  • Bob Concannon

    Bob Concannon is a Senior Client Partner within the San Francisco office of Korn Ferry. He is a member of the Firm’s Global Technology Market. Mr. Concannon brings to Korn/Ferry over 10 years of technology executive search experience, leading numerous CIO and CTO searches across industries. He also serves on Korn/Ferry's Information Technology Officers Center of Expertise. Furthermore, Mr. Concannon leads searches in the software and IT communities on assignments for clients in the areas of cloud, mobility and enterprise software. Venture capitalists and private equity firms look to his expertise around helping Internet startups migrate to the next executive level as they receive their post Series B and C funding rounds.

Tiffany is not afraid to get out there in a gorilla suit in order to solve legal or business issues, answer questions, and resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Tiffany also enjoys sipping lattes, finding people who have never heard of eSports so she can tell them all about it, and bug-squashing. She's also deceptively strong as an ox.

    Tiffany currently works on software licensing and data privacy management. Tiffany is usually discovering possibilities to contract to more users through integrated licenses, protecting her client from liability demands stemming from current data concerns, and partnering with other enterprise pioneers through software licensing. Tiffany enjoys taking the bull by the horns and running with it. Not literally, of course. Tiffany hates animal cruelty. 

  • Tony Leng

    Tony Leng is a Managing Director of Diversified Search and leads the firm’s Digital Transformation and CIO practice from its San Francisco office.  Previously, Tony was Managing Partner of Hodge Partners. While at the telephone company, he was founder and Chairman of its ISP and a board member of its 2 million-subscriber cell phone subsidiary. 

    Tony uses his operating experience from being a CEO, financial background as a CPA and CA, and technical knowledge from the work that he has done for Tech companies to drill down and understand at a nuanced level what his clients are seeking to achieve as they build their teams.   • Joel Manfredo

    Joel Manfredo is the Chief Information Officer at the Motion Picture Industry Pension & Health Plans. In this role, Joel is responsible for all aspects of information technology (IT) including strategy and architecture, infrastructure and operations, business application delivery, the project management office, and IT administration and security.

    Prior to joining the Plans, Joel served as the Chief Technology Officer for the County of Orange in California, in the Chief Information Officer role for The Irvine Company, and in other Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer roles since the mid-1990s.  Joel is kown for successful transformations both in business roles and in technical roles.

    Joel has served on many non-profit Boards including the Society of Information Management, Executive Next Practices Institute, UCLA’s IS Associates, CleanTech OC, Realcomm, Access Executive Network, and the Trojan Club of South Orange County.  Joel was the founding chairman of UC Irvine’s CIO Roundtable (The Paul Merage School of Business) and further served UCI on the Dean’s Leadership Circle for the School of Information and Computer Sciences (ICS) and as the Chairman of the Corporate Committee for ICS and for the School of Engineering.  Joel also was a mentor in both UCI’s and Chapman’s MBA programs.

    Drew Martin has been Vice President and Chief Information Officer since November 2016. He was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Lytx Inc. (formerly DriveCam) from October 2011 to December 2014. He previously held IT leadership positions with Sony Electronics and PepsiCo, and from January 2015 until November 2016, was owner and a principal in Silicon Beach Advisors, a technology strategy consulting firm. Drew has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Cornell University and serves on several advisory boards, including the Information Technology Advisory Board for Sharp Healthcare and the Classroom of the Future Foundation. He has over 25 years of experience in corporate IT and innovation.

    As the first CIO at Workday, a leading global cloud-based ERP software company, Diana built and led the IT and Security organization on a best-in-class journey to fuel the company’s 30+% YOY growth while preserving their award-winning values and culture. A customer-focused CIO with responsibility for leading the internal Workday on Workday team, she played an instrumental role in in scaling operations, influencing product roadmaps, strengthening the company’s CIO customer community and advancing their digital strategy.

    As CIO at Amgen, the World’s Largest Biotechnology Company, Diana spent 12 years applying leading-edge analytics and technologies to further the company’s innovation and market position. As a member of the Executive Team, she led multiple cross-functional and enterprise-wide work streams as part of the company’s strategic transformation resulting in the implementation of innovative new technology enabled operating models and streamlined business processes delivering returns exceeding $1B.

    Prior to joining Amgen, Diana served for 17 years at Eli Lilly and Company in a variety of IT leadership and cross functional roles. She helped to position the company as a trusted technology thought leader with regulatory authorities through active engagement in various trade, technology and governmental organizations focused on improving healthcare through the adoption of technology and security standards.

