    Snehal Antani is co-founder & CEO of Horizon3.ai, a cyber security startup focused on AI-enabled red teaming. Prior to starting Horizon3, Snehal served as CTO for the US Department of Defense, responsible for transforming the technology capabilities of the command to include cyber security, advanced R&D, AI, and data analytics. Snehal was formerly the CTO of Splunk, and before that, a CIO at GE Capital. Snehal started his career at IBM as a software engineer, where he earned 16 patents for his work in cloud, distributed computing, and large-scale data processing. Snehal earned in BS in Computer Science from Purdue, where as a freshman he watched Tom Brady play Drew Brees. He earned is MS in Computer Science from RPI, where he never attended an RPI football game.

Serving the financial needs of approximately 14.3 million individual and institutional customers in the United States, Voya is a Fortune 500 company that had $8.6 billion in revenue in 2017. The company had $528 billion in total assets under management and administration as of June 30, 2018. Badhwar is responsible for leading the company’s security engineering, architecture and operational functions for all domains (data security, network security, application and system security, monitoring and response, vulnerability management, and identity and access management), setting the overall security strategy and direction, enhancing security standards and policies, and establishing compliance with required government, financial and privacy regulations. Badhwar has more than 24 years of experience within the IT industry, with proven management, analytical and organizational skills, as well as, expertise involving requirement analysis, architecture, design, development, and management of technical resources for Cyber Security Engineering and Operations, and Incident Response. He has a mix of Security, Application Development, and Network management experience and possesses a strategic and tactical skill set for analytical and technical workloads. He also held a top secret (SSBI) clearance from the U.S. Department of Defense. Prior to joining Voya, Badhwar was the global head of information security for AIG, where he led global security engineering and operations, aided by a strategy centered on the protection and preservation of IT systems, infrastructure, and other computing assets. Additionally, he authored the AIG security policy and many security standards and guidelines. Prior to his role at AIG, he held senior Security and IT leadership roles at BAE Systems Inc., Bank of America, Time Warner Cable and AOL Time Warner. Badhwar graduated from George Washington University (GWU) with a master’s of science (MS) degree in Information Systems Technology and also holds a bachelor’s of science (BS) degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Karnatak University. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), a Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA), and a Cisco certified Network Associate for Security (CCNA-Sec).     Since 2015, Brian Brockway has been driving Commvault’s technology strategy, product innovation and integration expansion across the partner ecosystem. He has served in a variety of product management and marketing roles at Commvault, which he joined after working as a strategic consultant at Gartner and an equities analyst at Schwab Soundview Capital Markets. He holds an MBA degree from NYU Stern and an Aerospace Engineering Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Buffalo, and served in the U.S. Navy Reserves. After years of working to spot global market shifts and acting as his family’s technology guru, he’s challenged daily by his daughters’ mastery of emerging (social) media platforms. He’s called MacGyver by his neighbors for his problem-solving skills and fondness for spy novels, and dreams of joining a surfer band when he’s not finding innovative solutions for customers.

Prior to joining Zerto, he spent more than ten years in key sales and business development roles at Dell EMC. Coley is a twenty-eight-year sales veteran in the IT industry; having worked previously for EMC, Kashya, IBM, Quantum and Arrow Electronics with a background in storage and BCDR products and solutions.

    Coley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Siena College.

    Fipps joined Under Armour in January 2014 as Senior Vice President, Global Operations and oversaw Global Sales Operations, Planning, and Global Logistics and Distribution.  In 2015 he assumed the role of Chief Information Officer and implemented new technology investments and introduced a new operating model that enabled UA’s global expansion.

    Prior to joining UA, Paul Fipps served as Chief Information Officer and Corporate Vice President of Business Services at The Charmer Sunbelt Group (CSG) – a leading distributor of fine wines, spirits, beer, bottled water and other beverages in the United States. While at CSG, he led the strategic development and execution of CSG’s multi-functional shared services organization. Before entering into the corporate world, Fipps proudly served in the armed forces as a member of the United States Army.

    Fipps currently serves on the Board of Directors for America’s SAP User Group (ASUG) and Howard University’s Supply Chain Management Advisory Board. Previously, he served on University of Baltimore’s MIS Advisory Board. He is a frequent speaker on the topics of Digital Transformation, Operational Excellence, Digital as a Competitive Advantage, and SAP Technology.

    Paul Fipps holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Baltimore and received his Masters of Business Administration from UB’s Merrick School of Business.

    Fipps, his wife Amy and two daughters reside in Mount Airy, Maryland.

    Nancy Flores is executive vice president, chief information officer (CIO) and chief technology officer (CTO) for McKesson Corporation.

    In this role, Flores is responsible for the company’s technology initiatives including software, infrastructure, application development tools and processes, operations, and cybersecurity. She also guides the overall direction for the company’s healthcare technology products and data and analytics.

    Prior to McKesson, Flores served as CIO at Johnson Controls (JCI) where she was responsible for information technology, cybersecurity and analytics. Previously, she spent 22 years at Abbott in several leadership roles including chief information officer. She also led Global Business Services, Abbott’s back office services, through an extensive transformation.

    The Greater Milwaukee Women’s Fund recognized Flores as a 2019 Futurist Leader for her strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. She also serves on the board of the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and is a member of the CIO Strategy Exchange (CIOSE), which is a selective program for chief information officers from forward-looking companies.

    Flores earned bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Computer Information Systems from Regis University in Denver, Colorado and a master’s degree in Mathematics from the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colorado.
