    Bryce Austin is a leading voice on communication techniques with executive leadership on technology and cybersecurity issues. With over 10 years of experience as a CIO and CISO, Bryce has influenced the boards of companies in industries as diverse as financial services, retail, healthcare, technology and manufacturing industries. He founded TCE Strategy, which specializes in strategic consulting on technology and cybersecurity.

    Bryce holds a CISM certification and is known as a thought leader, cybersecurity expert and nationally-recognized public speaker. He started his technology career on a Commodore PET computer and a cassette tape drive. Bryce is known for creating business value from technology opportunities, implementing technology security that promotes a positive end-user experience, and wearing t-shirts with clever jokes so obscure that they are often humorous only to himself.

    Bryce received a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Illinois. He, his wife and two young sons live in Lakeville, MN.

    Fun fact: Bryce is a weekend high-speed track driver and coach at venues across the USA. He has over 15 years of experience, and has driven cars as diverse as an 85 horsepower Saturn to a 650 horsepower Porsche 911 Turbo. He has had over 100 students, none of whom have died while under his instruction.

    Shoukat Ali Bhamani is the Chief Information & Digital Officer (CIO & CDO) for the Schaeffler Group Americas, a global automotive, industrial & aerospace manufacturer with $3.2B revenue and 13,000 employees in Americas.  Over the past 20 years, Shoukat has led several operational and strategic business functions to support a double digit growth in the manufacturing environment. This includes Strategic Planning, General Management, R&D, Program Management, Quality Systems, Continuous Improvement, Process Management and IT. His effective transformation leadership has successfully integrated the IT and business priorities via program management, roadmaps, goals, KPIs and strategic initiatives, across multiple platforms & business units, nationally & internationally.  Resulting in a uniform SAP landscape region wide, measurable business improvements, increased sales opportunities, optimized business processes & supply chain, efficient technology & infrastructure, IT cost transparency, and a high performance IT team to support business growth & strategy. He has now taken over the responsibility of digital transformation and is in the process of prioritizing business needs, establishing talents and executing digital solutions.

    With over 30 years of technology and business experience working in high tech software companies, Bobby is an expert at applying technology to solve a diverse range of business challenges.

    In the 90’s, as CTO for various organizations, Bobby worked to pioneer techniques for delivering education and training content via the Internet. Following up, he led the design and development of a set of SaaS-based collaboration and real-time communications tools. In the early 2000’s, Bobby worked for Adobe and Teradata, identifying and bringing to market document and data-centric solutions for organizations worldwide.

    Bobby joined Informatica where his experience gives him a unique perspective on the application of Informatica technologies to the ever growing data challenges of Informatica’s customers.

  • Michael Del Priore

    Michael Del Priore has over 25 years industry experience specializing in driving the innovative use of Information Technology in the Consumer Products and Pharmaceutical industries. Throughout his career he has consistently led large transformational initiatives in domestic and global settings where technology was deployed to drive business value.

    Michael was previously Senior VP and CIO at Catalent Pharma Solutions where he was responsible for all aspects of information technology at the company.  Michael led the development of a new Global IT strategy and launched a series of initiatives to leverage technology to drive company growth, derive efficiencies in the manufacturing and lab operations, and enhance interactions with customers and suppliers.

    Immediately prior, he was VP, Global CIO at Church & Dwight where he also led the Global IT organization.  During his tenure and C&D, he led the development of a new IT strategy that completely transformed the organization and how it leverages technology.  Prior to Church & Dwight, Michael was Vice President and Global Head of Commercial Operations IT for Roche Pharma.  In addition, Michael functioned as the Region Head for North America.

    Before to joining Roche, Michael held a series of IT leadership roles in divisions of Philip Morris (Altria) where he provided IT leadership to corporate functions as well as international and domestic businesses.  Michael launched his career as a Consultant at Andersen.  Michael holds a BS degree in Management Information Systems and an MBA in Corporate Finance.

  • Lakshmi Eleswarpu

    Lakshmi Eleswarpu leads Business & Supply Chain Systems and is driving Boeing’s second century strategy of systems and applications in the global supply chain, supplier management and corporate functions.  She is responsible for Enterprise Supply Chain Systems and Corporate Business Systems (Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Government Relations, Boeing Capital Corporation, International Business and Shared Services Group) across Boeing Commercial Airplanes; Boeing Defense, Space & Security; and Boeing Global Services business units.

    Eleswarpu also served in The Coca-Cola Company where she led global engineering and development for cloud, network and collaboration services. Previously, she held leadership positions in infrastructure technology systems and operations at British Telecom, Hewlett Packard and Procter & Gamble companies.