    In addition to serving on MetLife’s Audit and Finance & Risk Committee, she has served as Co-Chair of the Ventura County Long Term Services Board of Directors and Co-Chair and founding board member of the Clinical Research Information Exchange. She remains an active CXO Advisory Board member within the VC community.

    Diana is a thought leader and frequent speaker on digital transformation and diversity. She was recognized by the National Diversity Council in 2015 as one of the nation’s Most Powerful Women in Technology and by the San Francisco Business Times on their Forever Influential Women’s list. She earned her BS degree in Computer Information Systems from Purdue University in 1986 and was recognized as a distinguished Alumna in 2004.

    A mother of two adult sons, she enjoys competing in triathlons and adventure races, teaching scuba with her husband and giving back by advocating for those who suffer from brain health-related conditions.

  • Tom Peck

    Tom Peck serves as chief information and digital officer for Ingram Micro Inc., where he oversees all aspects of the company’s Global Information and Digital Technology efforts. 

    In this dual role, Peck guides the strategic development and evolution of Ingram Micro’s technology backbone, leading a growing team of engineers and technical staff who support the technology, systems and digital requirements of the company’s global business operations. Among his immediate areas of focus include developing a long-term systems architecture and effectiveness plan designed to deliver additional speed, agility and scalability to support both internal and external partners. Peck’s global perspective, leadership and vision will help the company continue to deliver an enhanced customer and associate experience by modernizing and digitizing core systems and processes, and integrating them across all internal and external-facing products and platforms.

    Prior to joining Ingram Micro in March 2018, Peck most recently served as senior vice president and global chief information officer at AECOM, a multi-billion-dollar global provider of professional technical and management support services. In this capacity, Peck was responsible for the support and deployment of technology used to serve more than 100,000 employees and thousands of clients across 150 countries. He has also occupied high-performing CIO leadership roles at Levi Strauss & Company, MGM Resorts (formally MGM MIRAGE) and General Electric-owned NBC Universal’s global entertainment business unit. During his tenure at NBC Universal, he also served as Quality Leader and was responsible for process improvement and global Six Sigma deployment.

    Peck began his career as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, holding numerous finance and technology roles inclusive of both operational and headquarter assignments and culminating in an enterprise-wide program management role on the Marine Corps Chief Financial Officer’s team at the Pentagon. 

    Peck holds a Master of Science in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. In 2015, he was inducted into the CIO Hall of Fame and currently sits on the board of directors of Veterans Park Conservancy as CFO and Treasurer.

He was part of the executive team that launched Laserfiche Cloud in 2015, and led security and compliance efforts to obtain a SOC 2 attestation. Thomas led corporate initiatives for Laserfiche to be recognized as a Challenger in the Gartner MQ for Content Services Platform for the first time in 2017 and 2018, a Peer Insights rating of 4.7 (out of 5.0) as of Feb. 23, 2019, and a Leader in the Nucleus Research 2018 ECM Value Matrix. He created the team that redesigned Laserfiche Gold certification courses used to train customers and over 300 solution providers globally on Laserfiche software. Thomas is also an adjunct professor in the USC Masters in Accounting program. Thomas earned his BBA in MIS from the University of Texas at Austin. PwC (Jan. 1999 – May 2014). Prior to Laserfiche, Thomas was the national entertainment and media champion for cybersecurity at PwC. He led the initiative to innovate content security practices used worldwide in the motion picture industry. He also developed the PwC methodologies and marketing collateral for the new Telecom and Network Services practice. He was the Advisory Services leader for two major accounts generating over $12M in annual advisory revenue, including a client service team that received the PwC Chairman’s Award. He provided Fortune 500 clients with guidance on IT transformation, security, privacy, internal audit and business continuity. He designed and implemented solutions and risk management programs to address SOX, HIPAA, GLBA and other regulations. Motorola (Summer 1990 – Dec. 1998). Prior to PwC, Thomas was part of three new business initiatives at Motorola. This included the start-up Internet Software Products Division (Austin, TX), the multi-billion dollar Motorola MOS 12 (Chandler, AZ) semiconductor fab, and a new production line for Motorola Radius GP 300 radios (Mt. Pleasant, IA). ISACA (2000 – Current). Thomas is a Past-President of ISACA Los Angeles. He currently chairs CRISC, leads ISACA Career Night, and teaches the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) review course. He speaks at national conferences including the general session keynote at North America CACS. Under his leadership, ISACA Los Angeles received the K. Wayne Snipes Award for the Best Very Large Chapter in North America.
