    Marianne is a proven Senior Executive, C-Suite Officer, and Board Member with a successful career in financial services, investment management, and technology. Leveraging extensive experience in leadership and global business, she is a valuable asset for similar-sector and other companies looking for transformation, delivery, downsizing, cost savings, technology upgrade, and vendor management. Her broad areas of expertise include strategic planning; global operations management; mergers and acquisitions (M&A); due diligence and integration; asset management; risk management; transformation; turnaround; Agile; Scrum; IT; data and process reengineering; growth; and expansion.

    Marianne has held leadership positions at FIS (COO Capital Markets, Risk, and Compliance), Rabobank (COO and MD NA Wholesale Banking); Citigroup; and Morgan Stanley (CIO and MD Asset Management). As an experienced executive leader who excels at managing large-scale, high performing, geographically dispersed organizations, Marianne has distinguished technology and business knowledge of financial services across all major asset classes. A leading Wall Street technology authority and architect, she shaped and directed organic build and strategic acquisition integration. She was tapped to lead crucial turnarounds in world-scale projects and client relationships. Marianne has developed and executed global transformational agendas in cybersecurity, compliance, cloud, legacy technology, data as an asset, innovation, product management and talent management. Her leadership is demonstrated by strategic vision and sound decision-making; a laser focus on execution; and a passion for creating high performance teams motivated to achieve institutional goals.

    Marianne obtained a B.A. in Biology and Economics from Queen’s University (Ontario). She completed advanced postgraduate coursework in accounting, finance, and computer science from Harvard University and Boston University and Big Data at MIT; she is an active Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance. Marianne has served on boards and advisory councils, including the Morgan Stanley Foundation Board.

    Tom Golway is a respected Information Technology executive with a wide range of experience with leading firms such as Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Thomson Reuters, Marconi Communications, Fore Systems and MIT-Lincoln Laboratories.

    At HPE, Tom is a Chief Technologist focused on providing business and technical thought leadership to help customers realize their business strategies.  Tom is also a member of HPE’s Machine Evangelist program which focuses on memory driven computing platforms.

    Prior to HPE, Tom has been successful in a variety of roles, ranging from as a Mathematician at MIT to a Chief Technology Officer at a Cloud Startup.  Tom has been involved with a number of start-up companies including Marconi Communications where he developed the business strategy for an innovative public/private partnership focused on intelligent communities. The initial customer was for the Dubai Marina intelligent city project.

    Mr. Golway holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from St. John’s University, is an accomplished author, delivered talks at major IT events and is a guest lecturer at a number of universities.

  • Chuck Gray
    Egon Zehnder

    Chuck is a Partner in the New York office and leads the Chief Information Officers Practice on the East Coast.  He brings deep expertise in Chief Information Officer searches across numerous industries including Financial Services, Life Sciences, Industrial, Technology, and Public Sector .

    Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Chuck was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan in its Treasury & Securities Services (TSS) division. With TSS, he served as the Chief of Staff for the Global Head of Treasury Services Operations.  He was also a member of the TSS Strategy team where he had responsibility for leading strategy projects and executing M&A transactions. Previously, Chuck was a Director at Liberty Mutual Group where he worked on the Corporate M&A and Corporate Strategy teams.  Chuck also worked in the Investment Banking division of Credit Suisse First Boston.

    Prior to pursuing an MBA at the Wharton School, Chuck worked as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company serving clients across a variety of industries.  He also worked as an Applications Developer at TenFold Corporation, a software company focused on developing large-scale applications.

  • Dan Greer
    Director of Systems Engineering

    Dan Greer is the Director of Systems Engineering at ExtraHop, an IT security and analytics company.  Dan is a long-time member of the ExtraHop team and is responsible for hiring and training the Systems Engineering team in the Eastern Region.  Dan leads the NE SE team, drawing on his 25 years of experience in IT.  Dan has worked at large enterprise companies, such as Lucent and Juniper, as well as many local Massachusetts startups.

  • Heidi Ha
    SVP, Corporate Finance and Operations

    Heidi Ha brings over 20 years of experience in advising senior management and boards on improving top and bottom line business performance. Heidi's work encompasses both developing and executing performance improvement strategies for corporations across Europe, North America, and Asia. Heidi has also worked with Chairmen and Boards of Directors on evaluating and improving board performance, with a focus on achieving sustainable bottom-line results and increasing corporate valuation.

    Heidi has led major transformation programs in various industries including: identified practical ways to implement earnings improvement and sustainable business model for a financial services companies, worked on capital improvement programs; and assessed restructuring program of financial services firms and telecommunication providers.

    Heidi has held management and executive positions with Capital One Financial Corporation, Intelsat, LCC International, and Teligent. She led engagements in pre- and post-merger integration, privatization, infrastructure and capacity build-out and outsourcing. Heidi has worked across a broad range of industries, including financial services, technology, telecommunications, utilities, and retail and media. She has undertaken a series of merger integration, and also acquisitions for large businesses.

    Currently Heidi works for E*TRADE as Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Operations. She oversees strategic sourcing & procurement, critical infrastructure, data centers, security, corporate facility and financial planning and analysis.

    Heidi received her MA/BA in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Cambridge, UK and her MBA from Darden Graduate School of Business Administration (UVA).

  • Cindy Harro
    SVP, Data Privacy and Analytics Operations Executive
    Bank of America

    Cindy's passion for Information Technology and Cybersecurity is a result of her hands-on and technology leadership experiences across Bank of America and IBM.  She has held Director level roles in Information Security, Regulatory Compliance and Software Development and holds the prestigious CISSP (Info Systems Security) and CISA (Info Systems Auditor) certifications.  Cindy is articulate and communicates complex topics easily to senior executives as well as technical staff, in small settings and large stages.   

