  • Edward Amoroso

    Dr. Edward G. Amoroso is Chief Executive Officer of TAG Cyber LLC, a global cyber security advisory, training, consulting, and media services company supporting hundreds of major organizations across the world. Ed recently retired from AT&T after thirty-one years of service, beginning in Unix security R&D at Bell Labs and culminating as Senior Vice President and Chief Security Officer of AT&T from 2004 to 2016. He was elected an AT&T Fellow in 2010.

    Ed has been Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at the Stevens Institute of Technology for the past twenty-nine years, where he has introduced over three thousand graduate students to the topic of information security. He is also a Research Professor in the Computer Science Department at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering, and a Senior Advisor at the Applied Physics Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University. He is author of six books on cyber security, and dozens of major research and technical papers in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings.

    Ed holds the BS degree in Physics from Dickinson College, the MS/PhD degrees in Computer Science from the Stevens Institute of Technology, and is a graduate of the Columbia Business School. He holds ten patents in cyber security technology, and he served previously on the Board of Directors for M&T Bank and the NSA Advisory Board.

    Ed’s work has been highlighted on CNN, the New York Times, and the Wall Street Journal. He has worked directly with four Presidential administrations on issues related to national security, critical infrastructure protection, and cyber policy. He and his wife Lee live in New Jersey and are the proud parents of three wonderfully successful Millennials.

    Colleen was previously an Executive in Residence with PwC where she works on various commercial and internal initiatives providing ‘the voice of the client.’  Prior to PwC, Colleen was Vice President of IT for Adobe Systems, where she was responsible for all business systems, e-commerce and information management.  She was responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of the Adobe’s large-scale transformation to the Subscription Economy. She led a global engineering organization that is redefined IT’s role as a SaaS enabler driving key changes including the move from Data to Digital, from Product to Customer focus, from Orders to Subscriptions, in delivering Agility for Product Engineering. She has also held executive level IT roles at Cisco Systems, Palm and SAP.

    She is a Board Director for The Institute for Human and Social Development (IHSD), a non-profit organization providing early childhood education and services to the high need pre-school children and their families.  She is also a member of the Nominating Committee for the Anita Borg Institute Technical Leadership Award and an active member of the Athena Alliance supporting women impacting at the highest levels of leadership. She holds a BA from State University at Potsdam, NY, and a MBA is from the University of North Florida.

    Andrew Campbell was appointed Vice President, Chief Information Officer of Terex Corporation on November 7, 2016. He is responsible for all information systems for Terex globally, and serves as the principal technology advisor to the senior management team.

    Previously, Mr. Campbell served as Vice President and Group Chief Information Officer of Xerox Document Technology. Prior to Xerox, he held IT leadership positions at General Electric, Ceridian Corporation and Dais Analytic Corporation.

    Mr. Campbell is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, majoring in marketing and computer applications.

    Kirsten Davies is formerly the Group Chief Security Officer (CSO) for Barclays Africa Group, where she has been tapped to build and run an end to end security function to include cybersecurity, information security, fraud, analytics, and physical security (among others) for operations across the continent.

    Kirsten brings a unique blend of global leadership, business acumen, cyber security practitioner experience, and technology background to her role. She is a proven leader in guiding large-scale global transformation programs focused on cyber and information security, technology, business process, and organizational transformation.

    Prior to her role with Barclays, Davies served in two capacities at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), both as Vice President and Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and as Vice President for Enterprise Security Strategy, heading up one of four
    worldwide, strategic customer-facing areas for HPE.

    In her tenure with HPE, she achieved the first-ever Cyber Security Master Agreement with the German Workers Council, now replicated across HPE’s 20+ Works Councils in EMEA, led the strategic overhaul and reorganization of the Cyber Security
    Program, and broadened the capability of “Next Generation Security”, including Insider Risk and the IT/OT convergence.

    Prior to HPE, Kirsten served as the CISO for Global InfoSec Strategy and Governance at Siemens. There she managed the global InfoSec Transformation Program to refine the culture, people, policies, processes and technical portfolio of information security. Prior to that, she held senior leadership positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and Deloitte Australia.

With his broad industry, organizational and technology perspectives, the entrepreneurial-minded Doucette is a recognized expert in software development lifecycle management, with several national speaking credits and publications to his name.

