    Snehal Antani is co-founder & CEO of Horizon3.ai, a cyber security startup focused on AI-enabled red teaming. Prior to starting Horizon3, Snehal served as CTO for the US Department of Defense, responsible for transforming the technology capabilities of the command to include cyber security, advanced R&D, AI, and data analytics. Snehal was formerly the CTO of Splunk, and before that, a CIO at GE Capital. Snehal started his career at IBM as a software engineer, where he earned 16 patents for his work in cloud, distributed computing, and large-scale data processing. Snehal earned in BS in Computer Science from Purdue, where as a freshman he watched Tom Brady play Drew Brees. He earned is MS in Computer Science from RPI, where he never attended an RPI football game.

    Prior to Christie’s, Richard held various technology leadership roles at prominent global brands including Disney/ABC TV Group, Time Warner Inc., The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), Viacom, and Tiffany & Company. Richard also served as CIO at a major global law firm and several healthcare companies with documented success aligning technology investment to strategic business objectives.     Cindy is a senior executive with 20+ years of diversified management, technology and operations experience and has a proven track record of designing and delivering technology driven transformational programs in many blue-chip firms, including New York Life Insurance Company, ALICO, Merrill Lynch, Marsh & McLennan, Prudential, Booz Allan & Hamilton and MetLife.     Michael has held leadership roles in global technology, information services and professional services companies including VeriSign, LexisNexis Group, IRI, GE Capital and Deloitte. 

    As an Innovation/Strategy leader he has built and launched programs and built ecosystems that have driven growth in new markets, offerings and geographies.  He has also led strategic initiatives to fundamentally change and expand business models helping these organizations expand across the divide between technology, data, analytics and services.

    In corporate development/M&A roles he has led teams that have executed more than 100 M&A/strategic transactions ($10B in capital), driving massive expansion and strategic repositioning.  He has closed 18 corporate venture investments supporting key ecosystem relationships while yielding highly attractive returns.

    Michael has also served in CFO/COO and GM roles for high growth technology businesses and units.  Michael has scaled and professionalized operations in product management/innovation, finance, marketing operations, HR and legal.  Michael has led multiple rounds of financing and built out management teams to support growth.  He has also led operational restructuring initiatives to improve and scale operations driving margin and revenue growth.

  • Cindy Harro

    Cindy manages global cybersecurity regulation, framework (i.e. NIST, FFIEC) and internal bank policy compliance risk assessments for all Cloud Service Provider (CSP) scenarios (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) at Bank of America. She is leading a cross-financial services industry effort to develop standard security controls and requirements for CSPs managing financial data.  Cindy is developing a method to capture and review CSP concentration risk resulting from increasing levels of CSP use across the financial services industry.  

    Previously, Cindy was the Security, Compliance and Risk Program Director for IBM's "Watson Platform for Health" PaaS cloud. She directed a global organization of SW development and infrastructure management professionals to build SW and environments that comply with cybersecurity frameworks and laws, such as HIPAA.  She defined cybersecurity and regulatory compliance requirements for SW developers and architects in an Agile environment, managed SW application vulnerability scanning & penetration testing and performed regulatory compliance risk assessments. Cindy performed a similar role for an IBM Analytics Cloud before joining IBM Watson Health.

     

     

  • Kathryn Hayley

    Kathryn J. Hayley is an experienced CEO and board member, with global experience in IT, business strategy, operations, acquisition integration, regulations, human resources, and benefits, with sector experience in financial services, healthcare, professional services, and insurance. Hayley has a long and diverse professional background, having served as CEO for Aon Hewitt Consulting Americas, and CEO of Aon Consulting Worldwide. She established Aon Consulting as a market leader and positioned it for the acquisition of Hewitt Associates, and then helped with the integration of the acquisition, achieving targeted operational synergies within four months, while substantially improving profit margins. Hayley served as EVP at UnitedHealthcare, and as a direct report to the CEO, she led a program to develop a new strategy to reinvent members' healthcare experience and move UHC to a new business model. She also led a program to reduce the operating cost in the back office and had responsibility for the relationship with the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. As an IT partner with Deloitte Consulting, she led some of the firm’s most complex IT strategy and implementation engagements and led multiple industries and market segments, including leading the Midwest Region and leading the U.S. Financial Services sector. Hayley’s corporate board experience includes First Midwest Bancorp, one of the largest publicly traded bank holding companies in the Midwest, where she serves on the audit committee and the compensation committee, Alight Solutions, the leading provider technology-enabled health, wealth, HR and finance solutions, and Tribridge Holdings, LLC, a PE-backed information technology services firm specializing in business applications and cloud solutions, where she served on the board and its audit committee until the firm was acquired by DXC Technology. She serves on the advisory board of E.A. Renfroe & Company, Inc., one of the nation’s largest catastrophe claims management firms. She served on the board of Deloitte & Touche LLP US (overseeing the US audit, tax, financial advisory, and consulting businesses), where she served on the Partner Affairs, Nominating, Compensation, and Strategic Investments Committees. She served on several boards of Deloitte-related entities, including the Deloitte Consulting Transition Board, Deloitte Consulting US, DC India Private Limited (Chairman & CEO), and Mastek-DC Offshore Development Company. Hayley has non-profit board leadership experience, including experience as board chair, audit committee chair, and finance committee member. She serves on the Chicago Shakespeare Theater Board as an audit committee member and has served as Audit Committee Chair and Finance Committee member.

