    Jenny Alfandary is a Chief Information Officer, Professor of IT Management at Humber and a Board Director.

    Jenny began her career at a major bank and then at Comverse Network Systems. She has held numerous executive roles in IT and software development, in Telecom and financial industries, most recently serving 5 years as Head of Product Development at Siemens Canada prior to Aritel Communications. Jenny is a business leader with extensive experience in Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Big Data, Cloud, DevOps and Digital Transformation. She leads large departments with over 200 employees of CTO, Product and Project Management, Development and QA teams.

    Jenny holds a Bachelor degree in Statistics & Computer Science, a Bachelor degree in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA in Management Information Systems & Technology. A Certified Scrum Master and a Mentor at the Ministry of Economic Development, Employment & Infrastructure, she is interested in corporate development, public sector institutional strengthening and emerging technology management. 

    Recently Jenny was recognized by Deloitte’s “Diversity 50 Board of Directors” to impact Canada's corporate boards and improve global competitiveness.

    Ms. Park is an accomplished C-level executive who provides a unique combination of extensive business and technology transformations, corporate governance, and risk management experience.  With more than 30 years of experience in FinTech, Insurance, Telecommunications, and public sectors, Ms. Park has provided executive leadership and consulting on go-to-market strategy, new products and services development resulting in revenue growth.  She has also led organizational and business transformation, technology transformation including digitalization, innovation, enterprise and IT risk management, business continuity planning, large complex operations management including global delivery, and P&L management.  

    Working with enterprise-level professional boards in both private and public companies to enable the leadership and funding of business and technology transformations has been fundamental in Ms. Park's previous executive roles.  As a key leader in mergers and acquisitions, she has led the assessment of business, technology and executive leadership of global enterprise acquisitions as well as the integrations effectively.  Ms. Park has previously worked at the executive level in organizations such as D+H and CGI Group Inc.

    Ms. Park  received her Bachelor of Mathematics (Computer Science) from the University of Waterloo in May 1985.  She is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and earned her ICD.D designation in 2015.  Ms. Park is also active in the community serving as a longtime member of non-for-profit boards that include a focus on skilled immigrant employment, mentoring and coaching all levels of professionals including senior executives, healthcare, and community well-being.

    Tom Peck serves as chief information and digital officer for Ingram Micro Inc., where he oversees all aspects of the company’s Global Information and Digital Technology efforts. 

    In this dual role, Peck guides the strategic development and evolution of Ingram Micro’s technology backbone, leading a growing team of engineers and technical staff who support the technology, systems and digital requirements of the company’s global business operations. Among his immediate areas of focus include developing a long-term systems architecture and effectiveness plan designed to deliver additional speed, agility and scalability to support both internal and external partners. Peck’s global perspective, leadership and vision will help the company continue to deliver an enhanced customer and associate experience by modernizing and digitizing core systems and processes, and integrating them across all internal and external-facing products and platforms.

    Prior to joining Ingram Micro in March 2018, Peck most recently served as senior vice president and global chief information officer at AECOM, a multi-billion-dollar global provider of professional technical and management support services. In this capacity, Peck was responsible for the support and deployment of technology used to serve more than 100,000 employees and thousands of clients across 150 countries. He has also occupied high-performing CIO leadership roles at Levi Strauss & Company, MGM Resorts (formally MGM MIRAGE) and General Electric-owned NBC Universal’s global entertainment business unit. During his tenure at NBC Universal, he also served as Quality Leader and was responsible for process improvement and global Six Sigma deployment.

    Peck began his career as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, holding numerous finance and technology roles inclusive of both operational and headquarter assignments and culminating in an enterprise-wide program management role on the Marine Corps Chief Financial Officer’s team at the Pentagon. 

    Peck holds a Master of Science in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. In 2015, he was inducted into the CIO Hall of Fame and currently sits on the board of directors of Veterans Park Conservancy as CFO and Treasurer.
