EXECUTIVE PANEL: Courageous Leadership and Fearless Reinvention: Guiding the Modern Enterprise in Dynamic Times
As a vaccine is made available to millions of people in early 2021, the future is looking brighter. But as business restrictions continue to dampen the economy, organizational leaders are looking for innovative ways to strengthen revenues and profits. In order to support the business effectively, CIOs and technology executives need to help reimagine and reinvent the business and help the CEO and line-of-business leaders identify new opportunities in core, parallel and new markets. Technology executives also must work with the executive team to identify what the future of work looks like and provide the infrastructure and tools needed to help support a new way of working.
In this panel discussion, world-class technology executives will share their advice on the roles that CIOs and tech leaders can play in reimagining the business and the future of work.

EXECUTIVE PANEL: Safeguarding the Enterprise Against Escalating Global Cyber Threats
Make no mistake – CISOs and cyber teams are at war against nation-state threat actors and other highly-trained adversaries. The recent SolarWinds cyber-attack is believed to be the most damaging hack of a Western government ever, along with still-to-be-determined impact on more than 425 companies in the Fortune 500 who receive services from SolarWinds. While the long-range impact for companies and government agencies continues to unfold, the attacks underscore how security is more important to organizations than ever. CEOs and Board members will be relying on CISOs and security leaders more than ever to help identify and respond to potential threats and to protect the enterprise and its crown jewels.
In this executive panel, CISOs and security leaders will share their recommendations for working with the CEO and the Board on looming cyber threats, including how best to communicate these risks and articulate where funding is needed most.

EXECUTIVE PANEL: Leading and Building a High Performing Culture
As remote work has extended across much of 2020 and into 2021, many CIOs and technology executives have expressed concerns about keeping employees engaged and motivated over the long-term. On top of this, it’s also been challenging to convey a sense of organizational culture both to existing employees and new hires. This panel discussion with top executives will focus on what’s required to cultivate a connected culture into the future – including one that embraces diversity, equity and inclusion.

What started as automating on-call rotations has evolved into a platform that helps 12,000 companies across 90 countries proactively manage their digital operations so their teams can spend less time reacting to incidents and more time building for the future.
https://www.pagerduty.com/Tessian builds technology to empower people to work safely, without security getting in their way. We believe people shouldn’t have to be security experts to do their jobs. Tessian’s Human Layer Security platform automatically protects your employees on email - where they spend 40% of their time - from risks like data exfiltration, accidental data loss and phishing. https://www.tanium.com/We create software products that emotionally connect our customers with millions of consumers and employees using just the right blend of design and innovation. We embrace the power of artificial intelligence to augment our capabilities and contribute to the advancement of the technology industry as we dream to make the world a better place one step at a time. We do all that through our Studios, deep pockets of expertise on the latest technologies and trends. Our Studio model fosters creativity and innovation while allowing us to build, enhance, and consolidate expertise around a variety of emerging technologies. We have mastered a unique way of organizing our teams known as the Agile Pod model. Driven by a culture of self-regulated teamwork, each team—or Pod—works directly with our customers with a full maturity path that evolves as they increase speed, quality and autonomy. Opposed to the traditional IT services structures, our pods at Globant eliminates the need for command and control methods and provides teams with full independence in customer interaction.
https://www.globant.com/The Sonatype journey started 10 years ago, just as the concept of “open source” software development was gaining steam. From our humble beginning as core contributors to Apache Maven, to supporting the world’s largest repository of open source components (Central), to distributing the world's most popular repository manager (Nexus), we’ve played a meaningful role in helping the world embrace the power of open innovation. Over time, we witnessed the staggering volume and variety of open source libraries that began flowing into every development environment in the world. We understood that when open source components are properly managed, they provide tremendous energy for accelerating innovation. Conversely, when unmanaged, open-source "gone wild" can lead directly to security vulnerabilities, licensing risks, enormous rework, and waste. Our vision today is simple. We are laser-focused on helping organizations continuously harness all of the good that open source has to offer, without any of the risks.
https://www.sonatype.com/Slack has transformed business communication. It’s the leading channel-based messaging platform, used by millions to align their teams, unify their systems, and drive their businesses forward. Only Slack offers a secure, enterprise-grade environment that can scale with the largest companies in the world. It is a new layer of the business technology stack where people can work together more effectively, connect all their other software tools and services, and find the information they need to do their best work. Slack is where work happens.
https://slack.com/While Snehal Antani and Anthony Pillitiere were working to transform their cyber security posture, Red Team operations became a critical part of their strategy, but hiring consultants or maintaining a dedicated Red Team was expensive and could only cover a narrow slice of their enterprise. They started Horizon3.ai and fused military cyber attackers with artificial intelligence experts and automation engineers, to deliver continuous, automated, 100% coverage Red Teaming as a service. No consultants. No professional services. Delivered as a true SaaS offering.
