    Harold Anderson is the Vice President of Infrastructure Architecture at FIS, a Fortune 500 Financial Services company with over $10 billion in revenue.  He joined FIS in 2017.  Harold leads the cloud automation and infrastructure design function across the company’s global footprint, with a primary focus on managing the highly-scalable on-premise cloud.

    Harold has led enterprise scale technology and business transformation initiatives, application development organizations, and acquisitions and divestitures. He is a decisive and strategic leader whose expertise includes formulating business and technologies plans, building consensus, and creating a proactive and engaging team environment.  He has led the implementation and operations of very large-scale CRM and billing systems in the broadband and healthcare verticals, developing deep industry expertise in each.  Harold has a passion for proactively leveraging the best of people to bring revenue-impacting and cost-saving transformation to the organization.  He has spoken on the topics of large-scale technology transformation, leadership of enterprise technology initiatives, and implementing billing and rating systems in the cable broadband industry.

    Harold’s professional background has consisted of leadership roles of increasing responsibility in healthcare consulting, broadband/telecom, and more recently, the financial services industries. He has held technology leadership roles at Cox Communications, the Travel Channel, and at Fidelity National Information Services.

    Harold is active in the Technology Association of Georgia, Advisory Board at HMG Strategy, and Georgia Agape.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama.   He and his wife Allison have 3 children and reside the Atlanta area.

    Shoukat Ali Bhamani is the Chief Information & Digital Officer (CIO & CDO) for the Schaeffler Group Americas, a global automotive, industrial & aerospace manufacturer with $3.2B revenue and 13,000 employees in Americas.  Over the past 20 years, Shoukat has led several operational and strategic business functions to support a double digit growth in the manufacturing environment. This includes Strategic Planning, General Management, R&D, Program Management, Quality Systems, Continuous Improvement, Process Management and IT. His effective transformation leadership has successfully integrated the IT and business priorities via program management, roadmaps, goals, KPIs and strategic initiatives, across multiple platforms & business units, nationally & internationally.  Resulting in a uniform SAP landscape region wide, measurable business improvements, increased sales opportunities, optimized business processes & supply chain, efficient technology & infrastructure, IT cost transparency, and a high performance IT team to support business growth & strategy. He has now taken over the responsibility of digital transformation and is in the process of prioritizing business needs, establishing talents and executing digital solutions. 

    His business experience includes 10+ years of successful customer relationships to manage key programs & business development to support a significant increase in market share and bottom line.  His R&D contribution includes several new product development initiatives to meet the market challenges of new innovation and technology.  His international experience includes major programs across multiple platforms & business units, including product development, manufacturing, investment, cost reduction & IT projects in US, Canada, Mexico, Japan & Germany. Shoukat received his Bachelor's (NED) and Master's (McGill) degrees in Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.  He lives in Fort Mill, SC with his wife and two children.

    Mahesh is the Head of Digital and Information technologies for Kimberly Clark Professional. As a senior member of the Leadership team, he is driving the global digital, data, innovation and information growth agenda leveraging product methodologies, AI and IoT. Prior to Kimberly Clark, Mahesh was the Head of Business Transformation and IT at Signify (Philips Lighting) for its largest market and multi-channel business. In this role, Mahesh collaborated across the organization to successfully execute key growth transformation initiatives including drive operational excellence and optimize business and IT. Mahesh brings experience in managing lean, process and system improvements to accelerate growth and drive operational reliability.

    Mahesh is a mentor, has an MBA, participates in several advisory boards and has worked in manufacturing, CPG industries.

  • Teresa Miquelarena
    Head of Digital Engineering & Automation
    Kimberly-Clark Corporation

    Teresa serves as the Global Director Intelligent Automation of Kimberly-Clark Corporation. In this position, she is responsible for responsible for building and leading the organization that will plan, govern, deliver, and run automation solutions including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and intelligent automation (IA) using Machine/Deep Learning and Cognitive technologies.

    Teresa has also served as Global Director Enterprise Architecture of Kimberly-Clark, in this role, she leveraged technology to develop global future-state business capabilities, blending people, process, technology and information. Interacted with all Information Technology C-executive roles and various business leaders. Served as the leader for architecture review board to guarantee adoption of digital technologies through all designs.

    Teresa also served as North American and European Business Intelligence Leader of Kimberly-Clark.

    Before joining Kimberly-Clark, Teresa held senior-level roles in the technology departments of Cadbury Stani Adams and Black & Decker and Dewalt.

    Both inside and outside the office, Teresa enjoys coaching and mentoring others in technology and career goals. She supports her passions by serving on the boards of one Enterprise Architecture; and leveraging her passion for technology applying it to disabilities

    Teresa holds a Bachelor in Information Systems from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Teresa also participates in a top talent executive development program.
