Tammylynne is a Senior Director on the Global IT team with responsibilities for: Vendor Management, Strategy and Business Partner Alignment.

      Prior to Holiday, Tammylynne spent 15 years at Kohl’s Department Stores. Tammylynne was responsible for the strategy and planning efforts for Kohl’s digital and omnichannel roadmaps. In addition, she had responsibilities for building the company’s loyalty, customer service and digital payment programs.

      Prior to Kohl’s, Tammylynne was a consultant for Accenture. At Accenture, she had various technology and change management roles across the United States.

      Tammylynne serves on the Board of Directors for the Northrop Auditorium at the University of Minnesota, and on the Board of Directors for the MN Better Business Bureau. Tammylynne holds an Executive MBA in International Business from Marquette University, and she has undergraduate degrees in Mathematics, English and Spanish

      In 2015, Tammylynne was named a “40 Under 40” award winner by the Milwaukee Business Journal. In 2017, she was named “Young Alumna of the Year” by Marquette University. In 2019, she was selected as a finalist for “Orbie CIO of the Year” in Minneapolis/ St. Paul. Tammylynne is married with 3 children, aged 10, 6 and 4 and resides in Medina, MN with her family.

      As a recognized industry leader, Tomes brings over 25 years of experience in managing technology innovation across diverse industries, both in national, international, and public and private sector operations. Throughout his career, he has facilitated data-driven decision making, implemented many critical enterprise projects, and improved workforce diversity and inclusion.

      Before becoming Commissioner, Tomes served as the Chief Innovation Officer and former Chief Information Officer at the City of St. Paul, where he was responsible for managing ongoing process improvements, supporting human-centered design, and increasing the overall effectiveness of city services and resources. While in St. Paul, Tomes facilitated a digital transformation at the city level, pioneering the use of mobile applications to improve resident opportunities. This work allowed the city to leverage deep data insights while promoting and supporting equitable service delivery. During his time as St. Paul’s Chief Information Officer, Tomes oversaw the launch of St. Paul’s Open Information Portal, which serves to promote and encourage innovative uses of data and transparency in government services.

      Tomes’ prior work experience also includes six years as an Assistant Commissioner of Minnesota IT Services, where he created several nation-leading Information Technology sourcing agreements for 33,000+ user utility services statewide – including the first cloud-based public sector statewide service offering in the nation. While Tomes was serving in this role, Minnesota became the first state in the country to manage all Information Technology through service level agreements, a model that was recognized with a national award. Before joining state service, Tomes spent 13 years working for British Telecom.

      Tomes received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and attended Graduate School for Business Management at Boston University.

      Jennifer Wesson Greenman is the Chief Information Officer of Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA). An accomplished health care executive with over fifteen years’ experience leading diverse teams in innovative technology solution development, delivery and support, Greenman joined CTCA® in July 2019 from H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute in Tampa, where she served for five years as Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer.

      In her role at CTCA, Greenman works to implement technology advances and enhancements to empower its internal and external partners with a resilient, responsive and high-performing technology infrastructure to meet the broad needs of the patients and families who come to CTCA for their care.   

      At Moffitt, Greenman provided leadership and strategic direction for technologies used across the institution, supporting exceptional care delivery and fueling breakthrough scientific discoveries. During her tenure, Moffitt was recognized as a "Best Place to Work in IT" by Computerworld from 2017 through 2019. Additionally, Moffitt was recognized by the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives as a “Healthcare Most Wired” organization in 2019, recognized for exemplifying best practices through the adoption, implementation and use of technology. Prior to that, Greenman worked for Tampa’s Bayfront Health System in a variety of IT management roles, including Chief Information Officer. She started her career as a Solution Delivery Consultant for Cerner Corporation. 

      Greenman obtained an MBA from the University of Florida and undergraduate degrees in Management Information Systems and Finance from Florida State University. She is a member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives and was recognized by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as a finalist for the "CIO of the Year Award" in 2016 and 2018.

      David Whitaker is Chief Information Officer for General Dynamics, Ordnance and Tactical Systems (OTS). 

      In this position, Mr. Whitaker is responsible for overseeing the enterprise security posture, IT strategy, development and implementation of all technology initiatives for General Dynamics OTS.  In his current role, he is responsible for digital transformation and providing a standard ERP platform that unifies and optimizes business processes leveraging, IIoT to automate manufacturing processes. 

      Mr. Whitaker has 20 years of technology leadership experience in various industries.  He joined General Dynamics OTS following a three-year tenure with Avintiv, where he served as VP of Global Information Services.  In that role, he led all aspects of the technology supporting Avintiv’s global commercial manufacturing operations and enabled the rapid integration of multiple global acquisitions increasing revenue from $1B to $3B in 18 months.

      Prior to Avintiv, Mr. Whitaker was the CIO for General Dynamics ATP.  In addition to his role as CIO, he served in various IT and Engineering leadership roles at General Dynamics C4 Systems, Motorola and Martin Marietta.  Throughout his career, Mr. Whitaker has been instrumental at transforming legacy IT organizations into vital business partners creating business value for the enterprise
