    Yuri Aguiar is the Director of Innovation and Transformation at The Ogilvy Group and, prior to that, he was the Strategic Portfolio Director on the leadership team at WPP Coretech.

    Yuri has been a CIO, CTO and Director of Worldwide Technology Operations over his 18-year stint as a Global Leader in business technology. He prides himself in leading small efficient teams of independent thinkers that challenge the status quo. Currently studying for his Masters in Digital Marketing, Yuri uses his downtime on a flight simulator hoping to make it real someday.

    His love for music continues to find expression outside of work. Yuri has helped organize charity concerts for Breast Cancer, US Veterans and for victims of the tsunami in Japan - often playing with the band.

    He religiously follows his own business motto that “Good execution eats strategy for lunch.”

    Renee Arrington offers clients over 20 years’ experience in retained executive search. She excels in recruiting senior executive talent for Fortune 500 companies, private-equity-backed businesses and not-for-profit organizations. She is a member the Pearson Partners board of directors and leads the firm’s Fort Worth office and CIO and IT leadership practice with clients in technology, retail, financial services, business services, distribution and R&D. Renee conducts searches for board members, presidents and executive directors among other senior leadership positions.

    In addition to serving on Pearson Partners’ board of directors, Renee serves on the boards of directors of the Dallas/Fort Worth chapter of the Society for Information Management (SIM), the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) North Texas Chapter and the Foundation for the Young Women’s Leadership Academy in Fort Worth. She is an executive committee member of Dallas Executive Women’s Roundtable (EWR) and a member of Fort Worth’s Women Steering Business (WSB). Renee has previously served on the board of North Texas Public Broadcasting (NPR Affiliate) and was board chairman of both the YWCA of Fort Worth and Tarrant County and the Fort Worth Westside YMCA.

    Renee is a frequent speaker at the HMG Strategy CIO Summits around the country. She has written a monthly column for CIO Decisions magazine and has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, CareerJournal.com, IT World, Network World and Business Process Outsourcing: The Competitive Advantage (Wiley 2005). She was honored among the finalists in D CEO’s 2016 CIO/CTO Awards in the Technology Advocate category

    Renee earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Trinity University and studied at Parsons School of Design in Paris. She and her husband, Michael, live in Fort Worth.

    Todd Bearman is the Chief Information Security Officer for TE Connectivity with responsibility for Information Security globally across nearly 150 countries with 78,000 employees. 

    Todd is responsible for ensuring collaboration and risk management across the corporate functions and business units where he leverages his leadership, technical, and business expertise to manage information and business risks.  He manages the global Information Security Program defining strategy and executing on security initiatives.  

    Todd has over 25 years of information systems experience and has been involved with various aspects of Information Security for over 18 years.   Prior to working at TE Connectivity, Todd was CISO at Towers Watson, as well as Director of Information Security at Commerce Bank (now TD Bank).  Previously, Todd has spent much of his career as a consultant, helping global companies implement and improve their security programs.

    Todd is a co-chair for the governing body of Evanta, a Gartner company and is active in the security community.  He frequently attends security conferences and can often be found presenting or participating on a panel with his peers.   Todd has also been featured in multiple articles including in Information Technology and Security magazine and CIO-Leader.com.  He earned his BS in Marketing from Monmouth University.

    Larry Bilker is a seasoned business technology executive with extensive experience in solving complex business, technological, and organizational problems.  He is currently the CIO of Pyramid Healthcare.  Other roles have included CTO of First Quality Enterprises, Director of Business Architecture at AmerisourceBergen, and CIO of GE's Water & Process Technologies, as well as several consulting positions.   Larry holds a BS in Optical Engineering from the University of Rochester, and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

    Dan C. Costantino is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Penn Medicine. Dan is an information security leader with extensive experience in the industry, including; strategic planning and development of enterprise information security programs, development of strong technological security controls as well as disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Dan is an expert in information security governance and risk management planning with a mission to align the people, process, and technology of cybersecurity with the overall business mission. Prior to joining Penn Medicine, Dan acted as the CISO for Henkels & McCoy. He was a principal for Layer 8 Security, where he built and led a successful cybersecurity consulting practice. Additionally, Dan served and practiced information security in the United States Marine Corps, including participation in three separate international engagements. Dan holds a BS in Information Systems Security from American Military University and an M.B.A. from the Jack Welch Management Institute. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).

