EXECUTIVE BRIEFING: The Future of Work: Why The Employee Experience is Everything

Kenneth Zeng, AVP of Product Marketing, GTM, RingCentral

Today's distributed workforce is chasing customers who are more tech-savvy and informed than ever. As innovation and disruption raise the customer engagement bar across all industries, there's no tolerance for gaps in communication, no time to waste on issues that don't matter, and no excuse for missing an angry customer tweet that could cost millions in revenue. To stay competitive in this fast-paced environment, CIOs may be tempted to deploy different "cutting-edge" solutions to address each technology challenge they face. But this siloed approach overlooks the negative impact it can have on employees and their productivity as they swivel-chair between multiple, disconnected systems. Imagine... What could be possible if employees were empowered to communicate, collaborate, and innovate around their most important work? During this session, we explore how CIOs can make this vision a reality by focusing on the single more important piece of their digital transformation journey: the employee experience.
