    Martin Bally is a highly accomplished senior global information security officer with more than 20 years of experience in multiple industries.  Formerly, he was the Chief Information Security Officer for Stellantis where he was responsible for information, cyber, industrial, and product security.  Prior, Mr. Bally was the Chief Information Security Officer for three other fortune 500 companies: American Axle & Manufacturing, DieboldNixdorf, and TRW Automotive. In all positions, he was responsible for information security strategy, architecture, and security risk management globally and was a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership.

His career has included critical cyber security leadership roles at GE, Affina Group, and Federal Mogul. Earl currently serves Lear Corporation as its CISO, where he defends business operations for a Fortune 150 with more than 160,000 employees in 257 locations. Espousing a simple message that seeks to eliminate fear, uncertainty, and doubt, he has empowered and inspired employees across several organizations.  He has been on the frontlines of operational defense throughout several worldwide cyberattacks.  Earl’s expertise has been featured in such publications as IDG’s CSO, Enterprise Security Magazine and Government Technology.

    Earl holds Master’s Degrees in Accounting and Information Assurance, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.  He has also earned the CISM, CISA, CISSP, and CFE certifications.

     Originally from Manchester, England, Emily is a former Police Detective from the UK Financial Crimes Unit where she led investigations into international investment fraud, money laundering and large scale identity theft cases, running joint investigations with the FBI, SEC and London’s Serious Fraud Office.

    Dennis Hodges is responsible for Inteva's global information and technology requirements and leads the effort to improve business systems and processes worldwide.

    Prior to joining Inteva in 2008, Hodges was Chief Information Officer for Delphi Interiors and Closures. He also served as the Global Business Systems Director at Huntsman Corporation. Hodges began his career at Shell Oil in 1985, and held various IT and Finance positions at several companies, including international assignments for Phillips Petroleum and Chevron Phillips Chemical Company. Dennis has international experience through assignments in China and as Controller for a Chemical joint venture in South Korea.

    Hodges earned a master’s in Computer Science from Stephen F Austin State University and a MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.

    Justine Johnson is an accomplished economic development and mobility executive with more than 10 years of experience in external affairs, strategy and government and community relations. Prior to joining Team Michigan as Chief Mobility Officer, Justine was appointed to the Los Angeles County Aviation Commission to advise the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors on the operations and development of the County’s five airports. In addition to this role, she served as the Director of Member Engagement at the California Mobility Center (CMC) which is a non-profit that promotes commercial interactions with new mobility companies and industry-leading entities to deploy new products, programs, and services in clean mobility in the State of California, and beyond.

    Previously, Justine served as the Head of Mobility Engagement for the SoCal/Southwest Region at Ford Motor Company. This promotion was a result of her successful tenure as Ford’s Mobility Strategist. During her time in New York City, she served as Vice President of Government & Community Relations for the New York City Economic Development Corporation, managing government and community relations for Mayor de Blasio’s innovative commuter ferry system. However, her impact on transportation initiatives within NYC was initially established during her time with the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission where she worked on the “Boro Taxi” project, also known as the Green Taxi program, which created a new for-hire vehicle and driver classification.

    While she spent many years in NYC, Justine is a native of Los Angeles, CA, and believes in giving back to her community through her service. She was the Board Co-Chair of BlackSpace Urbanist Collective, an organization that challenges urban designers, planners, artists, and architects to build spaces that honor the culture and cultivate the talent of Black people. She also served as Board Chair of Urban Movement Labs, an organization that focuses on bringing new mobility innovation to Los Angeles by working at the intersection of government, technology innovation, and community. Most notably, she served as an adjunct instructor at USC Sol Price School of Public Policy.

    Justine holds two Master of Arts degrees from the University of Southern California in Urban Planning and Public Administration. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampton University in Political Science and Government.

    Geeta Kapoor is Vice President of Information Security for MSC Industrial Supply, North America’s leading distributor of metalworking and maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) products and services. Prior to joining MSC in 2022, Geeta was VP/Chief Information Security Officer for Beaumont Health - Michigan’s largest healthcare system. Geeta was responsible for developing and executing the security strategy to reduce overall cyber risk. Geeta joined Beaumont in July 2021 from Tenneco Inc. Tenneco is a Fortune 500 American automotive components original equipment manufacturer and an aftermarket ride control and emissions products manufacturer. Over her 7 years at Tenneco, she served in a variety of roles covering Network management, cybersecurity engineering and architecture, identity and access management, monitoring and incident response, as well as governance, risk and compliance. Geeta earned her Master of Science degree in Information Communication Sciences from Ball State University, an MBA from Oakland University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Cybersecurity from Purdue University.

    Anita Klopfenstein is the chief information officer of Little Caesars, where she is responsible for the overall strategic direction, development, deployment, and maintenance of technology across the organization.

    Prior to Little Caesars, Klopfenstein was vice president, eCommerce and consumer systems at Panera Bread, where she oversaw consumer systems product development and commerce and marketing systems integration. With more than 25 years of successful experience managing profitable information technology departments in highly competitive markets, Klopfenstein is known for her track record of developing software products and leadership in internet, enterprise and manufacturing operations. She holds a B.S. in computer science and radio, TV, and film from Indiana State University and an M.B.A. from Liberty University. In 2017, Klopfenstein was recognized as Top Innovator at the Women in Foodservice Technology Awards. In 2021, she was recognized as the Michigan Global CIO of the Year by Inspire CIO.  In 2022 she was named CIO of they year by Inspire CIO in the Enterprise Category.

