  • Edward Amoroso
    Founder & CEO

    Dr. Edward G. Amoroso is Chief Executive Officer of TAG Cyber LLC, a global cyber security advisory, training, consulting, and media services company supporting hundreds of major organizations across the world. Ed recently retired from AT&T after thirty-one years of service, beginning in Unix security R&D at Bell Labs and culminating as Senior Vice President and Chief Security Officer of AT&T from 2004 to 2016. He was elected an AT&T Fellow in 2010.

    Ed has been Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at the Stevens Institute of Technology for the past twenty-nine years, where he has introduced over three thousand graduate students to the topic of information security. He is also a Research Professor in the Computer Science Department at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering, and a Senior Advisor at the Applied Physics Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University. He is author of six books on cyber security, and dozens of major research and technical papers in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings.

    Ed holds the BS degree in Physics from Dickinson College, the MS/PhD degrees in Computer Science from the Stevens Institute of Technology, and is a graduate of the Columbia Business School. He holds ten patents in cyber security technology, and he served previously on the Board of Directors for M&T Bank and the NSA Advisory Board.

    Ed’s work has been highlighted on CNN, the New York Times, and the Wall Street Journal. He has worked directly with four Presidential administrations on issues related to national security, critical infrastructure protection, and cyber policy. He and his wife Lee live in New Jersey and are the proud parents of three wonderfully successful Millennials.

    • Renee Arrington offers clients over 20 years’ experience in retained executive search.     • Renee is a frequent speaker at the HMG Strategy CIO Summits around the country, and is a prolific business writer, having written a monthly column for CIO Decisions magazine and been quoted in The Wall Street Journal,, IT World, Network World and Business Process Outsourcing: The Competitive Advantage (Wiley 2005). She was honored among the finalists in D CEO’s 2016 CIO/CTO Awards in the Technology Advocate category.
    • Renee earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Trinity University and studied at Parsons School of Design in Paris. She and her husband, Michael, live in Fort Worth.

    Larry Bilker is a seasoned business technology executive with extensive experience in solving complex business, technological, and organizational problems.  He is currently the CIO of Pyramid Healthcare.  Other roles have included CTO of First Quality Enterprises, Director of Business Architecture at AmerisourceBergen, and CIO of GE's Water & Process Technologies, as well as several consulting positions.   Larry holds a BS in Optical Engineering from the University of Rochester, and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

    Mark Eggleston is a senior executive specializing in security and privacy programs.  His unique background and expertise in information technology, program and people management combined with his diverse experience in healthcare has positioned him as a thought leader and frequent speaker.  Mr. Eggleston currently serves as Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer and Privacy Officer at a leading Philadelphia HMO where he leads the maturation of various security technologies and privacy initiatives and manages a business continuity and disaster recovery program.

    Mr. Eggleston started his professional career serving as a Program Manager and Psychotherapist at a hospital serving children and adolescents.  Later, Mr. Eggleston helped develop a HIPAA privacy and security compliance program for a geographically dispersed health care provider organization and later, a local health plan.  Mr. Eggleston has an undergrad degree in Psychology, a Masters in Social Work and a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in MIS and maintains GSEC, CHPS and CISSP certifications.

    Head of Solutions Marketing East Region

    Dan is responsible for driving vertical growth of the Americas East region at Equinix. 

    An industry veteran of nearly 20 years, Dan joined Equinix in April of 2017.  Before joining Equinix, Dan was a Solutions Architect with Cisco Systems, where he was responsible for the development of datacenter solutions for large enterprise customers.  Prior to that, Dan was the network architecture team lead for Cantor Fitzgerald, senior network engineer At the National Basketball Association and senior infrastructure architect at QVC, Inc.  

  • Nick Falcone
    University of Pennsylvania

    Nick Falcone is the University of Pennsylvania's Chief Information Security Officer.  Nick is still in his first year with Penn, but joined the university with experience derived from leading the information security programs at Thomas Jefferson University and Einstein Healthcare Network.  He also previously contributed to the information security program at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and spent time as a consultant.   Nick describes himself as an information security cynic trying to reverse the trend in his industry to deliver more security instead of securing more mission delivery. 

  • John Fidler

    Previously, John was a Partner at a boutique retained search firm where for more than 8 years he focused on client service and business development, and led the successful placement of information technology and finance executives for a wide variety of companies across all industries. 

    John began his career overseeing the Sales & Marketing function for a wholly-owned subsidiary of Random House, the publishing giant.  He spent time living and working overseas helping to build the company’s offshore operation.  During this time, he recruited and built a majority of the company’s sales force. 

    John has presented to a number of local outplacement and industry associations, and has published several articles on topics related to the recruitment of senior executives. He is deeply entrenched in the Philadelphia business community and has worked closely with organizations such as the Walnut Street Theatre and Philadelphia Outward Bound School. He is a graduate of Bloomsburg University and resides in Skippack, PA with his wife and two sons.

    Hugo’s search career also includes being a Principal with both Korn/Ferry International and Morgan Samuels.  During his seven year tenure with Korn/Ferry, he was instrumental in the creation of the CIO Center of Expertise.  Earlier in his career, Hugo was an economist with Chase Econometrics and The WEFA Group (Wharton Economic Forecasting Associates).  While serving as an economist with The WEFA Group (Wharton Economic Forecasting Associates), Hugo refined his strategic process management and developed superior communication abilities in working with a diverse clientele.

