    Nicole Darden Ford is an IT Strategic leader with 20+ years of success spanning the Federal Government and Corporate Venues. Nicole has held a variety of leadership roles within the private sector and federal government, including the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Nicole joins Rockwell Automation from her most recent role, as the Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer for Carrier where she was responsible for Information Security and Product (IOT) Cybersecurity, globally. Prior to joining Carrier, Nicole was the Vice President of Information Security and the Chief Information Security Officer for Baxter International Inc. where she had global responsibility for Information Security, as well as Information Governance and IT Quality Compliance. Nicole joined Baxter in December 2016 as the Vice President of Information Security and Chief Information Security Officer from Venable LLP, an AMLAW 100 law firm, where she was Director of Information Security. Nicole has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a master’s degree in the Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia. She holds the C|CISO, CISM, CEH and CISSP certifications. She served in leadership roles for various Baxter employee groups, including the Global Inclusion Council, African American Leadership Council and Baxter Women Leaders.     Michael has held leadership roles in global technology, information services and professional services companies including VeriSign, LexisNexis Group, IRI, GE Capital and Deloitte. 

    As an Innovation/Strategy leader he has built and launched programs and built ecosystems that have driven growth in new markets, offerings and geographies.  He has also led strategic initiatives to fundamentally change and expand business models helping these organizations expand across the divide between technology, data, analytics and services.

    In corporate development/M&A roles he has led teams that have executed more than 100 M&A/strategic transactions ($10B in capital), driving massive expansion and strategic repositioning.  He has closed 18 corporate venture investments supporting key ecosystem relationships while yielding highly attractive returns.

    Michael has also served in CFO/COO and GM roles for high growth technology businesses and units.  Michael has scaled and professionalized operations in product management/innovation, finance, marketing operations, HR and legal.  Michael has led multiple rounds of financing and built out management teams to support growth.  He has also led operational restructuring initiatives to improve and scale operations driving margin and revenue growth.

    Michael holds a BA, MA, JD and MBA from the University of Chicago.  Michael is a frequent speaker on corporate growth and innovation.  He is the author of three books and numerous articles on innovation, M&A and strategic transactions.  Michael has served on public and private corporate boards as well as the Alumni Board of Governors at the University of Chicago.

    As chief information officer, Michael Golz oversees all IT solutions and services in North America, aligning information and technology strategy with SAP’s business strategy, and providing best-in-class processes and optimized operations for all lines of business.  He leads the “SAP Runs SAP” program, highlighting IT and product innovation in the areas of cloud, real-time business platform, applications, analytics, and mobile. Under his leadership, SAP Global IT has become the company's best customer reference. Michael oversees IT for Latin America and the Caribbean as well. 

    Michael joined SAP AG in 1998 at the company’s Walldorf, Germany headquarters. He began his tenure as SAP’s head of infrastructure for Demo, Training and Consulting systems. After moving to the United States in 2002, Michael served as the vice president of IT for SAP America, overseeing the strategic role and management of the IT function in the United States. Before assuming his current post, he was senior vice president of Global IT Application Services, with worldwide responsibility for internal business applications and external platforms, covering the entire spectrum of SAP solutions for all SAP employees. 

    Prior to joining SAP, he led the Information Management organization for the largest division of OTTO Group in Cologne, Germany.

    Chuck is a Partner in the New York office and leads the Chief Information Officers Practice on the East Coast.  He brings deep expertise in Chief Information Officer searches across numerous industries including Financial Services, Life Sciences, Industrial, Technology, and Public Sector .

    Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Chuck was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan in its Treasury & Securities Services (TSS) division. With TSS, he served as the Chief of Staff for the Global Head of Treasury Services Operations.  He was also a member of the TSS Strategy team where he had responsibility for leading strategy projects and executing M&A transactions. Previously, Chuck was a Director at Liberty Mutual Group where he worked on the Corporate M&A and Corporate Strategy teams.  Chuck also worked in the Investment Banking division of Credit Suisse First Boston.

    Prior to pursuing an MBA at the Wharton School, Chuck worked as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company serving clients across a variety of industries.  He also worked as an Applications Developer at TenFold Corporation, a software company focused on developing large-scale applications.

Fred is currently the Head of Cybersecurity and Technology Risk at Société Générale. In this role Fred is responsible for the Second Line of Defense for all Technology Risk (Algorithmic Trading Risk, Cybersecurity Risk, Business Continuity Risk, Data Risk and IT Risk). Fred received both his Bachelor of Science and MBA from NYIT where he is also an Adjunct Professor, member of the Executive Counsel for School of Management and serves on the Executive Board of the Alumni Association.     

  • Cindy Harro

    Cindy's passion for Information Technology and Cybersecurity is a result of her hands-on and technology leadership experiences across Bank of America and IBM.  She has held Director level roles in Information Security, Regulatory Compliance and Software Development and holds the prestigious CISSP (Info Systems Security) and CISA (Info Systems Auditor) certifications.  Cindy is articulate and communicates complex topics easily to senior executives as well as technical staff, in small settings and large stages.   

    Today, Cindy manages the public cloud risk framework, which she implemented at Bank of America.  She ensures that there is full coverage and adherence to regulatory requirements for all use cases, including SaaS, PaaS and IaaS.  She faces off to auditors inside and outside of the bank, demonstrating that public cloud use cases are inspected, risks are identified and managed effectively. Cindy plays a leadership role in the cross-financial services industry effort to develop standard requirements for Cloud Service Providers managing financial data. 

    Previously, Cindy was the Security, Compliance and Risk Program Director for IBM's "Watson Platform for Health" PaaS cloud.  She directed a global organization of SW developers to build secure SW that complies with regulations, including HIPAA, in an Agile environment.  She managed SW application vulnerability scanning & penetration testing.  Cindy performed a similar role for the IBM Analytics Cloud.  

