HMG Lead, Innovate, Disrupt Tech Talk:  Holistic Technology Transformation

Peter Weis, Senior Advisor, Matson Navigation Company

Leading a transformation is an act of optimism and nearly always a career inflection point.   In order to succeed though, CIO's need to avoid the temptation to focus singularly on any one area as the key to success.  Rather, a transformational effort must be viewed as an ecosystem, where all components move in concert or else face the failure caused by blind spots and lack of attention.   In this session, learn how Peter Weis developed and implemented a 6-part framework as he led Matson's generational transformation -- from decades-old legacy platforms to the world's only 100% cloud-based global transportation and logistics company.
