As regional economies gradually open up, many executives believe that both business and the nature of work will change forever. In order to support the business effectively, CIOs and technology executives need to help reimagine and reinvent the business and help the CEO and line-of-business leaders identify new opportunities in core, parallel and new markets. Technology executives also must work with the executive team to identify what the future of work looks like and provide the infrastructure and tools necessary to support this new way of working.
In this Virtual Summit, top technology executives will share their advice on the roles that CIOs and tech leaders can play in reshaping the business and the future of work.
"As an attendee of the HMG Virtual Summit I enjoyed the fact that it was fast moving, insightful and presented a variety of speakers, both local and non-local. The duration was just right and did not require tying up an entire day. I thought the content and format was absolutely terrific!"

Egon Zehnder was founded in 1964 with a distinctive vision and structure aimed at achieving two basic goals - to place our clients' interests first and to lead our profession in creating value for our clients through the assessment and recruitment of top-level management resources. The most fundamental expression of our client-first vision resides in our structure, which is unique to our profession. Our 390 consultants, operating from 63 wholly owned offices in 37 countries, are organized around a single-profit center partnership. This is designed to eliminate competitive barriers between our offices. It allows us to operate seamlessly when engagements call for us to mobilize across many offices in a country or a region. Large or small, local or global, our clients benefit from our structure by having access to our most relevant resources and relationships wherever they may reside. Underpinning this unique structure is our private ownership. We have chosen to operate our firm independent of any outside interests and are motivated solely by a desire to exceed our clients' expectations.http://www.egonzehnder.com

SIM Central Florida is dedicated to shaping and influencing the management and use of information technology throughout the greater Orlando region. Our SIM chapter provides an outstanding opportunity for ongoing networking, meeting and collaboratively exploring best practices, trends and lessons learned. It is ideal for Central Florida’s information technology executives, academicians and senior business executives with key roles in the use of IT in their organizations. SIM Central Florida: Places members in the midst of a global network of IT leaders that is actively harnessing the power of knowledge, information, communication and technology. Continually works to enhance Central Florida’s reputation as a community of outstanding, visionary technology leaders. Gives back to our region by creating new opportunities for others through important mentoring, scholarships, financial contributions and community involvement. Leverages the talents and experiences of diverse IT contemporaries, business executives, technology experts and community leaders. Helps to develop members’ careers and the next generation of IT leaders by continually increasing knowledge, industry visibility and networking among peers who become advisors, confidantes and friends. Is the voice of Central Florida’s IT community on critical issues. SIM Central Florida members meet monthly – learning from presentations and dialogues with industry leaders, top practitioners and nationally recognized experts in information systems and management practices. Before, during and after each presentation, chapter members have the opportunity to discuss important issues and concerns with guest speakers and colleagues from industry and government. History In 1997, a group of prominent CIOs in the Central Florida area decided to establish a non-competitive environment where CIOs could collaboratively share in knowledge and work experiences. The founding fathers included Andy Wing, Rick Sickles and Ron Maciejewski. Wing became the group’s President and initiated the recruitment process – encouraging Hugh Moore, Jim Dekle and Garrett Grainger to join as founding members to lead the new group, which was named the Central Florida CIO Council. Several years later, another member of the Council, Dave Razmussen, challenged the group to convert to an affiliate chapter of the Society for Information Management (SIM) – a watershed decision in our growth. The organization officially became a SIM chapter in 2001.https://chapter.simnet.org/centralflorida/aboutchapter/new-item