  • Jon Harding
    Global CIO
    Conair Corporation

    As Global CIO of Conair Corporation, Jon Harding holds worldwide responsibility for the company’s IT in support of both day-to-day operations, and future business growth. Harding joined Conair Corporation at the start of 2004 in the new position of Global CIO. A graduate of the University of Sheffield in England, he has 20 years of IT management experience in the consumer products industry. The Conair IT team led by Harding has completed the global rollout of a centralized ERP system that provides one central source of management information to support business growth. Along the way several acquired companies have been integrated into this central IT infrastructure in a 3 to 6 month timeframe. The IT team is customer service focused with the flexibility to meet dynamic business priorities.

    Before joining Conair, Harding was Director of IT for the U.S. Snacks Division of Kellogg Company (formerly the Keebler Company) that Kellogg’s acquired in 2001. Prior to 2001, he held various IT leadership positions within the UK and European subsidiaries of Kellogg’s. From 1999 to 2001 he was the overall leader of a major business process and system change initiative for Kellogg’s Europe. In total he spent 17 years with Kellogg’s IT team.

She built Digital Delivery practice from ground up transforming customer experience across multiple channels, implementing CRM and standing up all digital company on one centralized Salesforce platform.

    Alona holds a MS in Computer Science from Drexel University and various industry recognized certifications. She is regarded as a thought leader on emerging digital business models, technology trends, and the digital future.

    Kelly Kleinfelder is a visionary IT leader with a winning track record of building, reorganizing and overseeing best-in-class IT departments. Extensive experience in IT operations, business process improvement, policy authoring and compliance allows her to deliver technology solutions/strategies that result in high customer satisfaction, efficiency gains and cost reductions. Kelly began her career in IT systems integration consulting as a systems engineer. From there, she moved into the technical management track, and became a leader of systems administrators and engineers. She has served in various IT leadership positions since 2000. Currently, Kelly is the CIO and SVP Information Technology at SDI, a digital supply chain company.

    Kelly received her Bachelor’s degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from Drexel University. She holds a Master’s in Information Technology Leadership from La Salle University.

    As Vice President & General Manager of DCG Services, Laura Laltrello leads the worldwide Services organization that provides support for Lenovo’s datacenter customers.  She continuously drives improvements and focus to deliver an effortless customer experience. She has a passion for solving core business problems through analytics, optimization, and innovation.

    Laura is a respected, reputable leader known for fostering cooperation and engagement to develop and retain talent. She has experience in the Datacenter and PC industries for Fortune 500 Companies. 

    As a passionate advocate for STEM education Laura founded Lenovo’s first NAF Academy Internship Program for High School students. This program has grown from six students in 2016 to 55 high school students in 2018 across Lenovo’s North Carolina campus.  She also serves on the board at the Academy of IT for Chapel Hill Schools.

    In 2017, Laura represented Lenovo as “working mother of the year” as Lenovo made “Working Mother Magazine’s” Top 100 companies list.  Since the birth of her daughter, she has been mentoring women who are pregnant or have young children and facing decisions on how to balance family and career.  

    She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Mathematics from Clemson University and currently resides in Chapel Hill with husband and daughter. As outdoor enthusiasts, they enjoy mountain and road biking, kayaking, hiking and paddle boarding.

Andy has also held key technology leadership roles with the Verizon companies for 11 years, where he led teams in the Enterprise, Consumer and Wireless divisions, delivering technology solutions to the marketplace, and with Cable & Wireless, SmithKline Beecham, The PMA Group, PECO Energy and Prudential Insurance Company throughout his career.

    Andy has been recognized as a 2016 Premier 100 IT Leader by Computerworld Magazine and was named an Alumni Fellow by the Pennsylvania State University. Both of these awards recognize his expertise in the effective management of global, national, regional and local business and technology teams responsible for strategic initiatives, partnerships and tactical project efforts that support the business with consistent focus on driving revenue growth. Andy is known for his skill in building, maintaining and leveraging relationships with executives and key stakeholders across the business, in the technology industry and in the public sector, enabling quick, efficient and focused collaboration among diverse organizations to achieve desired outcomes.

    Andy received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The Pennsylvania State University, where he chairs the Advisory Board for its Abington Pennsylvania Campus, and has serves as a member of the Executive Board of the Penn State Alumni Association. He is an appointed member of the board of directors of the Montgomery County Development Corporation, a member of the board of directors of Encore Series, Inc. (the presenter of The Philly POPS), a member of the Settlement Music School board of directors, and has also served as an elected member of Horsham Township Council, a local governing body, for eight years.

    Anahi Santiago is the Chief Information Security Officer at Christiana Care Health System in Delaware, one of the country’s largest healthcare providers.  With over 20 years in the Information Technology field, Anahi has extensive experience in areas of cybersecurity, privacy, regulatory compliance, program management and infrastructure services.

    Anahi has overall responsibility for the organization’s information security program and strategic direction. She leads a team of high performing information security professionals in supporting Christiana's strategic initiatives by partnering with the business and managing risks, implementing policies and controls, and generating overall awareness.

    Prior to joining Brixmor in 2015, Helane worked as the Vice President of Information Technology for Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust where she led the development of technology strategy, innovation and operations. She has also served in multiple management, senior consultant and programming positions at Siemens Medical Solutions.

    Helane earned a Master of Business Administration and Healthcare Administration from Saint Joseph’s University and a bachelor’s degree from The University of Pittsburgh. Helane is active in the REIT tech industry having served on several boards, panels and user groups throughout her career. She currently serves as board member for the Oracle Real Estate Users Group and Society of Information Management.   She has been recognized for innovative use of technology for three consecutive years by leading technology publication Information Week.  She has nearly 20 years of experience working in the shopping center industry.
