    Bhupesh Arora is Vice President/CIO, Information technology at Magellan Midstream Partners LP. In this role, he leads the company’s vision and strategy for information technology. Bhupesh previously held senior leadership IT positions at Fortune 500 multinational companies such as Avery Dennison, Nissan, Hyundai and Ernst & Young LLP.   • Mack Campbell
    Senior Development Director

    Mack E. Campbell, CFRE is Senior Development Director for NPower, a national non-profit that moves people from poverty to prosperity through launching careers in tech.  He oversees the engagement of national and regional philanthropic leaders and tech employers to support and expand NPower’s work in Texas and across the central United States.

    Mack joined NPower with more than 15 years of experience in the non-profit world and had previously worked with national and regional organizations addressing a myriad of causes, including education, legal services, and basic needs.

    Mack has presented at the Association of Fundraising Professionals International Conference (AFPICON) twice, the DFW Philanthropy Conference six times, and the Blackbaud Conference for Non-Profits. He has served on the board of directors for multiple organizations.  He received a Masters in Public Administration from the University of North Texas and earned the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential in 2015. 

    Born in Wichita Falls, he currently lives in Dallas with his husband and is highly involved as a volunteer in the LGBTQ+ community.

  • Jesse Carrillo
    Chief Innovation Officer

    Jesse Carrillo is responsible for directing all corporate technology, strategy and standards for Hines worldwide. Jesse joined Hines in 1994 as a consultant to assist in the implementation of the firm's accounting and property management software. After being made a full-time employee in 1995, he was promoted to Director of Application Development in 2001, where he held the lead role in the implementation of Hines¹ ERP system. He took over the responsibility for Hines IT as CTO in 2007 and later promoted to CIO in 2009. Mr. Carrillo completed undergraduate studies at Trinity University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, and received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

    Mr. Carrillo is a member of the National Society of Hispanic MBA’s (NSHMBA), CIO Executive Council, Greater Houston Partnership’s Cybersecurity Task Force, Houston Society of Information Management (SIM) and serves on the Realcomm International Advisory Council after having served as co-chair in 2010. He was a featured writer for the book, Building a Green IT Team, part of the Inside the Minds series from Aspatore Publishers. He is also a strong supporter of promoting Youth In IT through his involvement with the Genesys Works (http://www.genesysworks.org) and Citizen Schools (http://www.citizenschools.org) programs.

  • Joe Carroll
    CITGO Petroleum Corporation

    Joe is responsible over all of CITGO’s Information Technology and Security operations.  Joe has over 35 years of IT experience supporting the Oil and Gas Industry.   Prior to being named CIO Joe has held multiple positions in IT with responsibilities over application teams that support Finance, HR, Hydrocarbon Supply Chain, Mid-Office, Marketing, and various other business units.  Joe was also responsible for CITGO’s ERP System.  Joe also has managed the Technical Infrastructure and Operations teams with responsibilities including the Enterprise Network, Servers & Storage, Workstations and Strategic planning over IT Infrastructure and Cloud based applications. 

    Joe is a member of the Computer Science Industry Advisory Board at Oklahoma State University and a Board Member of the Gutierrez Energy Management Institute for the University of Houston.  Joe is the past Chair for the American’s SAP User Group Oil & Gas Special Interest Group.   Joe is a member of the Society of Information Management, Houston Chapter.   Joe holds a BS in Computer Science from Oklahoma State University and a MBA from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. 

  • George Crawford

    Winner of the 2020 Houston CIO of the Year® ORBIE® Award, George Crawford is responsible for directing all technology, innovation & transformation, strategy, merger/acquisition integration, and cyber security for Catapult Energy Services portfolio companies. He joined Catapult in 2013 as Partner and CIO/CISO helping create the shared services platform company that was the foundation for the five OFS companies he helped start. Mr. Crawford was interim President and COO for Roywell LLC from 2018 – 2020, a Catapult acquisition. He has been consulting with and helping Private Equity groups create shared services foundation companies for over 20 years.  


    Mr. Crawford grew up in Houston and completed undergraduate studies at University of Houston where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems with honors. He has served on many boards and advisory councils and currently serves as BOD President Emeritus for Houston Chapter of Society of Information Management (SIM), VP for ISACA Houston Chapter, Board Member for Hint Global Investments, member of LSC-UP’s President’s Community Advisory Council and on advisory boards for HBU, U of H, Lone Star College, Genesys Works, Cyber Houston and the NSF. As a member of the Greater Houston Cybersecurity Council, he works with C-Suites and BODs to help their companies and organizations ensure cyber preparedness.


    He believes that we all have the ability to help others change their stars and is a strong supporter of our youth’s STEM based education, serves as a mentor for multiple education groups and agencies, and as a Co-Chair of SIM’s Golf Charity event and Outreach committees. George is an active speaker and panelist, and has been recognized for his achievements by being named 2016 and 2019 Leader of the Year by Society for Information Management.


