    Larry Bilker is a seasoned business technology executive with extensive experience in solving complex business, technological, and organizational problems.  He is currently the CIO of Pyramid Healthcare.  Other roles have included CTO of First Quality Enterprises, Director of Business Architecture at AmerisourceBergen, and CIO of GE's Water & Process Technologies, as well as several consulting positions.   Larry holds a BS in Optical Engineering from the University of Rochester, and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

    Ted is a proven leader and practical strategist, whose passion is leading technology and organizational change to maximize business performance. He has contributed to delivering year over year record business growth, and personally led teams to higher levels of employee engagement while exceeding operational and program delivery expectations. He has built a diverse business management perspective, gained from his broad experience in Information Technology, Operations, Finance, Project Management, and Engineering positions.

    Over the past several years, Ted has been leading a digital business transformation, establishing best in class data capabilities, transitioning claims processing off the mainframe onto a modern cloud based system, modernizing policy administration and consumer web applications, and transitioning to Agile DevSecOps culture and processes.

    Ted holds a Masters in Information Science from Penn State, an MBA from Bryant University, and Bachelors of both Science and Arts from Lehigh University. He currently serves on the Board of Dunwoody Village, a continuity care retirement community, and regularly supports a variety of other non-profits. He is a member of the Society of Information Managers (SIM) and is a PMP accredited member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). He lives with his wife in the Philadelphia, PA area, and has a twin son and daughter who live in nearby New Jersey.

    Prior to joining Conair, Dara was the Vice President of Information Technology at The Camuto group. She provides executive leadership as Head of Global IT. Responsible for all aspects of strategic IT planning, implementation and support worldwide as an integral component of business the plan. Redesign cost-effective system strategies, policies, and procedures. Before devoting her work fulltime to The Camuto Group, Dara served as Director of System Implementation at Apparel Business Systems. Re-engineered, developed, and advised companies on existing and new platforms. Designed a customized application structure to support a full business solution. Managed custom modular applications, project management, application training, and implementation plans.

    Dara is also the owner of DestinyintheSkye, a local CT accessories business designed to give back the majority of sales to local and global organizations in need.     Andy has been recognized as a 2016 Premier 100 IT Leader by Computerworld Magazine and was named an Alumni Fellow by the Pennsylvania State University. Both of these awards recognize his expertise in the effective management of global, national, regional and local business and technology teams responsible for strategic initiatives, partnerships and tactical project efforts that support the business with consistent focus on driving revenue growth.
