    Marianne obtained a B.A. in Biology and Economics from Queen’s University (Ontario).     Raj Badhwar is Chief Information Security Officer for Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA), which helps Americans plan, invest and protect their savings — to get ready to retire better. Serving the financial needs of approximately 14.3 million individual and institutional customers in the United States, Voya is a Fortune 500 company that had $8.6 billion in revenue in 2017. The company had $528 billion in total assets under management and administration as of June 30, 2018. Badhwar is responsible for leading the company’s security engineering, architecture and operational functions for all domains (data security, network security, application and system security, monitoring and response, vulnerability management, and identity and access management), setting the overall security strategy and direction, enhancing security standards and policies, and establishing compliance with required government, financial and privacy regulations. Badhwar has more than 24 years of experience within the IT industry, with proven management, analytical and organizational skills, as well as, expertise involving requirement analysis, architecture, design, development, and management of technical resources for Cyber Security Engineering and Operations, and Incident Response. He has a mix of Security, Application Development, and Network management experience and possesses a strategic and tactical skill set for analytical and technical workloads. He also held a top secret (SSBI) clearance from the U.S. Department of Defense. Prior to joining Voya, Badhwar was the global head of information security for AIG, where he led global security engineering and operations, aided by a strategy centered on the protection and preservation of IT systems, infrastructure, and other computing assets. Additionally, he authored the AIG security policy and many security standards and guidelines. Prior to his role at AIG, he held senior Security and IT leadership roles at BAE Systems Inc., Bank of America, Time Warner Cable and AOL Time Warner. Badhwar graduated from George Washington University (GWU) with a master’s of science (MS) degree in Information Systems Technology and also holds a bachelor’s of science (BS) degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Karnatak University. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), a Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA), and a Cisco certified Network Associate for Security (CCNA-Sec). He has also co-authored 13 security patents, and has conducted extensive research in the areas of Cryptography, Zero Trust Networks, Artificial Intelligence (AI) code of ethics for Cyber Security, and AI-based pattern matching and reactive-response for Cyber Incident Response.

    Howard joined Farm Credit Financial Partners in 2016 as President and CEO. His prior work experience includes: Chief Information Officer at Sterling National Bank, Managing Director of Technology at the New York Stock Exchange, and Group Manager of Information Systems at PepsiCo International.  For the past 12 years Howard has been an Adjunct Professor at NYU-Polytechnic University and the Fordham University Business School teaching courses in IT Strategy and Business Operations.  He has served on the Business Banking Strategy Committee for Fiserv, and the Mid-Market Advisory Council for IBM.  He regularly speaks at industry events and publishes articles in business journals. Howard earned his MBA from Fordham University and BS from Long Island University.

    Anthony Dagostino is responsible for the company’s global cyber strategy, product development and thought leadership. Focusing a majority of his career in cyber risk management, Anthony has a broad background in cyber insurance underwriting, broking, and related risk mitigation techniques in employee solutions, incident response, and vendor management. He also has a background in non-cyber financial lines insurance and alternative risk transfer programs.

    Anthony is a regular contributor to broadcast media, a wide array of publications, and industry events. In his leadership role at Willis Towers Watson, he focuses on developing and delivering an integrated cyber risk management proposition to help clients more effectively assess and minimize cyber risk across their enterprise.

    Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson in 2016, Anthony has held a variety of leadership roles with insurers Chubb (formerly ACE Group) and The Hartford as well as experience as a venture capital analyst focusing on emerging technology companies.

    Anthony earned a B.A. in both economics and business administration from Muhlenberg College and is an active member of the FBI’s Infragard program. He serves on the advisory boards of Forgepoint  Capital, the world’s largest venture capital fund dedicated to cybersecurity, and for Rutgers University’s Cybersecurity program. Anthony is also actively involved in various public sector working groups and private sector councils across the globe.


  • Stephen Davy

    Stephen Davy is an Information Technology executive who has held senior IT positions in multiple industries including consumer product goods, investment banking and global brokerage. Steve is presently the CIO and Global Head of STP Technology at NewEdge Group, a leader in global multi-asset brokerage. Steve has led the transformation of the company from a regional to global processing capability through cultural change and innovative technology implementations. Previously, Steve was Vice President of Information Technology at Altria Group Inc. Steve led the IT initiatives in the restructuring of Altria Group which resulted in the spin off of Kraft Foods, Miller Brewing and Philip Morris Companies. Steve’s responsibilities included the Chief technology office functions as well as the Corporate CIO. Steve led the implementation of shared service divisions such as global treasury, finance, human resources and legal. Prior to joining Altria, Steve also held senior positions in the investment banking technology group at Barclays Capital. Early in his career, Steve was in the operations and technology divisions at JP Morgan Chase and helped launch their entry in mutual fund operations.

  • Tsvi Gal

    Tsvi Gal is Head of Enterprise Technology Services at MSK. Reporting to Remy Evard, CDO, Tsvi oversees the technical vision and leads MSK’s digital transformation and technological development. In addition to creating and delivering the multi-year strategy, Tsvi is leading the move to the cloud, enacting Agile and DevOps, and working closely with MSK clinical, research, and administration to enable and enhance the fight to cure cancer.

    Tsvi joined MSK in early 2021 after serving as Chief Technology Officer at Morgan Stanley, where he was the recipient of the Einstein Award for Technology and Science from the President of Israel for pioneering online banking and trading. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Tsvi served in various CIO and CTO roles in several banks including Merrill Lynch/Bank of America, Deutsche Bank and Wells Fargo as well as in non-banks including Exigen Capital (a private equity firm) where he was a General Partner, AT&T where he was President of ATT.COM and Time Warner Music where, as CIO, he led the launch of the digital transformation towards online music.