    Cindy holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from The Pennsylvania State University.  She works in mid-town Manhattan and loves sports, boating and beaches.

In his previous role with Allergan IT, Sean has successfully directed integration and divestiture activities for 40+ acquisitions and divestitures since 2010. His know-how enabled the business to rapidly scale, setting the stage for Allergan’s record growth. With Sean’s unparalleled expertise in highly-efficient integration, Allergan IT has captured over $300 million in cost savings by realizing synergies and strategically restructuring during the mergers and acquisitions process. With an eye on aligning the company’s IT strategy and business strategy, Sean spearheads all aspects of technology vision, product development, and digital delivery of customer-oriented technology services, guiding more than 20,000 Allergan associates around the world. 

    Prior to joining Watson Pharmaceuticals, now Allergan, Sean served as Vice President of Global Infrastructure Services at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, one of the largest healthcare companies globally. At Novartis, he consolidated client services to their highest satisfaction ratings and reduced budget by $100 million. In 2002, Sean was recruited by pharmaceutical services company C3i to fix its struggling business, a turnaround that he resourcefully executed in less than 60 days as Senior Vice President and General Manager. Sean found his start in the industry with Schering Plough Pharmaceuticals. In 1996, he characteristically rolled up his sleeves to convert Schering Plough’s Managed Care and Health Management group from an entity not delivering value, to a top team in the business with the highest IT satisfaction. Sean initially proved his worth to the company as a consultant in 1994, when he designed and developed the first Third-Party Data Warehouse system in the industry, enabling Schering Plough to deploy its field sales organizations up to 10 days faster than the competition and at a reduced cost.  

    Sean is in the highest echelon of experience for managing large technical organizations and leading the development and implementation of business-driven digital IT programs.  He also has extensive operational and financial experience, overseeing all IT Financial Planning and Analysis, leading IT business plan development, financial forecasting, financial analysis, and capital commitment planning, as well as competitive analysis and benchmarking.  Sean possesses strong communication acumen, skilled at delivering technology-oriented messages to nontechnology-oriented people. He has succeeded in breaking down the walls between IT and other business units positioning IT as a key strategic partner. Sean is consistently recognized as a top performer in both measurable results and organization-shaping behaviors.     A senior executive and philanthropist, Atefeh (Atti) Riazi has served in both the public and private sectors as a CIO, managing large‐scale technology projects and initiatives. She is presently the SVP and Chief Information Officer at Memorial Sloan Kettering. In this role, she oversees the integration of data and technology resources across MSK and develops the data and digital platforms that will enable MSK to meet critical patient care and research objectives.

     For over 7 years she held the post of Assistant Secretary‐General and Chief Information Technology Officer of the United Nations, transforming the technology function into a strategic partner. Atti is also the Executive Director of the nonprofit CIOs Without Borders.

    Earlier, Atti was the Executive Vice President and CIO of the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA)—also acting as its General Manager, responsible for a $3B organization staffed by over 12K employees.
    Prior to that, Atti served as the global CIO of communications giant Ogilvy & Mather for over nine years, overseeing all technology across 400 offices in 100 countries.

    In her preceding role as the Vice President and CIO of MTA New York City Transit, Atti implemented the extraordinarily successful $2B automated fare collection system (MetroCard).

    Atti has published many articles and studies. She speaks frequently on issues involving technology for social good, responsible innovation, and cybersecurity.

    Scott is currently the COO of Hudson’s Bay in Canada.  Scott joined HBC in 2019 with over 20 years of retail technology experience having been an executive at major retailers L.L. Bean and Lowe’s Home Improvement, where Scott was SVP for Omni Channel Technologies.  Scott has worked extensively globally overseeing technology teams in both Canada and India for the last 7 years.  Since 2019, Scott has led the transformation of HBC’s technology with a digital strategy that resulted in the migration of all company websites and mobile applications to Salesforce, along with 3 Global Contact Centers.  This enabled double digit growth for all digital channels while increasing profitability.  The overall modernization strategy extends to Stores and associates with technology upgrades, new applications, increased mobility and a cloud migration.   Currently Scott serves on the Digital Transformation Committee for the City of Toronto and is helping to define the digital transformation strategy with city board members.  Scott has also served on advisory boards while in Maine for the Maine Community Colleges and in Charlotte North Carolina as an advisor to the Charlotte Area Technology Collaborative.   Prior to his technology career, Scott served in the U.S. Army as a captain in the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum.

    Vito Sardanopoli is an accomplished executive with broad expertise in the areas of cyber security, information technology and enterprise risk management.  Over his career he has helped to build and advance cybersecurity programs and information technology initiatives for organizations across multiple industries including healthcare, financial services, and retail. 

    Vito currently serves as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for U.S. Imaging Network, a national provider of advanced diagnostic imaging programs.  In this role, Vito is building a comprehensive security, privacy and IT risk management program to support this growing enterprise.  Previously Vito served in cybersecurity and technology executive leadership roles as CISO for Quest Diagnostics, Atlantic Health System, Tiffany & Co, and The American Stock Exchange. 

    Vito previously served as an appointed member of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Health Care Industry Cybersecurity Task Force (HCIC Task Force), which focused on identifying and addressing opportunities to improve cybersecurity practices across the healthcare industry. Vito currently also serves as an active member of the Healthcare Sector Coordinating Council (HSCC) Cyber Working Group, which is tasked with helping to implement many of the recommendations included in the HCIC Task Force published report.

    Vito earned a M.B.A. in Finance, and Technology Management and Operations, from New York University - Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Iona College.
