    Marc Hamer joined Sealed Air as Chief Information Officer in November of 2016. Marc has overall responsibility for Sealed Air’s information systems globally. He is responsible for ensuring that our technologies achieve our long-term goal of consolidating all financial, HR, procurement and transportation systems globally as well as achieving the company’s goals and driving business enablement. In addition, Marc will be key in delivering Sealed Air’s digital strategy.

    Marc has more than 20 years of global experience in information technology. Previously, he was VP of Business Services and CIO at Babcock & Wilcox, a global leader in energy and environmental technologies and services for the power and industrial markets. Prior to that, he was the VP of IT for the $5B distribution business of Thermo Fisher Scientific and also led IT Shared Services for them. Earlier in his career, Marc was the CIO of Raytheon’s Intelligence Business and held a number of positions of increasing responsibilities over his nine years spent at Northrop Grumman. Marc also sits on Advisory boards for Insight Venture Management and Firemon and has been published numerous times in technology and business journals.

    Angela Yochem is executive vice president and chief digital and technology officer for Novant Health. Yochem develops the strategic vision for how Novant Health uses technology to engage patients, empower team members, and improve the healthcare experience for our patients and the communities we serve. She leads the implementation of digital solutions across the system including experimentation, design, development, operations, support, and partnerships.

    Prior to joining Novant Health in 2018, Yochem served as executive vice president and chief information officer at Rent-A-Center, a multi-billion dollar retailer with more than 4,000 locations. In this role, she created new digital retail channels and transformed the tech capability. Yochem has also served as chief information officer and digital product line executive for BDP International, a multi-billion dollar global logistics company spanning 140 countries, global chief technology officer for AstraZeneca, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, and divisional chief information officer at Dell, where she built revenue-generating technology services.

    Yochem received her bachelor’s degree in music from DePauw University. She completed her master’s degree in computer science at the University of Tennessee, where she is an advisory board member. She has served on several company boards, from SEC-registrants to venture-backed start-ups, focusing on growth, enterprise risk, audit, and governance. Yochem remains an entrepreneur in residence for Vonzos Partners, and is a mentor for South Korea Telecom Americas InnoPartners. She also serves as a Trustee of the Youth Works Foundation in Philadelphia. Yochem holds three US Patents and is a published author with Addison-Wesley and Prentice-Hall.