    Tsvi holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer science from Rutgers University and an MBA from Golden Gate University. Tsvi is a board member of Israel Discount Bank (USA) and Exadel, a technology services company and several advisory boards. Tsvi is also a senior advisor for McKinsey. Tsvi served as the New York Chapter Chairman of the Society of Information Managers (SIM), a CIO association with more than 3,500 members nationwide, and was a technology advisor to the president of Rutgers University.

    Tom Golway is a respected Information Technology executive with a wide range of experience with leading firms such as Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Thomson Reuters, Marconi Communications, Fore Systems and MIT-Lincoln Laboratories.

    At HPE, Tom is a Chief Technologist focused on providing business and technical thought leadership to help customers realize their business strategies.  Tom is also a member of HPE’s Machine Evangelist program which focuses on memory driven computing platforms.

    Prior to HPE, Tom has been successful in a variety of roles, ranging from as a Mathematician at MIT to a Chief Technology Officer at a Cloud Startup.  Tom has been involved with a number of start-up companies including Marconi Communications where he developed the business strategy for an innovative public/private partnership focused on intelligent communities. The initial customer was for the Dubai Marina intelligent city project.

    Mr. Golway holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from St. John’s University, is an accomplished author, delivered talks at major IT events and is a guest lecturer at a number of universities.

    Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Chuck was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan in its Treasury & Securities Services (TSS) division. With TSS, he served as the Chief of Staff for the Global Head of Treasury Services Operations.  He was also a member of the TSS Strategy team where he had responsibility for leading strategy projects and executing M&A transactions. Previously, Chuck was a Director at Liberty Mutual Group where he worked on the Corporate M&A and Corporate Strategy teams.  Chuck also worked in the Investment Banking division of Credit Suisse First Boston.

    Prior to pursuing an MBA at the Wharton School, Chuck worked as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company serving clients across a variety of industries.  He also worked as an Applications Developer at TenFold Corporation, a software company focused on developing large-scale applications.

    Prior to S&P Global, Mr. Kocherlakota was SVP, Global Head of Technology Operations & Infrastructure at Visa, Inc. where he oversaw global infrastructure and applications that processed over 130 billion transactions annually. Before Visa, he was at BNY Mellon as the head of Global Infrastructure Engineering and Architecture and led their infrastructure transformation. Mr. Kocherlakota holds the recognition of being a distinguished engineer at Lucent Bell Labs where he managed technology for Lucent and its ventures.

    Mr. Kocherlakota is a NASD registered representative and has a PhD in Computer Science from Michigan State University.

    He currently serves as a cybersecurity expert and the on-call cyber security headhunter with RANE (Risk Assistance Network + Exchange), and he is frequently engaged as a moderator and guest panelist on cyber security talent leadership, recruitment, and development for various executive leadership summits and forums, including Security Innovation Network (SINET) and HMG Strategy CIO & CISO Summits, the latter of which he co-established and built as an adjunct to HMG CIO.

    Mr. Steele currently chairs a CIO Advisory Board for Blumberg Capital, an early stage venture firm, and is active in the evaluation of new companies for the firm to invest in.

    Mr. Steele has 47 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, corporate retail, wholesale, supply chain, merchandising, information technology (IT), dot.com profit & loss, and worldwide retail exchange functions.

    Prior to joining Delta Dental, he was involved in consulting and business development, and was active in establishing several technology companies that serve the retail sector.

    As a former member of the executive management team for a $37 billion retailer, Mr. Steele led numerous strategic projects, inclusive of both large and small mergers and acquisitions.

    Mr. Steele sits on the Advisory Board for a Venture Capital firm and is active in the evaluation of new companies for the firm to invest in.

    Mr. Steele is also a Board Member of Dignity Health, a large multi-state healthcare delivery company based in San Francisco.

    Mr. Steele holds a BA in Business Administration and a BS in Mathematics, both from the University in Washington.

    He has been active in numerous civic organizations.

He is also responsible for all community development initiatives, including Sitehands' global ecosystem of customers and partners. Prior to joining Sitehands, Tallent was Managing Director of Business Innovation & Professional Services for Verizon Enterprise Solutions.  In this capacity, he lead a team of Executive Consultants focused on driving the acceleration and success of digital transformation initiatives underway with enterprise clients.

    Tallent has more than 20 years of experience in business management, digital transformation, technology systems deployment and applications development.  Prior to joining Verizon in 2010, Tallent was a vice president at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and led its commercial business security consulting practice.  Before joining SAIC in 2007, he was co-founder and general manager of Strategic Identity Group, LLC, a consulting company providing services to the financial, biopharmaceutical, health care, and US federal industries.  He was instrumental in the creation of the Secure Access for Everyone (SAFE) global identity management standard for the biopharmaceutical industry and served as the SAFE initiative’s program director during its development phase.  He also played a key role in forming a similar initiative for the financial services sector and was the founding chief executive officer of Identrust, Inc.  Tallent also previously held executive positions at Chase Manhattan Bank, Bankers Trust and First Tennessee Bank.

    Tallent holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Memphis and a master’s degree with honors in finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Prior to American Express, he spent 13 years at Ford Motor Company (and Ford Financial Services) in various progressive leadership, architecture and technology delivery roles.
