    Beatriz is a recognized thought leader in technology, with over 19 years of successful roles in the CPG industry. Over the course of her career with BAT, she has held extremely diverse leadership roles in Mexico, Latin America, Canada, Africa and the UK. Beatriz’s journey with the company started in 2001 as an IT Trainee and then business partner and SAP Project IT Lead roles. This was followed by regional roles for the Americas, supporting Operations and Marketing. In 2016, she moved to Montreal to take on the CIO role for Canada & Mexico. Now, she is responsible for over 50 markets as BAT’s Regional CIO for Americas & Sub-Saharan Africa.   • Employed C-Level executives (non-vendor) or equivalent, CIOs, Direct Reports of CIOs, or Senior Most IT Professional in an organization with $200M or greater revenue, or from not-for-profit or government organizations with comparable size
