Jenny is a business leader with extensive experience in Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Big Data, Cloud, DevOps and Digital Transformation. She leads large departments with over 200 employees of CTO, Product and Project Management, Development and QA teams.

    Jenny holds a Bachelor degree in Statistics & Computer Science, a Bachelor degree in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA in Management Information Systems & Technology. A Certified Scrum Master and a Mentor at the Ministry of Economic Development, Employment & Infrastructure, she is interested in corporate development, public sector institutional strengthening and emerging technology management. 

    Recently Jenny was recognized by Deloitte’s “Diversity 50 Board of Directors” to impact Canada's corporate boards and improve global competitiveness.

    Gale has been a technology executive for 30 years, twenty of those in the retail sector.  She has been VP/CIO for Loblaw (East), Eatons, Indigo, Walmart and Holt Renfrew.  She also was global Chief Architect for Walmart Stores Inc.  Throughout her career her focus has been on creating value for the enterprise through investment in Information Technology.  For 10 years she worked in the federal government.  She was the CIO and Director General for the department of Canadian Heritage and Public Works and Government Services respectively.  In this work she brought a set of capabilities and models to the public sector enterprises to enable the creation of high performing IT environments.  Gale enjoys her garden, good hikes and a lovely lake.  She is the proud mother of 3 adult children and a grandson.

    With more than 25 years of experience working in various IT sectors, Zelma Cilliers understands the full life cycle of application management, project management and service delivery.

    As the CIO of Mercedes-Benz Canada, she is responsible for leading the organization’s IT strategy. In addition to ensuring existing infrastructure and systems are operationally stable, she identifies opportunities for IT innovation, prioritizing projects that support overall business strategy.

    Originally from South Africa, Zelma held IT leadership roles in Africa, Asia and Europe prior to her current position with Mercedes-Benz Canada. With experience working in complex political environments, she understands the importance of working collaboratively with key stakeholders in order to drive change and digital transformation. While at Mercedes-Benz Canada, Zelma spearheaded a Digital Transformation Focus Group, gathering feedback from employees from across the organization in order to inform the IT strategy, creating a roadmap to make the organization more digitally efficient and effective.

    Matt Davies is responsible for the vision, strategy and leadership of Ciena’s IT Risk Management and Cybersecurity team.  Ciena is a network strategy and technology company with expertise to deliver solutions for next-generation networks in over 80 countries.

    Matt is a graduate of the University of Ottawa and has completed Executive Education Programs at both Tuck and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  He is Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Director (C.Dir.) and has obtained his Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and a CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from Carnegie Mellon University.   Matt currently serves on the University of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation board.

    Bob was a critical part of the original design team for the predominate financial systems at Citi where he managed, designed, and implemented systems for services which included DDA accounts, foreign exchanges, loans and deposits, credit cards, mortgages as well as their associated derivatives and risk, all while synthesizing global requirements in Toronto, New York, Brussels and Sao Paulo.  The systems current manifestation is Oracle FLEXCUBE.  He has consulted to governments in three different countries on how to more fully engage their citizens.

    Bob’s extensive background in successfully developing and implementing disruptive strategies from concept through systems design and implementation includes the training, organizational restructuring, and workflow redesign required to deliver, measure and improve overall corporate performance and customer satisfaction.  His emphasis on metrics, cost-benefit analysis, post-implementation reviews, Software as a Service, and security are leading edge.  His strong analysis, communication, mathematical, and leadership skills and out of the box thinking have ensured his success as an agent of change for his pedigreed clients.   Bob’s background in high-risk systems from nuclear power reactor maintenance to Wall Street derivatives, to flying commercial aircraft by computer has emphasized the prudent mitigation of risk.