    His career has focused on all aspects of delivering custom software to solve complex business problems with a focus on developing technology that is rewarding for the teams writing the code, as much as the customers using the products delivered. He launched his career as a Communications officer in the US Air Force handling several high profile projects involving the stealth fighter F-117 program in Nevada and developing statistical software to analyze secure streaming data captured by fighter jets in dogfights for Red Flag operations. He began his private sector career in Boston in 1990 as a Digital EDP Auditor for Coopers & Lybrand. He then continued with various software development roles in the New England area, and eventually co-authored a patent for scanning technology using EDI in the manufacturing and distribution industry. After some time as a Java developer at a startup company in Cambridge, MA, John found himself as a Development Manager at TJX Companies. His passion for SDLC and ALM drove significant improvements for the company, including early adoption of Agile and automated DevOps while supporting a large mainframe modernization program in Merchandising Systems.

    After joining Magenic in 2008 as a consultant in the Boston office, John transitioned to the national level in Minneapolis and took the leadership role as the first General Manager of the National Markets branch, building a business outside of established regions to over $50M in less than 4 years.

    John lives in Minneapolis, MN with his wife after raising his children in Boston for 22 years. When not working, John enjoys scuba diving, international travel, photography and golf.

    Tsvi Gal is Head of Enterprise Technology Services at MSK. Reporting to Remy Evard, CDO, Tsvi oversees the technical vision and leads MSK’s digital transformation and technological development. In addition to creating and delivering the multi-year strategy, Tsvi is leading the move to the cloud, enacting Agile and DevOps, and working closely with MSK clinical, research, and administration to enable and enhance the fight to cure cancer.

    Tsvi joined MSK in early 2021 after serving as Chief Technology Officer at Morgan Stanley, where he was the recipient of the Einstein Award for Technology and Science from the President of Israel for pioneering online banking and trading. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Tsvi served in various CIO and CTO roles in several banks including Merrill Lynch/Bank of America, Deutsche Bank and Wells Fargo as well as in non-banks including Exigen Capital (a private equity firm) where he was a General Partner, AT&T where he was President of ATT.COM and Time Warner Music where, as CIO, he led the launch of the digital transformation towards online music.

    Tsvi holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer science from Rutgers University and an MBA from Golden Gate University. Tsvi is a board member of Israel Discount Bank (USA) and Exadel, a technology services company and several advisory boards. Tsvi is also a senior advisor for McKinsey. Tsvi served as the New York Chapter Chairman of the Society of Information Managers (SIM), a CIO association with more than 3,500 members nationwide, and was a technology advisor to the president of Rutgers University.

    As chief information officer, Michael Golz oversees all IT solutions and services in North America, aligning information and technology strategy with SAP’s business strategy, and providing best-in-class processes and optimized operations for all lines of business.  He leads the “SAP Runs SAP” program, highlighting IT and product innovation in the areas of cloud, real-time business platform, applications, analytics, and mobile. Under his leadership, SAP Global IT has become the company's best customer reference. Michael oversees IT for Latin America and the Caribbean as well. 

    Michael joined SAP AG in 1998 at the company’s Walldorf, Germany headquarters. He began his tenure as SAP’s head of infrastructure for Demo, Training and Consulting systems. After moving to the United States in 2002, Michael served as the vice president of IT for SAP America, overseeing the strategic role and management of the IT function in the United States. Before assuming his current post, he was senior vice president of Global IT Application Services, with worldwide responsibility for internal business applications and external platforms, covering the entire spectrum of SAP solutions for all SAP employees. 

    Prior to joining SAP, he led the Information Management organization for the largest division of OTTO Group in Cologne, Germany.

    Chuck is a Partner in the New York office and leads the Chief Information Officers Practice on the East Coast.  He brings deep expertise in Chief Information Officer searches across numerous industries including Financial Services, Life Sciences, Industrial, Technology, and Public Sector .

    Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Chuck was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan in its Treasury & Securities Services (TSS) division. With TSS, he served as the Chief of Staff for the Global Head of Treasury Services Operations.  He was also a member of the TSS Strategy team where he had responsibility for leading strategy projects and executing M&A transactions. Previously, Chuck was a Director at Liberty Mutual Group where he worked on the Corporate M&A and Corporate Strategy teams.  Chuck also worked in the Investment Banking division of Credit Suisse First Boston.

    Prior to pursuing an MBA at the Wharton School, Chuck worked as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company serving clients across a variety of industries.  He also worked as an Applications Developer at TenFold Corporation, a software company focused on developing large-scale applications.

Mr. Haider has also served as Chief technology officer at Hedgetec Integration, a technology solutions firm servicing alternative asset management industry. He earned an M.S. in Technology Management from Columbia University.

  • Marc Hamer

    Marc was most recently Chief Information Officer at Sealed Air Corporation and led the global IT & Digital organization and Digital Delivery with the goal of designing and executing mission-critical business transformation programs.

