During his tenure, he helped double employee productivity at Facebook while helping to scale the company to over 18,000 employees, and over $30B in revenue. While at Facebook Tim’s team pioneered the use of Machine Learning and other AI based solutions in Enterprise Software. She also leads internal programs to capture best practices for sharing with customers at the company’s annual Knowledge conference and in executive customer briefings, as well as, providing feedback into our product engineering team.
Prior to joining ServiceNow, Patricia worked at Symantec for 11 years, serving in a variety of leadership roles in many areas of IT, including Collaboration and Productivity Services, Service Management Office, Business Application, Mergers and Acquisitions, eBusiness, Engineering, and Business Operations. Before that, she spent nine years at PeopleSoft/Oracle and held a number of positions in Professional Services and IT.
Patricia began her career 24 years ago as a Novell network administrator and desktop support. It was there that she found her true passion for technology and a deep desire for continuous learning. Max is a cyber security expert with over eight years’ experience in the field specialising in network monitoring and offensive security. At Darktrace, Max works with strategic customers to help them investigate and respond to threats as well as overseeing the cyber security analyst team in Cambridge, the UK headquarters. Prior to his current role, Max led the Threat and Vulnerability Management department for Hewlett-Packard in Central Europe. He was a member of the German Chaos Computer Club and was working as a white hat hacker in penetration testing and red teaming engagements. Mr. Lillie also served for eight years as global CIO of Equinix, helping lead enterprise-wide IT initiatives and developing several groundbreaking products and technologies. They include the Equinix Cloud Exchange portal and API platform, the Equinix Customer Portal, Equinix Marketplace Portal and the Equinix Internet Exchange Portal.
