

    The core of Tony’s consulting has been with senior leaders who are seeking to transform their organizations as they face a future of rapid change, digitization, regulation, shifting markets, and increasingly connected and informed customers.

In 2002, Sean was recruited by pharmaceutical services company C3i to fix its struggling business, a turnaround that he resourcefully executed in less than 60 days as Senior Vice President and General Manager. Sean found his start in the industry with Schering Plough Pharmaceuticals. In 1996, he characteristically rolled up his sleeves to convert Schering Plough’s Managed Care and Health Management group from an entity not delivering value, to a top team in the business with the highest IT satisfaction. Sean initially proved his worth to the company as a consultant in 1994, when he designed and developed the first Third-Party Data Warehouse system in the industry, enabling Schering Plough to deploy its field sales organizations up to 10 days faster than the competition and at a reduced cost.

    Before joining A&M, Mr. Rossman was Director of Enterprise Services at Amazon.com, managing worldwide services to enterprise clients such as Target.com, Toys R Us, Sears.ca, Marks and Spencer and the National Basketball Association (NBA). In this role, he had full operational and technical ownership for existing clients, overseeing e-commerce solutions such as online merchandising capability, website technologies, branded fulfillment delivery and branded customer service.

    As Director of Merchant Integration at Amazon.com, he was responsible for developing the Merchants @ program, one of the largest B2B networks with thousands of sellers, offering products in new categories such as apparel, sporting goods, consumer electronics, health and beauty and home.

    Previously, he was a partner with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.

    Mr. Rossman earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Oregon State University.

Previously, he was Executive Director and Healthcare Practice Leader at another retained executive search firm based in Southern California. Before that, he was a Strategy Consulting Principal focused on health plan IT strategy consulting within Kaiser Permanente's Information Technology division. Since the early 1980s, he has worked in managed care, provider practice management, new venture/product development, and information technology as a strategic management and business process consultant, project manager, and operations manager. Prior to Kaiser Permanente, Mr. Sheth held executive management roles in the national healthcare consulting practices of Capgemini (now Accenture) and IBM / PricewaterhouseCoopers.

    Mr. Sheth started his career in operational management roles at Health Net and Maxicare Health Plans. His areas of expertise include strategic business planning and development and business process redesign; new venture and product development; as well as core managed care and provider practice management software selection, implementation, and project management. George has been a leader in the application of technology to solve health plan strategic and operational issues and specializes in managed care claims processing, health plan marketing and product development, and e-Health strategy and implementation.

    As a volunteer leader many times over, Mr. Sheth is on the HIMSS Southern California Chapter Board (completed his one-year term as President 6/30/09), the University of Southern California (USC) Asian Pacific Alumni Association (President: 2006-2007), the USC Marshall Alumni Association National Board, and the USC Marshall Partners Board.

    George has a B.A. degree from Occidental College and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with an M.B.A. in International Business.