  • Jamey Cummings

    Jamey Cummings was formerly Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Global Technology Practice. He co-lead’s the Firm’s Global Cybersecurity Practice and is also a member of the Firm’s Information Officers Practice.

    Mr. Cummings is a recognized leader in advising organizations on the recruitment, assessment, development, and retention of information technology as well as information security & risk management talent at all levels, including the Board of Directors. His clients range from large global corporations to high growth entrepreneurial companies, spanning all industries. In addition to Chief Information Officers, Chief Information Security Officers, and their key leaders, he also recruits cybersecurity consultants for leading professional services firms as well as top executives for cybersecurity technology companies and managed security services providers. He is based in the Firm’s Dallas office.

    Prior to Korn Ferry, Mr. Cummings served as an associate principal in the industrial, supply chain, and transportation & logistics practices of another leading executive search firm, where he executed senior executive search assignments for both public and private equity-backed companies. He also served clients in the consumer & retail, technology, government & defense, biotechnology, and education sectors.

    Prior to his career in executive search, Mr. Cummings was a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group in Dallas, where he worked on a wide variety of projects with clients in the aerospace & defense, consumer finance, telecommunications, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and education industries.
    Earlier in his career, he served nine years with distinction as an officer in the U.S. Navy's SEAL teams.

    He earned a master’s degree in business administration from Stanford University, and graduated with merit with a bachelor of science in aeronautical engineering from The United States Naval Academy.

    Rashmi Jain joined Careington International Corporation in 1999 and has served as Chief Information Officer since April 2019. Ms. Jain currently oversees information systems & information technology areas for Careington and affiliate companies, DialCare, Careington Benefit Solutions and Munroe Sutton. As Chief Information Officer, she is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and personally participating in all phases of the development and maintenance of Careington's strategic information systems, which include all hardware, software, security and web initiatives. During her career, Rashmi has transformed the Information Systems department into a true strategic partner with a focus on building scalable information technology systems to address various company objectives as she remains focused on technologically advanced solutions to support Careington’s business, increase efficiencies, minimize risk and contribute to the company’s overall success.

    Rashmi is also an avid advocate for minorities in the workplace and recognizes bringing on a balanced pool of employees to the company, ensuring they have varying educational and ethnic backgrounds as well as experience levels to ensure a diverse and talented staff. Currently, her team consists of 50% women who serve in various IT and operational functional roles. She believes in the re-integration of veterans in the workforce, which aligns with the charities she supports - Families of WWII Veterans and NPower.

    Rashmi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Delhi University and a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems and Healthcare from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Cyber Security from Southern Methodist University.

    Keith Landau is a Managing Director in Information Technology Services at Deloitte.  As a Chief Technology Director he leads the Relationship Management Group supporting the FSS in the US MF.   

    Prior to joining Deloitte, Keith held senior IT roles with a number of organizations including Waste Management, Monster Worldwide, and Ernst & Young LLP.  Keith has led large, distributed global teams and is passionate about team building, mentoring and leadership. 

    As a community leader, Keith contributes actively to the Boy Scouts of America.  He is the Scoutmaster of Troop 89 and is a founder and assistant scoutmaster of the first Scouts BSA Troop for girls in his town, The Woodlands, TX.  He also holds district level roles and leads events at the Houston Council level.     Vikas Parikh is the Chief Architect at LyondellBasell where he runs enterprise architecture, emerging technologies, IT strategy and IT finance for LyondellBasell worldwide. He joined LyondellBasell in Dec 2019, prior to which he was a Sr Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions and transformation practice at EY advising clients on strategy, execution and transformation on all facets of M&A and turnarounds.     Nick joined HARMAN in 2017 with over 20 years of digital leadership experience, including with General Electric Company, Kaiser Permanente, IBM, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

    Clif Triplett most recently completed his assignment in the Obama Administration where he was recruited to the Federal Government to address the cybersecurity challenges brought to light by the US Office of Personnel Management (OPM) breach of 21.5M individuals background investigation records.  Clif served as one of eight Presidential Executive Fellows brought in from industry to assist in the remediation of significant government issues, in this case, Clif was tasked with cybersecurity.

    Prior to his service with the US Government, Clif worked in many major US companies to include General Motors, Motorola and Baker Hughes in a variety of senior leadership positions. In each case, he was asked to assist those organizations in major transformations.

    He was brought into General Motors by the CEO and CIO to standardize manufacturing processes and systems, and concurrently those associated with all aspects of quality across GM’s 600 manufacturing facilities.  At Motorola he was once again brought in by the CEO. He served as the General Manager for Global Services and was tasked to create the global service organization and market identity not previously existing.  At Baker Hughes, he was brought into the company by the CEO and COO to facilitate the transformation of the company from a collection of company entities across the globe operating in a holding company fashion, to a single corporation with a single face to the customer.  Also led the evolution of remote digital service operations, and within his organization, led the team responsible all remote horizontal drilling and well monitoring.

    Clif is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and earned a Masters in Computer Information Systems from Boston University.