  • Dr. Ajay Dholakia

    Dr. Ajay Dholakia is a Principal Engineer with the Lenovo Data Center Group, working on customer solutions in the areas of big data, analytics, AI and healthcare. He is also driving new projects for solution development using emerging technologies including Internet of Things (IoT) and blockchain.

    In his career spanning over 25 years, he has led diverse projects in research, technology, product and solution development and business/technical strategy. Ajay is currently Chief Architect for Lenovo DCG’s big data and AI solutions. In this role, Ajay is in constant communication with customers, technology partners and industry practitioners as well as researchers from academia. Developing innovative solutions that address key business challenges of enterprise customers requires a collaborative approach, particularly when new technology components like machine learning, deep learning, data lakes, IoT and others are involved. 

    Ajay is also driving Lenovo DCG’s strategic thinking in building these solutions by creating reference architecture, publishing peer-reviewed papers in academic and technical conferences and giving presentations at various industry and academic events. He is also actively engaged in creating standards for emerging technologies and is a member of the TPC AI Workgroup that is driving a new benchmark for deep learning.

    Ajay holds more than 50 patents and has authored over 40 technical publications including the book “Introduction to Convolutional Codes with Applications.” 

    Ajay earned a B. E. (Hons.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in India, an MBA from the Henley Business School in the U.K. and M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University. He is also a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM).

  • Mark Eggleston

    Mark Eggleston is a senior executive specializing in security and privacy programs.  His unique background and expertise in information technology, program and people management combined with his diverse experience in healthcare has positioned him as a thought leader and frequent speaker.  Mr. Eggleston currently serves as Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer and Privacy Officer at a leading Philadelphia HMO where he leads the maturation of various security technologies and privacy initiatives and manages a business continuity and disaster recovery program.

    Mr. Eggleston started his professional career serving as a Program Manager and Psychotherapist at a hospital serving children and adolescents.  Later, Mr. Eggleston helped develop a HIPAA privacy and security compliance program for a geographically dispersed health care provider organization and later, a local health plan.  Mr. Eggleston has an undergrad degree in Psychology, a Masters in Social Work and a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in MIS and maintains GSEC, CHPS and CISSP certifications.

Prior to joining Fidato, John spent time with a major global search firm where he worked with a number of private equity-backed, publicly-traded and Fortune 1000 clients. 

    Previously, John was a Partner at a boutique retained search firm where for more than 8 years he focused on client service and business development, and led the successful placement of information technology and finance executives for a wide variety of companies across all industries. 

    John began his career overseeing the Sales & Marketing function for a wholly-owned subsidiary of Random House, the publishing giant.  He spent time living and working overseas helping to build the company’s offshore operation.  During this time, he recruited and built a majority of the company’s sales force. 

    John has presented to a number of local outplacement and industry associations, and has published several articles on topics related to the recruitment of senior executives. He is deeply entrenched in the Philadelphia business community and has worked closely with organizations such as the Walnut Street Theatre and Philadelphia Outward Bound School. In this role, Jim provides executive leadership to ensure Zendesk’s vision is realized through a modern, cloud-first technology stack. He sits at the intersection of pricing and packaging decisions for Zendesk’s SaaS products, enterprise platform, and process governance, and represents Zendesk in MGI's Monetization Leadership Council, a Silicon Valley group dedicated to identifying market trends and best practices for SaaS companies. Jim has worked in a technical leadership capacity for a number of notable tech companies including HP, Agilent Technologies, Unify, Turn, Omniture, and Adobe. Outside of his day to day executive functions, his interests include family, world travel, science, winter sports, and scuba-diving.

He also drove the IT Portfolio for a multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical company that required investments in systems to enable development, manufacturing, sterile filling, tableting and shipping to locations around the world. More recently, he assisted a billion-dollar biopharmaceutical company with myriad IT systems by developing a 3-year IT strategy and governance process to prioritize and maintain business alignment of initiatives. David has solid experience with mergers and acquisitions, including driving the spinoff of a mid-sized global medical device company acquired by a private equity firm from a large pharmaceutical company. Additionally, David led due diligence for the acquisitions of a major clinical technology management and medical equipment maintenance company acquired by a larger services company. For an Internet-based provider of food and related services, David conducted due diligence and prepared 5-year plan for integration and growth. He also oversaw the transition and subsequent public offering. As a member of the board of directors for an IT Services company, David was actively involved in the IPO of the company onto NASDAQ. For large technology companies, David has sat on the advisory board and helped shape their strategies in a highly competitive environment.
