    Mr. Daniel Abdul is a visionary leader in Digital Strategy and Technology Delivery.  He has lead global and cross-functional teams in Technology Services, and Health Care industries through growth and transformations. He currently leads commercial technology development and big data strategies for United Health Group.  Dan’s areas of expertise are in developing commercial technologies, and emerging technologies (i.e. Machine Learning, Cloud Computing and DevOps capabilities)

    Daniel also sits on several boards, including the Mental Health Connect, which works to open doors for those living with Mental Illness and Genesys Works, a national non-profit which enables economically-disadvantaged high school students to enter and thrive in the economic mainstream.

    Daniel is a US Army medically retired veteran, where he served as a squad leader and Blackhawk flight medic.

    Daniel’s solid academic background includes an MBA, a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. 

  • Robin Brown

    Robin is the CIO for the Cargill North America Protein Group.  She has 24 years of IT experience in the agriculture, construction, healthcare, government, consulting, retail and financial sectors. Prior to Cargill, she was the VP & CIO at Mortenson Construction and held other senior leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, Accenture, Best Buy, and Arcadia Financial.  She is known for driving technology-enabled innovation, strategic business transformation, building global shared service capabilities, and transforming IT functions to be value-driven while fostering relationships between the Business, Operations and IT delivery. 

    Robin is recognized as a transformational leader in the industry.  She is as a cultural change agent and has a reputation for stepping into very chaotic situations, assessing the landscape quickly, identifying gaps and creating a vision and strategy to move the business forward. Robin has a reputation for building and mentoring strong leadership teams that are based on a change agent philosophy and high expectations of accountability. Focusing on the culture and team member engagement is important to her. Robin’s passion is mentoring leaders and team members that have high potential.

    She is active in the community and holds several Board of Director roles.  She is part of the Think IT Board of Advisors and the Governing Body for the Minneapolis HMG CIO Executive Leadership Summit.  She’s also on the Board of Directors for EMPOWER Leadership Academy for Girls, WLiT (Women Leaders in Technology), and New Market Bank.  Robin co-leads the Think IT Women in Leadership forums and was also the President and Founding Board Member of the West Lakes Chapter of National Charity League, focusing on mothers and daughters volunteering together.

    Robin has twin daughters in their second year of college.  She travels quite a bit with her “empty nest” friends and enjoys bootcamp classes, running, volunteering, indulging in fabulous wine around her fire pit, spoiling her little niece and nephews, and riding her Harley.

    Mr. Cummings is a recognized leader in advising organizations on the recruitment, assessment, development, and retention of information technology as well as information security & risk management talent at all levels, including the Board of Directors. His clients range from large global corporations to high growth entrepreneurial companies, spanning all industries. In addition to Chief Information Officers, Chief Information Security Officers, and their key leaders, he also recruits cybersecurity consultants for leading professional services firms as well as top executives for cybersecurity technology companies and managed security services providers. He is based in the Firm’s Dallas office.

    Prior to Korn Ferry, Mr. Cummings served as an associate principal in the industrial, supply chain, and transportation & logistics practices of another leading executive search firm, where he executed senior executive search assignments for both public and private equity-backed companies. He also served clients in the consumer & retail, technology, government & defense, biotechnology, and education sectors.

    Prior to his career in executive search, Mr. Cummings was a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group in Dallas, where he worked on a wide variety of projects with clients in the aerospace & defense, consumer finance, telecommunications, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and education industries.
    Earlier in his career, he served nine years with distinction as an officer in the U.S. Navy's SEAL teams.

    He earned a master’s degree in business administration from Stanford University, and graduated with merit with a bachelor of science in aeronautical engineering from The United States Naval Academy.

    Douglas Hegley, Chief Digital Officer at the Minneapolis Institute of Art, has been at the forefront of driving digital transformation in the cultural heritage sector for over 20 years. With formal training in psychology, he always puts people first and is keenly focused on human-centered design. During 14 years at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York he helped create collaborative technology operations and deliver engaging digital content to visitors. In 2011 he joined the Minneapolis Institute of Art, where he sets the vision and strategy for digital media and technology, and focuses efforts on adopting new leadership models, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration and team-building. Mr. Hegley is a strong advocate for productive and transformative organizational change, keeping pace with innovation and new business models.   • Patrick Joyce

    Patrick Joyce is Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Medtronic. In this role, he is responsible for global functions, strategies, operations and execution related to security and privacy across the company, including IT/cybersecurity, physical/facility and travel security, identity & access management (IAM), product/device security programs and data privacy. Within Global IT, he is also responsible for several global functions supporting Master Data Management, IT Quality Management and Legal/Compliance.
    Patrick joined Medtronic in 2005 to initially build the Corporate IT Audit function, providing audit and consulting services across Medtronic’s global business units, corporate functions and IT organizations. In subsequent roles, he has had responsibility for leading Medtronic’s Global IT Program & Portfolio Management Office, as well as many of the IT Core Process and Applications Teams. Prior to joining Medtronic, Patrick has held roles in both the public and private sector, serving in IT leadership positions at Carlson Companies, United Healthcare, Methodist Hospital/Park Nicollet Medical Center and several IT consulting and managed services firms. Earlier in his career, Patrick served as a U.S. Air Force Intelligence Officer with assignments both domestically and overseas. Patrick obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and graduate degree from Troy University. He is active in community and international service through Rotary International and also serves on several local non-profit and professional association boards, including the Minnesota High Tech Association, and the North Star Youth Exchange Foundation.

