Cynthia has over 20 years of experience working with global organizations on large-scale change including cultural, digital and agile transformations. She works with clients helping senior teams define a clear vision and strategy and build the organizational capability required to enable that strategy. Areas of focus include change leadership, culture, structure/organizational design, building core competencies, organizational resilience, mechanisms and systems. She’s worked in many industries including Energy, High Tech, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail Banking and Airlines.
She was a founding team member of the Innovative MBA progam, Haas@Work (UC Berkeley Institute of Innovation). For six years she coached MBA students through the innovation process as they consulted with corporate clients including HotWire, Facebook, Cisco, Visa, Panasonic, Virgin America and McKesson. She has leveraged this experience to build innovation capability with her clients, most recently with Energy sector clients.
She currently runs the European Practice for Expressworks International’s UK division where she is responsible for Account Management and Business Development.
Cynthia holds a dual MBA with Honors; in Finance from Columbia University and in Marketing from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. In addition, she holds a Masters’ degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.