    Working in close coordination with Sealed Air divisions, R&D and other functions, he was key to articulating and driving Sealed Air’s digital strategy. This strategy led to new business opportunities and generated revenue growth by applying new, even disruptive, technology products, services and solutions to meet customers’ needs.

    In 2018, Marc received the Charlotte CIO of The Year® Orbie® Award in the Super Global category. Under his leadership, Sealed Air received the CIO 100 Award for exemplifying the highest level of operational and strategic excellence tied to innovative digital solutions. Marc has been named one of the Top Technology Executives to Watch by thought leadership research group, HMG Strategy.

    With more than 20 years of IT leadership experience, Marc has worked in a variety of industries covering energy and environmental technology, biotechnology, international aerospace and defense, and government security. Throughout his career, he has successfully led all facets of IT, including largescale technology rollouts, implementing new business concepts and delivering innovative business solutions.

    Marc sits on Advisory boards for the Global CIO Executive Summit, PTC, Insight Venture Management, FireMon and Nutanix. He is also a member of the CNBC Technology Executive Council. Marc has been published numerous times in technology and business journals.

  • Patty Hatter

    Patty Hatter has more than 20 years of experience leading operations and technology organizations at several Fortune 500 companies. Patty is a strategic adviser, working on product and go-to-market strategies for technology startups ranging from cybersecurity to IT service management to blockchain applications. From 2015 to 2017, Patty was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Services for Intel/McAfee, where she spearheaded the transformation of McAfee's support for enterprise customers. From 2015 to 2016, she was General Manager of Security and Software IT and Chief Information Officer at Intel Security Group, and from 2010 to 2015, she served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Information Officer at McAfee, Inc. Prior to her employment with McAfee, Patty held executive positions with Cisco and AT&T.

    Patty was chosen by the National Diversity Council as a "Most Powerful and Influential Woman" in 2015, and was named both "Women of Influence" and "Power Executive" by Silicon Valley Business Journal in 2016. Patty earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

    Patty is a member of the U.S. Department of Commerce's Information Security & Privacy Advisory Board (ISPAB) and a Board member of the Silicon Valley Education Foundation.

Lonne is on the Board of Directors of Insight portfolio companies CentralReach, Tractable, TradingView, Quantum Metric, and Wealth-X. 

    Previously, Lonne was the CEO of Syncsort, a global software company with enterprise-scale products used by 87 of the Fortune 100 enterprises in more than 85 countries. Insight was backed by Insight, Bessemer Venture Partners, Goldman Sachs, and Georgian Partners. Syncsort helps organizations collect, integrate, sort, and distribute their most important data. 

    After accelerating the growth of the business both organically and through acquisition, Syncsort was acquired by Clearlake, and Lonne transitioned to a Board advisor role. Clearlake also acquired Vision Solutions, and Lonne joined Vision's Board of Directors. In August, 2017, both Syncsort and Vision were acquired by Centerbridge for $1.26 billion. Lonne now serves on the Board of Directors of the combined business, called Syncsort. 

    Before the CEO role at Syncsort, Lonne was the senior VP of corporate strategy at CA Technologies, responsible for the development and execution of the company’s long-term technical and acquisition-related strategic initiatives.

    Prior to CA, Lonne was a VP at IBM, where he led technology growth strategy for a multi-billion dollar software division. 

    He also led a number of sizable software acquisitions for IBM, and led IBM’s software solutions businesses for the education, healthcare, life sciences, and government industries, including technical and acquisition strategy, research & development, and sales.

    Lonne holds undergraduate and advanced degrees from Harvard University.

    Joe has deep expertise in helping financial institutions rethink the way that they manage data and a wealth of technology related experience built over seventeen years in the industry.

    He was the founder and COO of Boxcar Software, a leading information management platform purchased by Documentum in the early 2000’s. Following EMC’s acquisition of Documentum, Joe worked in a variety of roles across EMC’s Information Intelligence Group and Data & Analytics Division with a focus on Greenplum.

    Prior to his executive search experience, Tony was a Board member of three public companies and CEO of a $600 million Public Company. Before that, Tony ran a $1 billion division of a telephone company focused on corporate users and had responsibility for all data services and networking products. While at the telephone company, he was founder and Chairman of its ISP and a board member of its 2 million-subscriber cell phone subsidiary. 

    Tony uses his operating experience from being a CEO, financial background as a CPA and CA, and technical knowledge from the work that he has done for Tech companies to drill down and understand at a nuanced level what his clients are seeking to achieve as they build their teams.