West Corp is a technology enabled telecommunications services provider. Nokia is a global leader in creating the technologies at the heart of our connected world.

    Ms. Horan retired from IBM in July 2015 after 17 years with the company. Her most recent role was Managing Director for the Bank of America account. In this role she was responsible for IBM’s business with the Bank, bringing IBM innovations to help the Bank in their ongoing transformation.  

    Previously Ms. Horan was the Chief Information Officer of IBM where she led the development and implementation of a technology strategy in close partnership with the business. Her emphasis was on the confluence of social, mobile, cloud and analytics; and how to use these technologies securely to personalize and enhance employee and client experiences. Ms. Horan led the implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity program for IBM bringing technology, policy and education together to safeguard IBM assets.

    Ms. Horan has extensive experience in the technology industry with leadership roles in software product development and business strategy.

    A native of the United Kingdom, Ms. Horan earned a bachelors degree in Mathematics from the University of London and an MBA from Boston University.

    John G. Iannarelli recently retired from the FBI after more than 20 years of service, during which he was a member of the SWAT Team and participated in the investigations of the Oklahoma City Bombing, the 9/11 attack, and the Congresswoman Gabriel Giffords shooting.  John previously served at FBI Headquarters as their national spokesperson and on the Cyber Division Executive staff.  In Phoenix, John was the Cyber squad supervisor before promotion to Assistant Special Agent in Charge, the number two position overseeing all Criminal, Cyber, and Counter Intelligence investigations throughout Arizona.  John has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Computer Science for his contributions to the field of cyber investigations.

    John is the author of several other books, to include Why Teens Fail and What to Fix, a parents’ guide to protecting their children from Internet predators and other dangers, and Information Governance Security, how businesses can protect their sensitive data from loss or compromise.  His recently released How to Stop A Terrorist, is a guide for the average person to recognize and help prevent terrorism. John is a highly sought after speaker and has presented to Fortune 500 companies, domestic and international audiences, the United Nations, and the Vatican where he met personally with Pope Francis to discuss the evolution of cyber crime.

    A former San Diego Police Officer and a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, to include studies of international criminal and civil law at Oxford, England, John is also an attorney admitted to the practice of law in California, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is currently a private consultant, whose clients have included the both the FBI and a national professional sports league.

    Tony Leng is a Managing Director of Diversified Search and leads the firm’s Digital Transformation and CIO practice from its San Francisco office.  Previously, Tony was Managing Partner of Hodge Partners. While at the telephone company, he was founder and Chairman of its ISP and a board member of its 2 million-subscriber cell phone subsidiary. 

    Tony uses his operating experience from being a CEO, financial background as a CPA and CA, and technical knowledge from the work that he has done for Tech companies to drill down and understand at a nuanced level what his clients are seeking to achieve as they build their teams. He has written numerous papers on technology leadership and the challenges facing technology leaders today and authors a blog, ‘Resources for the Modern CIO” (www.tonyleng.com).

    The core of Tony’s consulting has been with senior leaders who are seeking to transform their organizations as they face a future of rapid change, digitization, regulation, shifting markets, and increasingly connected and informed customers.

    David McCain retired as a Detective from the Huntington Beach Police Department after 23-years of service. The last 12-years was as an investigator of high tech crimes and digital forensics. He was also deputized as a Special Deputy U.S. Marshall as a task force officer for both the FBI SAFE Team and U.S. Secret Service ECTF – Electronic Crimes Task Force. Mr. McCain has also worked for the U.S. State Department, Diplomatic Security, AntiTerrorism Assistance Program teaching foreign government personnel digital forensics and high tech investigations. He has taught law enforcement/government officials in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and South America. He was also a part-time instructor for the California Department of Justice teaching computer forensics to state law enforcement officers. David has owned and operated two private consulting companies providing services to corporations and law firms. McCain holds numerous certificates for computer and mobile device forensics. He is a court certified expert as it relates to digital forensics in federal, state, and military courts. David is currently the Director of Security and Digital Forensics for the NFL.

    Nick is responsible for HARMAN’s enterprise-wide strategy and the execution around digital and IT endeavors. He works closely with the Connected Car, Lifestyle, Professional Solutions and Connected Services divisions and leadership teams to optimize HARMAN’s technology capabilities, particularly related to end user experience, data and analytics, agile service delivery and cyber security practices.     Nick joined HARMAN in 2017. With more than 20 years of business and IT experience, Nick has driven the IT approach and execution of digital solutions that have enabled business transformation, integration and profitable growth for multiple billion-dollar organizations, including General Electric Company (NYSE:GE), Kaiser Permanente, International Business Machines Corporation (NYSE:IBM) and PwC.
