Pinaki Dasgupta is a visionary health-tech entrepreneur and passionate advocate of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to transform healthcare. As the founder and CEO of Hindsait, he leads an over-achieving multi-disciplinary team to build one of most innovative AI technologies that has proven to improve healthcare by eliminating unnecessary health services, errors and biases.

In a short span of 4 years since inception, Hindsait’s AI technology has demonstrated significant ROI, expanded its reach and adoptions among Fortune 1000 clients and has received multiple awards and recognitions from the leading analysts, including prestigious ‘Cool Vendors in AI in Healthcare 2017’, by Gartner.

Prior to founding Hindsait, Pinaki was most recently the Managing Director at Accenture where he had leveraged his more than 20 years of experience, in engineering, AI and business leadership to drive major Aviation projects. In that role he was responsible for setting the overall vision and strategy, for sales and revenue growth, and for client relationship management in the United States and Canada for Accenture’s Aerospace and Defense operating unit.

During his career, Pinaki has built a successful track record of incubating new ideas, launching new businesses and turning such ventures to several $ 100 M/year revenue global entity. He had served as board of governors in ‘Aerospace Industry Association’ (AIA) in USA.

He has enabled several ‘data/AI driven’ engagements to deliver improved efficiency and outcomes, for his clients in multiple industries, including Healthcare. He has managed business relationships with some of the leading global fortune clients including General Electric, EADS, Boeing, Royal Philips, among others.

He has appeared on panels and participated in various speaking engagements in leading industry events, conferences and academia across globe.

Pinaki has received his MBA degree from Calcutta University and undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Bengal University in India.

In his personal time, he is passionate about sculpting and practicing meditation. He lives in New Jersey with his wife Subhra and two sons Anubhav and Abhishek.