    Outside of work, Klopfenstein and her husband Lynn live with their 12 children. For more than 30 years, the couple has provided foster care, and they have been named foster parents of the year several times in Illinois. Klopfenstein plays the clarinet, enjoys martial arts, and has run more than 30 marathons.

    With over 20 years of experience in creating, managing, and leading IT Governance, Risk and Compliance programs, Maureen Niemiec offers a unique blend of leadership, technical knowledge, and team building expertise.  She is currently the Chief of Staff – Office of the CISO for Kontoor Brands, well known for their Wrangler and Lee clothing, where she is helping build out a strong Cybersecurity program.  Previously, she served as Vice President of Internal Audit for Information Technology, Information Security, Bank Secrecy Act / Anti Money Laundering, and Retail Banking at Flagstar Bank.  Through her leadership, the IT audit program migrated from procedural findings to true reduction of risk and improved efficiency of all audits  She received high praise from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) for these initiatives.

    Brian Slepko serves as EVP, Corporate Development. In this role, he is responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of Rimini Street’s continued expansion through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

    Mr. Slepko is a skilled executive leader with 30 years of experience in enterprise software and expertise in global sales operations, support delivery, business operations, project management, and quality systems.

    Mr. Slepko served the previous 15 years at Rimini Street as the EVP Global Service Delivery where he built and led the global service delivery team consisting of hundreds of engineers around the world supporting thousands of Clients.

    Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Slepko was with Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCL), which he joined as part of Oracle’s acquisition of Agile Software. Mr. Slepko served as vice president, global maintenance revenue and sales operations for Agile Software and was responsible for developing the company’s US$56 million global maintenance revenue business, including all operational aspects of the Agile Software global sales organization.

    Previously, Mr. Slepko held various management positions with PeopleSoft, Inc. Most recently, he served as director of operations for the customer sales division responsible for more than US$1 billion in global annual maintenance revenue. Other positions included director of product support and corporate director of problem resolution, where Mr. Slepko led the redesign and improvement of the global infrastructure used to resolve customer-reported product issues and implemented consistent, measurable quality processes.

    Earlier, Mr. Slepko was director, sales operations for Ocular Sciences and began his career as a manager with Andersen Consulting (currently Accenture [NYSE: ACN]), where he was responsible for managing large information systems projects for Fortune 500 customers in Andersen’s rapidly expanding telecommunications practice.

    Mr. Slepko holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Business Administration in management and management information systems from the University of Oklahoma.

    A recognized thought leader in decision management, Brian Stucky brings three decades of experience designing and implementing business rule and process management systems for both commercial and Federal clients. He has implemented and managed business rule development efforts in a variety of domains including the secondary mortgage market, credit card marketing and processing, mutual fund portfolio analysis, insurance underwriting and risk management, and for various Federal civilian agencies.

    Brian's focus is now on ethical and responsible artificial intelligence for automated decision systems.

    In addition, Brian is now in his sixth year as co-chairman of the Mortgage Industry Standards and Maintenance Organization (MISMO) Decision Modeling Community of Practice. His efforts there have resulted in finalizing the Decision Model and Notation (DMN) standard as an official mortgage industry standard. He also participated in MISMO’s Future State initiative. In January 2021 Brian began serving a two-year term on MISMO's Residential Governance Committee.

    Ryan Talbott is a proven Business and IT leader, strategist, and relationship and talent developer who has spent his career delivering business outcomes through the application of technology. Ryan was appointed Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer for BorgWarner, a propulsion system leader for combustion, hybrid and electric vehicles. Ryan is responsible for all people, programs and operations for Information Technology across the globe. Previously Ryan was the Chief Transformation Officer for Altimetrik, a business and digital transformation firm, where he was responsible for managing Altimetrik’s business, clients, and programs across US Central, Europe, and Japan. Prior to joining Altimetrik, Ryan was at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) where he served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for North America & Asia-Pacific, and as a Director of IT in multiple Global and Regional leadership roles. Prior to FCA, Ryan owned his own consulting business and excelled at his career initially at Accenture, where in both roles he led business process transformation and systems integration activities on IT programs at multiple global clients.     Jason Torrez was formerly the site leader for General Electric’s Detroit Hub.  The GE Detroit Hub is a multi-business technology center focused on delivering outcomes in GE Aviation, Capital, Corporate, Digital, Healthcare, and Power.  As site leader, Jason partners with leaders across these businesses to create an environment in which business objectives are realized while providing space for employees to thrive, personally and professionally.

    Prior to this role, Jason built and led a software development capability in Detroit for GE Digital.  These teams developed software solutions to accelerate industrial new technology introductions, improve on time delivery and reduce cycle time for Aviation engine delivery, and drive cost out of manufacturing processes.

    In 2018, Jason served on an advisory council to the Exascale Computing Project (ECP) and spoke on a software engineering panel at the ECP annual summit.  The purpose of ECP is to accelerate the delivery of a capable exascale computing ecosystem for breakthroughs in scientific discovery, energy assurance, economic competitiveness, and national security.

    Jason loves above all to spend time with his wife and twin daughters, and also enjoys fishing, tinkering, and playing guitar.