    Eleswarpu graduated with a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Akron and is a member of Tau Beta Pi, Eta Kappa Nu and the Society of Women Engineers.

    Darrell is responsible for the design, development and implementation of technology solutions that underlie new services and capabilities supporting a fast, flawless, and simple experience for our 16,000 institutions, our more than 4 million plan participants and our internal associates.

    Darrell brings to TIAA an outstanding record of digital transformation, innovation and delivery, having developed technology strategy, delivered transformational initiatives to achieve business outcomes, and enabled individual business lines to self-fund market-differentiating capabilities as a result of efficiency gains. He joined TIAA from Fidelity, where he spent 22 years in IT roles of increasing responsibility and most recently served as the Head of Technology Strategy & Planning.  His notable accomplishments include establishing and implementing the enterprise-wide strategic direction for the IT organization, including the shift of $700 million of expense out of the existing IT cost base; leading the delivery of customer-oriented, integrated platforms and experiences across all areas of the company, while working closely with Fidelity’s executive leadership team.

    Prior to joining Fidelity, Darrell worked at Keane, Inc., as a consultant and JR Medical Search as a programmer/analyst, he holds a BA in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from Villanova University.  Darrell has been an active mentor in the Women’s Unlimited LEAD program and is a member of the advisory boards of the University of New Hampshire’s College of Engineering & Physical Sciences, SCRUM.ORG, the Waterville Valley Foundation and is the Treasurer of the Waterville Valley Historical Society.

    Marc was most recently Chief Information Officer at Sealed Air Corporation and led the global IT & Digital organization and Digital Delivery with the goal of designing and executing mission-critical business transformation programs.

    Working in close coordination with Sealed Air divisions, R&D and other functions, he was key to articulating and driving Sealed Air’s digital strategy. This strategy led to new business opportunities and generated revenue growth by applying new, even disruptive, technology products, services and solutions to meet customers’ needs.

    In 2018, Marc received the Charlotte CIO of The Year® Orbie® Award in the Super Global category. Under his leadership, Sealed Air received the CIO 100 Award for exemplifying the highest level of operational and strategic excellence tied to innovative digital solutions. Marc has been named one of the Top Technology Executives to Watch by thought leadership research group, HMG Strategy.

    With more than 20 years of IT leadership experience, Marc has worked in a variety of industries covering energy and environmental technology, biotechnology, international aerospace and defense, and government security. Throughout his career, he has successfully led all facets of IT, including largescale technology rollouts, implementing new business concepts and delivering innovative business solutions.

    Marc sits on Advisory boards for the Global CIO Executive Summit, PTC, Insight Venture Management, FireMon and Nutanix. He is also a member of the CNBC Technology Executive Council. Marc has been published numerous times in technology and business journals.

    Michael is a member of the Board of Advisors for the North Carolina Technology Association. Outside of work, Michael has been an active member of the Reynolda Rotary Club and Youth Soccer Coach.

    He holds a BS in Business from Wake Forest University, where he was a two-year starter on the Football Team. Michael resides in Winston-Salem, NC with his wife, and has four grown children.

  • Mark Moore

    After searching long and far, it was clear there are no great comprehensive solutions to help bring manufacturers into the online world. As Noribachi's CIO, Mark was tasked to create online opportunities for the commercial LED lighting product line. This lead to a series of experiments and eventually engineering and developing the platform which has become Inxeption's platform. As a software engineer with over 30 years of industry and senior executive management experience, he continues to strive today to build cutting edge solutions and disrupt the software world. While at Noribachi, Mark was also responsible for their IOT device product line as well as all online corporate infrastructure.

    Prior to Noribachi, Mark served as Senior Vice Products of Recommind and was responsible for Engineering, Product, Support and Cloud Services Delivery team for Recommind's eDiscovery products. While at Recommind, Mark oversaw and consistently grew Recommind's largest revenue division – OnDemand Services. Mark also led the worldwide Engineering and Product teams to advance from waterfall product development to sprint-based processes and eventually becoming a nimble DevOps organization.

    Mark also served as Executive VP - Products and Services for Niku Corporation (product Clarity acquired by Computer Associates), a designer of enterprise IT project/portfolio management systems, where he led all product operations including early design, delivery, marketing, professional services and support. He continues to be excited by the large Clarity user community and enthusiastic customer base which has progressed over the years.

    Mark was also a founding member of several high growth consumer startups specializing in cloud based video and music devices and services – Diba (information appliances), Listen.com/Rhapsody as well as CEO and the Founder of OneTrueMedia/Spotmixer.

