    She has held leadership positions in a variety of industries from financial services to software organizations and played a variety of roles from being the fixer to most recently building a multi-national organization that drove a technology and culture transformation that replaced a burning enterprise on premise platform with an integrated suite of best-of-breed cloud enterprise applications in less than seven months.  She joined the cloud journey early by taking a practice lead role at an early system implementer adopter and had never looked back.  Her years of experience driving solution architecture in back office solutions across all sizes of organizations has led to her being a highly sought-after leader and speaker, and she relishes the opportunity to share her story as a way to help others avoid the learning opportunities she faced as an early entrant to the cloud space.

    Max Chan is the CIO and is responsible for the delivery of all strategic business IT and digital transformation initiatives. Max and his team work closely with senior executives to translate business strategies to IT roadmaps, and drive prioritization of these initiatives through a global governance process.

    Max joined Avnet in 2013 as VP of IT for the Technology Solutions business in Asia Pacific. In this role, he led critical system implementations and enhancements, helping build Avnet’s Global Development Centers, while driving process improvement initiatives in the region. Max was later transferred to Phoenix, Arizona to take on global application and business relationship management roles, before being promoted to his current role in Dec 2018.

Grimmelmann serves as President & CEO for the Arizona Cyber Threat Response Alliance (ACTRA), a non-profit entity, that was developed collaboratively with the FBI’s Arizona InfraGard Program and independently launched in 2013 to enable its private/public sector members to enable themselves to respond to the escalating national cybersecurity threat.  Mr. Grimmelmann Co-Chairs Governor Ducey’s AZ Cybersecurity Team (‘ACT’) and is a Founding Member of President Obama’s National ISAO Leadership Group at the University of Texas San Antonio (UTSA. As ACTRA’s leader, Mr. Grimmelmann was the first private sector representative in the Arizona Counter Terrorism Information Center (ACTIC) on its Executive Board. He has held C-level positions in Finance, healthcare and government, focusing on cybersecurity in response to 9/11.  He holds an MBA in Finance/International Business from UC Berkeley, and a BA in Operations with a Business Law minor from the University of South Florida.

    Steve Phillips is the chief information officer at Alorica where he is responsible for setting and delivering IT strategy.  He reports to CEO Andy Lee and is a member of the Alorica Executive Committee. 

    Between 2005 and 2017 he served as CIO at Avnet. Between 2004 and 2005 he was CIO at Memec, a global electronic components distributor acquired by Avnet.

    Prior to joining Memec, Mr. Phillips was CIO for Gateway Inc. He was previously the IT leader for Diageo’s European foods business and early in his career he served in a number of engineering and operations leadership roles at Thorn EMI.

    Since 2012, he has served as chairman of the board of Wick Communications, a US-based news media business.

    In 2015, Mr. Phillips was inducted into the CIO Hall of Fame, a lifetime achievement that honors IT executives and visionaries whose leadership has significantly impacted the field of IT.

    Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from Essex University and a post-graduate diploma in management studies from the University of West London. He is a fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.

Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute in Tampa, where she served for five years as Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer.

    In her role at CTCA, Greenman works to implement technology advances and enhancements to empower its internal and external partners with a resilient, responsive and high-performing technology infrastructure to meet the broad needs of the patients and families who come to CTCA for their care.   

    At Moffitt, Greenman provided leadership and strategic direction for technologies used across the institution, supporting exceptional care delivery and fueling breakthrough scientific discoveries. During her tenure, Moffitt was recognized as a "Best Place to Work in IT" by Computerworld from 2017 through 2019. Additionally, Moffitt was recognized by the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives as a “Healthcare Most Wired” organization in 2019, recognized for exemplifying best practices through the adoption, implementation and use of technology. Prior to that, Greenman worked for Tampa’s Bayfront Health System in a variety of IT management roles, including Chief Information Officer. She started her career as a Solution Delivery Consultant for Cerner Corporation. 

    Greenman obtained an MBA from the University of Florida and undergraduate degrees in Management Information Systems and Finance from Florida State University. She is a member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives and was recognized by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as a finalist for the "CIO of the Year Award" in 2016 and 2018.