    Today, Cindy manages the public cloud risk framework, which she implemented at Bank of America.  She ensures that there is full coverage and adherence to regulatory requirements for all use cases, including SaaS, PaaS and IaaS.  She faces off to auditors inside and outside of the bank, demonstrating that public cloud use cases are inspected, risks are identified and managed effectively. Cindy plays a leadership role in the cross-financial services industry effort to develop standard requirements for Cloud Service Providers managing financial data. 

    Previously, Cindy was the Security, Compliance and Risk Program Director for IBM's "Watson Platform for Health" PaaS cloud.  She directed a global organization of SW developers to build secure SW that complies with regulations, including HIPAA, in an Agile environment.  She managed SW application vulnerability scanning & penetration testing.  Cindy performed a similar role for the IBM Analytics Cloud.  

    Cindy holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from The Pennsylvania State University.  She works in mid-town Manhattan and loves sports, boating and beaches.  



  • Emmeline Kuhn

    Emmeline Kuhn is a Consultant in Leathwaite's Global Operations and Technology Practice. The practice partners with global financial services, technology, fintech, telecommunications, energy, healthcare and retail businesses to assist them with benchmarking, executive search and market intelligence.     Prior to joining Leathwaite, Emmeline worked as a Principal for Korn Ferry’s Global Financial Markets practice for 6 years and served as an advisor to many of Korn Ferry’s corporate clients within the operations and technology sectors. She has placed Chief Information and Technology Officers and their direct reports as well as Chief Operations Officers across multiple industries. Ms. Kuhn joined Korn Ferry from Fleishman Hillard, where she served as Managing Supervisor for the Global Financial Investor Relations and Communications Practice.

    Prior to her role at Fleishman Hillard, Ms. Kuhn served as Research Director at Icahn Associates. There, she oversaw business development and operations strategy for Icahn Enterprises, including efforts to propose and sustain corporate governance structures within the holding companies. She was also involved in fulfilling investor relations duties for Icahn Associates. From 2005 to 2007, Ms. Kuhn served as a research analyst for Morgan Stanley Investment Management. 

    Ms. Kuhn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of St. Andrews, Scotland and a Masters of Science in International Relations from London School of Economics.

    Ramit is also an inventor of a patented mission-critical enterprise infrastructure application that allows for automation of millions of manual infrastructure, DevOps and compliance processes for Citi. Prior to Citi, Ramit has worked at Blackrock and McKinsey & Company where he managed similar functions.

    Dr. Howard A. Rubin is a Professor Emeritus of Computer Science at Hunter College of the City University of New York, a MIT CISR Research Affiliate, a Gartner Senior Advisor, a BCG Senior Advisor, and a former Nolan Norton Research Fellow. He is the founder and CEO of Rubin Worldwide.  In 1997, Industry Week named Dr. Rubin one of the top 50 “R&D Stars to Watch . . . an individual whose achievements are shaping the future of our industrial culture and America’s technology policy” as a result of his bringing the IT workforce shortage to national attention.

    Dr. Rubin is a pioneer in the area of digital & technology economics and has built the world's largest database in the field consisting of business, national, and technology data captured continuously since 1994.  Using this database Dr. Rubin monitors technology-economic trends across companies and organizations that account for roughly 20% of the world’s GDP and an equivalent amount of technology spending/investment.

    He is also the author of a Pearson/Financial Times video series on Technology Economics.  His Technology Economics column regularly appeared in Wall Street and Technology.  Dr. Rubin possesses a Ph.D. from the City University of New York in Computer Science and Oceanography.

    Outside the world of technology Dr. Rubin is former Chair of the Board of Riverkeeper and was honored in 2016 with a “Big Fish Emeritus” award with Leonardo DiCaprio and Ralph Lauren, a supporter of the Clinton Global Initiative, a Leadership Council member of the RFK Foundation, a major contributor to student development programs/Film Fellows at the Tribeca Film Institute, and a dedicated supporter of the Rainforest Foundation.   Dr. Rubin is also a member of The Recording Academy and recently became a member of the NRDC’s Global Leadership Council.

    Stephen Spagnuolo is a Director in the Baltimore office and leads cyber, digital security, risk focus areas, and client engagements. He has earned a recognized track record of delivering leadership talent and corporate development solutions with a principal focus on cyber security and operational risk across technology, financial services, and other industry sectors, ranging from early stage/startup to emerging growth to mid and large global corporates, banks and consultancies. In so doing, he leverages his deep and extensive network, particularly across the U.S. National Security and Wall Street communities.

    Prior to Stanton Chase, Stephen launched and led the Digital Security Practice for several boutique executive search firms. Earlier he was with Russell Reynolds Associates in New York, as a member of the Global Banking & Markets Practice and then Co-Founder/Head of the Americas for Sheffield Haworth, a London-based global financial services recruitment firm, where in just a few years’ time, the platform and team he established and built earned ‘firm of choice’ recognition amongst their US based Tier 1 bank and corporate clients.

    He currently serves as a cybersecurity expert and the on-call cyber security headhunter with RANE (Risk Assistance Network + Exchange), and he is frequently engaged as a moderator and guest panelist on cyber security talent leadership, recruitment, and development for various executive leadership summits and forums, including Security Innovation Network (SINET) and HMG Strategy CIO & CISO Summits, the latter of which he co-established and built as an adjunct to HMG CIO.

    A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Stephen served with distinction as a US Marine Corps infantry officer, having deployed to multiple overseas contingencies.