    Mark began his career working for a nearly a decade in the Oracle Database Kernel Development team specializing in high scalable and performant data systems, holds patents in Media Servers, Online Video serving and Information Appliance Architectures. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL.

  • Ted Mueller

    Born and raised in Columbus Ohio, and alum of Miami University of Ohio (1999), Ted began his career with Westin Hotels and Resorts on Hilton Head Island, specializing in Finance.  Over the next few years Ted transitioned into IT and helped open The Westin Savannah Harbor Resort.  The next opportunity brought him to Charlotte, NC, where he led IT operations for the Westin Charlotte opening team, and remained on as Director of IT until 2006.  During this time Ted completed the Wake Forest MBA program and (more importantly) met his wife, Julie.  Ted then accepted an Area Director of IT role with Starwood – supporting all Starwood brands in South Florida and the Caribbean.  In 2008, Ted joined Starwood’s New Builds and Transitions team and assisted in opening over 50 owned and managed hotels in the US, Caribbean and Canada.  Most recently, Ted was a Portfolio Lead with Accenture supporting data management operations for a major financial client in Charlotte – leading a team of over 150 resources around the globe. 

    Currently Ted is the CIO and VP of IT for Bissell Companies and is responsible for IT and Operations strategy and execution for all Bissell entities.

    Ted resides in South Charlotte with his wife Julie and his sons Henry (6yrs) and William “Bo” (4 yrs).

    Chris Paul is Senior Vice President for Advisor and Investor Experience at LPL Financial. In this role, he and his team are focused on designing seamless, integrated experiences that empower LPL advisors and engage end investors. Chris and team are responsible for product user experience and design, experience strategy, experience innovation, and advisor and investor research and insight.

    Mr. Paul has over two decades of experience designing enterprise and consumer software solutions. Prior to joining LPL, Mr. Paul was Director, User Experience and Information Development for IBM’s Collaboration Services and Social Business division. At IBM, he led the award-winning product design efforts for Connections, WebSphere Portal, Sametime and SmartCloud, among others.

    Chris holds 17 patents for software innovations and was named an IBM Master Inventor for his contributions to IBM intellectual property portfolio.

    Mr. Paul is an expert in product and user experience design. He received his M.F.A. in Design from the Yale School of Art and his B.S. in Design from Eastern Michigan University. He lives in Waxhaw, NC with his wife, Danielle and two teenage children. In his spare time, Chris likes to abandon all modern technology by casting lead type and printing letterpress on a rebuilt 1964 Heidelberg Windmill.

    Joe is a Global Vice President of IT & Digital at Sealed Air Corporation, leading the IT Business Development & Relationship Management function for the company. Joe and his team are responsible for bringing new technology solutions to the business in addition to managing the relationships between IT and the rest of the enterprise. Joe has over 25 years of experience across various industries including Telecom, REIT, Insurance, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, and A & D. Prior to Sealed Air, Joe was the Divisional CIO for Heineken USA based out of White Plains, NY. In a short amount of time, he was able to turn the perception of IT there from order takers to strategic partners. Pre-Heineken, Joe was the VP and Regional CIO for EMEA for American Tower Corporation. He built a high performing IT organization in South Africa from the bottom up to support the fast growing region. In addition to creating an IT strategy for the region, he and his team implemented relevant technology in accelerated timeframes to enable the business to run and succeed in that market.

    Joe started his career as an Engineer at United Technologies and has been a continuous improvement leader and project manager on the business side for many years prior to his shift to IT. This strong business foundation allows him to better align the right technology to the business challenges he faces as an IT leader. Joe has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, a M.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, and a M.S. in Management from RPI. He is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Practitioner.

    Previously, Suhas was a Managing Director at TIAA-CREF.  As Head of Digital Technology overseeing $900 billion in assets, he transformed digital channel capability serving individual and institutional customers across all business segments: pension, retirement, broker/dealer, mutual funds, hedge funds, 529 plans, retail banking, endowments, and life insurance.  

    Suhas spent six years at Putnam Investments prior to joining TIAA-CREF. Earlier in his career, he worked in application development, holding leadership roles at IBM Smarter Workforce (formerly Kenexa) and EA Engineering.

    Suhas has a Master of Engineering degree from University of Maryland, College Park, and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Angela serves on the board of Freedom School Partners, a non-profit committed to promoting literacy in the Charlotte area, and on the executive team of the Go Red for Women organization, part of the American Heart Association. She is a Trustee of the Charlotte Regional Business Initiative, and is an advisory board member for the American Hospital Association Innovation Council and the University of Tennessee Electrical Engineering and Computer Science department.
