Ms. Chandrasekaran has been an Independent Director of American Eagle Outfitters, Inc., since March 19, 2018. She has more than 25 years of experience in technology and leadership roles in both the consumer packaged goods and retail industries. She has a strong track record of leading technology and digital organizations to deliver significant value to customers and across an enterprise. Ms. Chandrasekaran served as Senior Vice President, Global Chief Technology Officer and Chief Data Officer of WalMart Stores Inc. Ms. Chandrasekaran served as Senior VP/Global Chief Technology and Data Officer at The Timberland Company. She served as a Vice President and the Chief Technology Officer of PepsiCo North America, where she led digital and technology strategy and delivery for its business units including Frito Lay, Pepsi Beverages, Quaker, Tropicana, Gatorade and Pepsi Bottling. As the Chief Information Officer of Transformation for Nestle Americas, she led the world's largest food & beverage company's business transformation initiatives including business process, technology and data transformation for its Global Business Excellence (GLOBE) across Nestle Americas. She served as an Advisor of Retail Innovation at Retailigence Corporation since July 2015 until April 26, 2016. Her career has spanned across multiple continents including Australia, North America/USA, Latin America and Europe and has led some of the world's greatest retail and CPG organizations. She led technology and data transformation for WalMart US, Sam's Club and WalMart International. She has been a Director of Symphony Technology Group since October 2016. She serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Atmio Inc. She served as Additional Non-Executive Director of 8K Miles Software Services Limited since February 8, 2017 until July 17, 2018. She has been a Director of Barry Callebaut AG since December 12, 2018. She served as a Member of Strategic Advisory Board at 8K Miles Software Services Ltd since May 9, 2016. Temple University's FOX School of Business awarded Ms. Chandrasekaran the IT Leader of the Year award in 2013 for her accomplishments in global digital leadership as a big data and advanced analytics leader and practitioner. She has been named as one of Top 10 Digital & Technology Leaders in the United States by Financial Times. Other honors include being named as one of the Top 50 Diverse Executives of 2014 by Diversity MBA Magazine and as one of the world's most ICONIC Women Leaders in Technology by Interop, InformationWeek, India. She is a Global, Digital, Technology and Business Transformation Executive and a tech industry leader. She has executive development education from London Business School. She earned her Master of Business Systems/MBA from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia and her Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Madras, India.

He joined U.S. Retirement Partners (USRP) in December 2014 as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer where his responsibilities include technology platform development, enterprise security, and information management.     Prior to entering independent practice, Mr. Dunn served as the Vice President of Infrastructure and Operations for First Command Financial Services, Inc. He and his team were responsible for defining and solving business problems through the application of state-of-the-art information technology. Mr. Dunn also served as the CIO for EdExpress Texas, LLP. In this role, he was a key participant in the development of a patented loyalty program supporting saving for education expenses. During this time, Kevin Dunn created the application and technology infrastructure of EdExpress, including customer service, transactional, and e-commerce systems.

    Earlier in his career, Kevin Dunn was Technology Strategist for Whittman Hart where he provided strategic guidance on network design, electronic commerce, security, and intranet deployment issues to senior management in the venture capital, manufacturing, insurance, banking, and finance industries through white papers, technical reports, presentations, and as a national corporate speaker. He also was a key member of information technology team at the Superconducting Super Collider project.

    Mr. Dunn graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication focusing on the areas of marketing, advertising and corporate video production. He has also participated in professional development courses and activities in a variety of leadership and technical areas, including completion of the Society of Information Management Regional Leadership Forum (SIM-RLF).

    Kevin lives in Duncanville, Texas with his wife and two children. He is active in church and community affairs, currently serving on the board of the Dallas Chapter of the Society of Information Management (DFW-SIM), and as a member of the Membership Committee for Shakespeare Dallas. Previously Mr. Dunn served as President of the Board of Directors of the Duncanville Economic Development Corporation and as Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Duncanville.

    Anupam resides in Austin, Texas and received his Master’s degree in Computer Science from J. N. University, New Delhi and his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Delhi University.

    Ms. Graham's career spans 25 years of IT experience including 5 years in financial management, 15 years in consulting and 15 years leading large global IT organizations.

    Ms. Graham holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas, an Executive MBA from Texas A&M University Commerce and is a Certified Public Accountant.

    In 2018 she received the Stevie International Business Award for Woman of the Year.

    Rusty was recently recruited to be the CIO for Corsicana Mattress Company, to help fuel significant business growth and transformation. He brings with him a track record of game-changing results most recently at Commercial Metals, where he led the Americas IT organization. While there, his team deployed the industry-leading e-commerce platform, global analytics capabilities, and integrated operational platforms across vertical business units. His team also had responsibility for leading all technology aspects of M&A activity.

    Previously, Rusty was Vice President of Enterprise IT for Brinker International, the $4B owner of Chili’s, On The Border, Maggiano’s and Macaroni Grill. He also held leadership positions at Ernst and Young and MCI, and cofounded a successful software solution delivery company.

    Rusty received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and completed the graduate finance program at Southern Methodist University. Rusty currently serves as a member of the SIM DFW Chapter Board.

    Rusty also spent 6 years on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters and is well into his second decade as a Big Brother in that program.