  • Jeff Kubacki

    Jeff Kubacki is the Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Winnebago Industries, Inc.  Winnebago Industries is a leading manufacturer of outdoor lifestyle products under the Winnebago, Grand Design and Chris-Craft brands, which are used primarily in leisure travel and outdoor recreation activities. Jeff reports to President and Chief Executive Officer Michael Happe and is responsible for overseeing the Company's Information Technology applications, infrastructure, and information security in addition to articulating a clear future state enterprise information architecture.  He also Co-Chairs the Enterprise Risk Management Steering Committee.

    Kubacki previously was Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Westinghouse Electric Company, the world’s leading supplier of safe and innovative nuclear technology. Jeff was responsible for the overall development and implementation of the IT strategic plan to support the global operations of Westinghouse.  Key accomplishments included the introduction of the World Class IT framework and the development of a business case to insource many IT services that resulted in significant annual savings.

    Prior to that position he was Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer at Alliant Techsystems, a Fortune 500 defense, aerospace and sporting goods company.  Jeff joined ATK in November, 2010. As the company’s primary IT strategist, Jeff planned, developed and oversaw ATK’s information technology infrastructure, applications and resources. He also supported the company’s efforts to remain competitive and compliant with regard to information systems in addition to leading the Indirect Supply Chain Management organization.  Jeff led the implementation of the World Class IT framework while strengthening the IT leadership team and upgrading organizational capabilities.  The team created an actionable and affordable IT strategic plan which resulted in the consolidation of 11 ERP systems down to 2. 

    From 2007 to 2010, Jeff served as Vice President & Chief Information Officer for the Kroll division of the Marsh & McLennan Companies. In that role he was responsible for Kroll’s worldwide information systems and services functions.  Previously he served as Vice President, Information Technology for Ecolab, where he assumed responsibility for multiple areas as part of his global leadership role including being the Interim CIO. Prior to that, he served as Director of Information Technology for Dell Inc., providing IT leadership to the Americas Service Delivery business.

    Jeff holds an M.B.A. from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, and received his Bachelor of Technology degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY.  He is a national speaker and has written numerous published articles. Jeff was the recipient of the 2011 Twin Cities CIO of the Year and was a 2018 Twin Cities CIO of the Year Orbie finalist.

With Sean’s unparalleled expertise in highly-efficient integration, Allergan IT has captured over $300 million in cost savings by realizing synergies and strategically restructuring during the mergers and acquisitions process. With an eye on aligning the company’s IT strategy and business strategy, Sean spearheads all aspects of technology vision, product development, and digital delivery of customer-oriented technology services, guiding more than 20,000 Allergan associates around the world. 

    Prior to joining Watson Pharmaceuticals, now Allergan, Sean served as Vice President of Global Infrastructure Services at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, one of the largest healthcare companies globally. At Novartis, he consolidated client services to their highest satisfaction ratings and reduced budget by $100 million. In 2002, Sean was recruited by pharmaceutical services company C3i to fix its struggling business, a turnaround that he resourcefully executed in less than 60 days as Senior Vice President and General Manager. Sean found his start in the industry with Schering Plough Pharmaceuticals. In 1996, he characteristically rolled up his sleeves to convert Schering Plough’s Managed Care and Health Management group from an entity not delivering value, to a top team in the business with the highest IT satisfaction. Sean initially proved his worth to the company as a consultant in 1994, when he designed and developed the first Third-Party Data Warehouse system in the industry, enabling Schering Plough to deploy its field sales organizations up to 10 days faster than the competition and at a reduced cost.  

    Sean is in the highest echelon of experience for managing large technical organizations and leading the development and implementation of business-driven digital IT programs.  He also has extensive operational and financial experience, overseeing all IT Financial Planning and Analysis, leading IT business plan development, financial forecasting, financial analysis, and capital commitment planning, as well as competitive analysis and benchmarking.  Sean possesses strong communication acumen, skilled at delivering technology-oriented messages to nontechnology-oriented people. He brings more than 37years of information technology and security experience, the majority of which has been in senior leadership within the financial, insurance, technology and manufacturing industries. Musto has led many areas of information technology including cloud services, infrastructure, application development and support, enterprise architecture, database, relationship management, security and compliance, and project office functions. He is a member of the CISO Governing Body for Evanta, the Advisory Board of Metro-state University Cyber, ThinkIT organization, and a board member of InfraGard (FBI), as well as the chairperson of the advisory board for the Minneapolis Chapter of the Global Cloud Security Alliance. Additionally, Musto has led many other key initiatives such as culture change, planning and strategy, process, service management & delivery, and compliance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from New York Institute of Technology and is currently completing a master’s degree in cybersecurity at Penn State University. He enjoys golfing, working out in the gym, and trips to his cabin in Orlando during the winter.

    As Vice President, Mark Nolan leads the presales organization across the Americas. In addition, he also has responsibility for the WW presales strategy team. He is also responsible for engaging with other customer-facing teams to establish a cohesive, and integrated, end-to-end customer experience.

    Mark is accountable to the Americas Sales and Services executive leadership team establishing the Presales coverage, productivity, and experience needed to meet the geography’s financial targets. 

    Under Mark’s leadership, the team is focused on working with customers to understand their business challenges, business initiatives and IT strategy with the goal of successfully leveraging Citrix solutions to transform IT functions into agile, dynamic service delivery organizations. In addition, Mark works closely with the Product Management, Product Marketing and Engineering functions within the company to ensure that customer requirements, and priorities are being brought to these teams for consideration.

    He has held a variety of roles at Citrix over 13 years including consulting, pre-sales, pre-sales leadership.
