    Bob Concannon is a Senior Client Partner within the San Francisco office of Korn Ferry. He is a member of the Firm’s Global Technology Market. Mr. Concannon brings to Korn/Ferry over 10 years of technology executive search experience, leading numerous CIO and CTO searches across industries. He also serves on Korn/Ferry's Information Technology Officers Center of Expertise. Furthermore, Mr. Concannon leads searches in the software and IT communities on assignments for clients in the areas of cloud, mobility and enterprise software.     As chief information officer, Michael Golz oversees all IT solutions and services in North America, aligning information and technology strategy with SAP’s business strategy, and providing best-in-class processes and optimized operations for all lines of business.  He leads the “SAP Runs SAP” program, highlighting IT and product innovation in the areas of cloud, real-time business platform, applications, analytics, and mobile.     Michael joined SAP AG in 1998 at the company’s Walldorf, Germany headquarters. He began his tenure as SAP’s head of infrastructure for Demo, Training and Consulting systems. After moving to the United States in 2002, Michael served as the vice president of IT for SAP America, overseeing the strategic role and management of the IT function in the United States. Before assuming his current post, he was senior vice president of Global IT Application Services, with worldwide responsibility for internal business applications and external platforms, covering the entire spectrum of SAP solutions for all SAP employees. 

    Prior to joining SAP, he led the Information Management organization for the largest division of OTTO Group in Cologne, Germany.

    Patty Hatter has more than 20 years of experience leading operations and technology organizations at several Fortune 500 companies. From 2015 to 2017, Patty was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Services for Intel/McAfee, where she spearheaded the transformation of McAfee's support for enterprise customers. From 2015 to 2016, she was General Manager of Security and Software IT and Chief Information Officer at Intel Security Group, and from 2010 to 2015, she served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Information Officer at McAfee, Inc. Prior to her employment with McAfee, Patty held executive positions with Cisco and AT&T.

    Patty was chosen by the National Diversity Council as a "Most Powerful and Influential Woman" in 2015, and was named both "Women of Influence" and "Power Executive" by Silicon Valley Business Journal in 2016. Patty earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Within her purview at Cisco were collaboration platforms, user experience and support, and communications, collaboration and mobility services. During her nine-year tenure at Cisco, Sheila’s IT organization was recognized by the industry with awards presented by CITE, InformationWeek and CIO Magazine. She also received the 2010 Cisco Executive Sponsor Catalyst award for her leadership in developing successful relationships with customers, including several Fortune 100 companies. Active in social media, this year Sheila was recognized by ZDNet as one of the Top 100 CIOs on Twitter. In 2011, Sheila was named by CIO Magazine as “One to Watch.” She is a frequent speaker and spokesperson on the topics of collaboration, the consumerization of IT, IT as a service organization, and women’s leadership. Her views are included in the new book, “The Mobile Mind Shift” by author and Forrester analyst Ted Schadler. Earlier in her career Sheila worked at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, where she was Senior Vice President of Destination Disney. A key architect of the strategic planning process, she was responsible for delivering profitable growth. She was instrumental in integrating marketing, sales, and services across the organization as Disney transformed its business from a product-centric to a guest-centric organization. Sheila serves on the Board of Directors for NextSpace, a Santa Cruz, CA-based firm that provides innovative physical and virtual infrastructure for entrepreneurs, freelancers and creative professionals.     Brian Lillie joined Equinix in August 2008 and today leads the company’s products and services strategy and development as Chief Product Officer. Mr. Lillie oversees Equinix’s entire colocation, interconnection and services product portfolio, focusing on advancing innovation that’s inspired by customer needs and can evolve to meet the digital economy’s demands. 

    Prior to his current role, Mr. Lillie served as Chief Customer Officer and EVP of Technology Services. In that position, he worked directly with customers to guide them through their Equinix experience and better understand how to help them succeed in an increasingly digital and cloud-first world.

    Mr. Lillie also served for eight years as global CIO of Equinix, helping lead enterprise-wide IT initiatives and developing several groundbreaking products and technologies. They include the Equinix Cloud Exchange portal and API platform, the Equinix Customer Portal, Equinix Marketplace Portal and the Equinix Internet Exchange Portal. Mr. Lillie also founded and led the global Equinix-on-Equinix program, which demonstrates for current and prospective Equinix clients the value of products and services running on Platform Equinix™. 

    Before joining Equinix, Mr. Lillie held several senior-level executive roles at VeriSign, including Vice President of Global Information Systems and Vice President of Global Sales Operations. Mr. Lillie also served as Senior Director of Enterprise Applications at Silicon Graphics (SGI), where he successfully implemented Oracle ERP globally. Mr. Lillie is a U.S. Air Force veteran, where he served in several leadership roles in space research and development, satellite operations, and military computers and communications.

    Mr. Lillie holds a Master of Science degree in Management from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Montana State University.

    Prior to joining Ingram Micro in March 2018, Peck most recently served as senior vice president and global chief information officer at AECOM, a multi-billion-dollar global provider of professional technical and management support services. In this capacity, Peck was responsible for the support and deployment of technology used to serve more than 100,000 employees and thousands of clients across 150 countries. He has also occupied high-performing CIO leadership roles at Levi Strauss & Company, MGM Resorts (formally MGM MIRAGE) and General Electric-owned NBC Universal’s global entertainment business unit. During his tenure at NBC Universal, he also served as Quality Leader and was responsible for process improvement and global Six Sigma deployment.

    Peck began his career as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, holding numerous finance and technology roles inclusive of both operational and headquarter assignments and culminating in an enterprise-wide program management role on the Marine Corps Chief Financial Officer’s team at the Pentagon. 

    Peck holds a Master of Science in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. In 2015, he was inducted into the CIO Hall of Fame and currently sits on the board of directors of Veterans Park Conservancy as CFO and Treasurer.

    Mr. Steele has 47 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, corporate retail, wholesale, supply chain, merchandising, information technology (IT), dot.com profit & loss, and worldwide retail exchange functions.

    Prior to joining Delta Dental, he was involved in consulting and business development, and was active in establishing several technology companies that serve the retail sector.

    As a former member of the executive management team for a $37 billion retailer, Mr. Steele led numerous strategic projects, inclusive of both large and small mergers and acquisitions.

    Mr. Steele sits on the Advisory Board for a Venture Capital firm and is active in the evaluation of new companies for the firm to invest in.

    Mr. Steele is also a Board Member of Dignity Health, a large multi-state healthcare delivery company based in San Francisco.

    Mr. Steele holds a BA in Business Administration and a BS in Mathematics, both from the University in Washington.

    He has been active in numerous civic organizations.
