    Shobhana Ahluwalia is Head of Information Technology for Uber. Prior to joining Uber, Shobhana served as Vice President of Information Technology at Rocket Fuel, where she created and scaled a global IT team to support Rocket Fuel’s rapid business growth. Until 2013, Shobhana held various roles at CBS, including the Vice President of Enterprise Resource Planning and IT at CBS, where she led internal technology for all 10 of CBS’s business units including Network, CBS Studios, and Simon & Schuster.

    Shobhana holds an MBA with a double major in Strategy and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. Additionally, she has a Bachelor of Computer Science in Engineering.

    Prior to joining Medallia, Ashwin was Chief Information, Intelligence & Data Officer at KLA-Tencor, a market leading semiconductor capital equipment company globally responsible for driving business value, managing and supporting IT Infrastructure, Business Applications, Productivity and Collaboration tools, Advanced Data Analytics and Enterprise Risk Management. Ashwin was instrumental in several enterprise business transformations at KLA-Tencor, which included business process optimization, outsourcing, cloud migration, mobile solutions, big data analytics, NLP, ML & AI. Prior to serving as CIO, Ashwin was President and Managing Director for KLA-Tencor India. He was responsible for all offshore software development for KLA-Tencor products and all back-office managed and shared services, including Supply Chain, Finance, HR & IT operations. Ashwin’s tenure at KLA-Tencor also included being General Manager for the Macro Inspection product division for KLA-Tencor with full P&L responsibilities. Additionally, Ashwin held various executive and senior level positions at KLA-Tencor in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Program and Business Operations Management. He has also held various senior management positions at Electroglas Inc., Keithley Instruments, and Noran Instruments.

    Ashwin earned his doctorate and post doctorate degrees in Material Science and Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park and his bachelor's degree in Metallurgy from the National Institute of Technology in India.

    Ashwin has been the recipient of many leadership awards including the HMG strategy

    most Innovative CIO award and CIO 100 Innovation awards. He continues to be a strong

    advocate for women and an active mentor, including Womens unlimited. Additionally, Ashwin was a board member of the Children’s Discovery Museum. Ashwin continues to be an investor, business mentor for early startups, and very active in the CIO and VC communities. He is also a charter member of TIE.

  • Timothy Campos

    Tim Campos served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Facebook from 2010 until the end of 2016.  During his tenure, he helped double employee productivity at Facebook while helping to scale the company to over 18,000 employees, and over $30B in revenue.  While at Facebook Tim’s team pioneered the use of Machine Learning and other AI based solutions in Enterprise Software.  Seeking to apply this experience to the rest of the world, Tim left Facebook at the end of 2016 to found Pulsra - currently in stealth mode.  

    Tim serves on the Board of Directors for both Rackspace and Viavi (NASDAQ:VIAV) as well as at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.  One of Tim’s personal passions is closing the opportunity divide. Tim has been a long advocate and board member for YearUp, a Bay Area nonprofit that serves urban youth.

He held senior level positions with companies in a variety of industries, including Sun Microsystems, Price Waterhouse, and Wells Fargo Bank.

    Prior to joining ServiceNow, Patricia worked at Symantec for 11 years, serving in a variety of leadership roles in many areas of IT, including Collaboration and Productivity Services, Service Management Office, Business Application, Mergers and Acquisitions, eBusiness, Engineering, and Business Operations. Before that, she spent nine years at PeopleSoft/Oracle and held a number of positions in Professional Services and IT.

    Patricia began her career 24 years ago as a Novell network administrator and desktop support. It was there that she found her true passion for technology and a deep desire for continuous learning. She has held several leadership positions across the board in IT during her tunure which gives her broad knowledge in this area.  She holds a BA in Communication from Ohio State University, a BS in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, and an Executive MBA from California State University.

    In her free time, she enjoys sailing, scuba diving, hiking and bicycling. She also likes traveling the world and exploring new places with her husband, Paul.

Prior to his current role, Max led the Threat and Vulnerability Management department for Hewlett-Packard in Central Europe. He was a member of the German Chaos Computer Club and was working as a white hat hacker in penetration testing and red teaming engagements. Before joining Cisco Systems, he was with Novitas Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm.

    Earlier in his career, Arif worked in technical development and product management roles at WebTV (acquired by MSFT), Andes Networks (acquired by SUNW), and Sun Microsystems.

    Arif is a charter Member and member of the Organizing Committee for the C100, a non-profit, member-driven organization that supports Canadian technology entrepreneurship through mentorship, partnership and investment. He also foundedWVP Ventures, a student-run venture capital fund, while in business school.

Tony has conducted many “C” level searches for organizations where leaders are transforming/building organizations that are taking advantage of digital technologies.  He has conducted “C” level searches conducted for organizations such as Aurora Healthcare, Axalta, Catholic Health Initiatives, Blue Shield of California, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Delta Dental, Dignity Health, Esurance, Kaiser Permanente, Novant Health, PG&E, Polycom, Sutter Health, Symmetricom, TE Connectivity, and Wellmark. 

    Prior to his executive search experience, Tony was a Board member of three public companies and CEO of a $600 million Public Company. Before that, Tony ran a $1 billion division of a telephone company focused on corporate users and had responsibility for all data services and networking products. While at the telephone company, he was founder and Chairman of its ISP and a board member of its 2 million-subscriber cell phone subsidiary. 

    Tony uses his operating experience from being a CEO, financial background as a CPA and CA, and technical knowledge from the work that he has done for Tech companies to drill down and understand at a nuanced level what his clients are seeking to achieve as they build their teams.