    Russ is the Executive Director for NPower Texas, a nonprofit whose mission is to create pathways to economic prosperity by launching digital careers for young adults, military veterans and veterans’ spouses.  He is responsible for leading the program direction and strategic growth agenda for impact and expansion throughout Texas. This includes engaging and collaborating with Federal, State, Veterans Support Organizations, communities and businesses to support, guide and train veterans and their spouses for careers in technology. 

    NPower has impacted over 4,000 young adults, and 1,200 Veterans and Veterans Spouses. Recently, the Governor of Texas cited NPower with a Proclamation for its dedicated Apprenticeship and Workforce efforts.  In January of 2019, Russ was recognized by D CEO as the Outstanding Technology Advocate at the CIO/CTO Awards.

    Russ is a seasoned professional with decades of leadership experience in building and growing technology companies. He has contributed in a variety of roles with startup and fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining NPower, Russ led the development and deployment of 5 technology solutions across a global logistics and mobility company.  These new industry leading mobility solutions were responsible for winning new contracts totaling over $200M with customers such as Microsoft, Comcast, Nike, Amazon, Google,  and several NFL Teams. 

    As an entrepreneur, Russ raised $19.9M to fund a startup that built a nationwide broadband network for Northpoint Communications, a former Verizon company. Subsequently, in 2000, the Wall Street Journal recognized the company as Startup of the Year.

    In the US Army, Russ was selected by US Special Operations Command to be the career manager for approximately 9.990 officers.  As a Project Manager for Advanced Systems and Research and Development for USSOCOM, Russ launched the initial phase of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), and ruggedized deployable media production and communications vehicle. 

    Russ is an advocate for other non-profits such as the American Legion, 22Kill, USO, Women Veterans in Technology, SIM, PMI, AUSA, ESGR, Allies in Service, CitySquare, and the United Way.  He is focused on helping veterans and their spouses successfully transition into new civilian careers.

    Russ Medina served as both as an enlisted soldier and officer.  He served as an Infantry Commander and he is a qualified Airborne Ranger. He received his commission from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY.  Russ and his wife Lorie live in Frisco, TX, and have 5 children and 7 grandchildren.

Vogel combines his technical and business background with his legal expertise to help companies with IT, Cyber intrusion, and Internet litigation, dispute resolution, and contract negotiation. Peter has been involved with the IT industry, Internet, and electronic data for his entire career. Prior to practicing law he worked as a mainframe programmer, systems analyst and management consultant for companies acquiring IT and related services, and received a Masters in Computer Science.

    Peter chairs both the Electronic Discovery Group and the Internet, eCommerce, & Technology Team at GARDERE– where he guides clients through the legal, technology and business mazes of electronic evidence, cyber security & insurance, intellectual property, contracts, government regulation, and litigation. He assists many clients with ESI (Electronically Stored Information) issues and related creation, development and implementation of records retention policies. 

    Because of his unique background and expertise, Peter is often appointed as a Special Master to assist Courts throughout the US with eDiscovery & ESI, Internet, eCommerce, Intellectual Property, and IT matters. Peter is a Co-Founder of the American College of e - Neutrals and a Board Member and Fellow of the Academy of Court Appointed Masters . The Judges in the US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania appointed Peter to the E-Discovery Special Master Panel. He also serves as a court ordered Mediator in eDiscovery & ESI, Internet, eCommerce, intellectual property, and computer technology litigation. For more than 30 years Peter has served as an Arbitrator for technology disputes. 

    Peter has also devoted a substantial amount of time and energy serving government agencies and non-profit organizations by addressing their computer, Social Media, and Internet issues. Peter served as Founding Chair for 12 years of the TEXAS SUPREME COURT Judicial Committee on Information Technology whose mission is to put Internet on the desktops of all 3,200 judges in Texas and implement state eFiling (www.txcourts.gov/jcit.aspx). 

    In 1994 Peter was President of the DALLAS BAR ASSOCIATION and also served on the Board of Directors of the STATE BAR OF TEXAS, where he served as Founding Chair of the Computer & Technology Section. Peter teaches courses on eDiscovery and the Law of eCommerce as an Adjunct Professor at the SMU DEDMAN LAW SCHOOL, and is on the founding Board of Advisors of the SMU Computer Law Review and Technology Journal. 

    The STATE BAR OF TEXAS gave Peter the Gene Cavin Award for Excellence in Continuing Legal Education in 2013, and a Lifetime Achievement Award for Promoting Technology in the Law in 2004. Members gather monthly to engage in conversations with top practitioners, industry leaders, and nationally recognized experts in information systems and management practices. Our social hour and dinner-meeting format provide ample opportunity to discuss important managerial and technical issues and to network with their peers from industry and government. Meetings are generally held on the first Monday of each month (except July) with a traditional year-end Holiday Banquet and Awards ceremony held in December.   • Year Up Dallas/Fort Worth

    Year Up Dallas/Fort Worth launched in Fall 2016 on the campus of El Centro College. Year Up Dallas/Fort Worth offers an intensive, one-year program for college students, ages 18-24, combining professional coaching, hands-on skill development, and internships at some of America’s top companies. As college students, our young adults have access to the library, tutoring resources, and other services offered by the college, in addition to the services offered by Year Up. As students work toward completing a degree at El Centro College, Year Up Dallas/Fort Worth provides them with professional development and work experience, preparing graduates to launch a meaningful career.
