The global pandemic has created unthinkable circumstances for business and for society. But one constant as we work through the business challenges spawned by this international crisis is the empathetic leadership that technology executives are demonstrating to their teams to help keep them safe, secure and engaged. The key for CIOs, CISOs and other technology executives to drive success for their companies is to draw from their past and current experiences in the current crisis and to apply a fresh mindset in leading the business forward into a brighter future with courage and compassion.
In this Digital Summit, top technology executives will share their advice on the roles that CIOs and tech leaders can play in driving innovation, reshaping the business and fashioning the future of work.

EXECUTIVE INTERVIEW: The Future of Work: The New Normal
How we work and where we work will never be the same. We have gone from traditional “Working at Work” and then “Living at Work”, several stages of “Evolving while working from Home” and now it appears the realization is that this is not a short term impact but permanent. Companies and employees are starting the effort towards “Redefining how/where we Work”. We need new ways of thinking about working, leaders that are thinking beyond the current normal and investing in the future and technology that will help us all Redefine Working.
Harry Moseley, Global CIO, Zoom

EXECUTIVE INTERVIEW: Securing & Protecting Your Sensitive Data in the New Normal
With so many workers working remotely, CIOs and CTOs are challenged with formulating, building and sustaining an IT model that must securely manage and support applications and endpoints, spanning across data centers and multi-cloud environments. How do you ensure remote workers have access to critical data, while at the same time future proofing your infrastructure with a data recovery plan that protects and quickly restores when disaster strikes?
Brian Brockway, VP, CTO at Commvault, will discuss Recovery Readiness – using policies, automation and best-practices of digital transformation while reducing new risks and costs to your business. This is the new battlefront that never sleeps and gives no quarters (no-mercy, no-time outs, no-do-overs). You need to ask yourself, are you ready?
