  • Srini Alagarsamy
    Senior Vice President, Digital Technology

    Srini Alagarsamy is an accomplished technology executive with a highly successful career spanning more than two decades. He currently serves as Senior Vice President, Digital Technology at General Motors Financial. His remarkable track record includes working in Fortune 500 financial services companies, driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives, and leading global teams.

    His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration degree from the Yale School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from India.

    Over the years, Srini has actively developed strategies that leverage digital technology, transforming various organizations. His ability to lead by example, guide his team members toward a shared goal, and keep them motivated have resulted in many successful initiatives. Srini is a strong proponent of open communication, fostering collaboration between team members and allowing them to work constructively together.

  • Mike Anderson
    Chief Digital and Information Officer

    Mike Anderson serves as Chief Digital and Information Officer for Netskope. Over the past 25 years, he has built and led high-performing teams across a wide range of disciplines, including sales, operations, business development, and information technology. He joined Netskope from Schneider Electric, a global fortune 500 company, where he served as SVP, CIO and Digital Leader for North America.

     

    In 2020, Constellation Research named him a member of the Business Transformation 150, an elite list that recognizes the top global executives leading business transformation efforts in their organizations. The National Diversity Council also recognized him as a Top 50 CIO for diversity and inclusion in 2020 and 2021.

     

    Before Schneider Electric, Mike served as CIO for CROSSMARK, where he digitally transformed the business capabilities for the 40,000 employee service provider to the retail and consumer goods industry. Also, he has held executive leadership roles at Enterprise Mobile, a Microsoft joint venture that is now part of Honeywell, Insight, Software Spectrum, and InVerge, a web services pioneer that he co-founded in 1999.

     

    Mike serves on numerous technology and industry advisory boards and volunteers his time working with nonprofits focused on mental health and suicide prevention and those that benefit the development of our future workforce in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

  • Chris Andrews

    Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas Wesleyan University as well as a Master’s in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas Arlington. Chris is currently the CIO for Unleashed Brands. Chris has held similar roles at Smoothie King, Pei Wei Asian Diner and On The Border. Chris has built out high performing IT organizations, implemented best-in-class digital platforms and utilized an all cloud-based approach for the supporting infrastructure and systems.

    Chris started his career with his family’s Dallas based IT outsourcing company before transitioning to consulting at KPMG and Grant Thornton. Chris approaches tough technical and operational situations with a strong analytical and pragmatic approach anchored in his servant leadership style. His approach encompasses a leveraged blend of outsourcers/contractors, cloud services, in-house infrastructure and SaaS.

    Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work in a variety of verticals and has been exposed to a wide array of technology solutions and architecture. His work experience has included IT effectiveness reviews, security penetration testing, data warehouse design, bankruptcy turn-around and IT governance reviews.

    Chris has presented on Digital Innovation and Tech Strategy at several national conferences including MURTEC, FSTech, Pervasive Software’s IntegratioNEXT 9 and InnoTech Dallas.

    Chris was recognized as an Enterprise Finalist by the 2022 Dallas CIO of the Year ORBIE® Awards for his outstanding leadership, management effectiveness, and business value created through technology innovation as Chief Information Officer of Smoothie King. Chris also holds advisory roles on the Board of Governors for the Restaurant Technology Network, Dallas Chair of the IFBTA and Innovation Advisory Council Member for Vation Ventures.

    In Chris’ spare time he is an avid Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner\competitor and can be found watching his 15-year-old twins play soccer around the Great State of Texas.

    Nellson Burns moved to Dallas in 2007 from Houston to become Holly Corporation’s Vice President of Information Technology.  Holly Corporation is an independent petroleum refiner and marketer producing high-value products such as gasoline, diesel and jet fuel as well as specialty lubricants, oil and waxes.  Holly has major refinery operations New Mexico, Utah and Oklahoma that drive revenues above 8 billion dollars per year.  Nellson, a rising star in the Metroplex IT community, was recruited by Holly for this role at the age of 32.  Nellson helped complete the successful implementation of a comprehensive SAP software suite in 2007.  When Holly acquired two significant refineries within seven months in 2009 and doubled its refining capacity, Nellson successfully spearheaded the rapid business and technology integration efforts, including integrating the new refineries into SAP with a 4 week period.  He will get the chance to leverage these integration skills again, as Holly plans to merge with Frontier Oil Corporation in the early 3rdquarter this year.  Prior to joining Holly, Nellson was with Ernst & Young’s, then CapGemini’s, Oil & Gas SAP practice for nine years, were he “refined” his IT leadership skills.  Nellson serves as a member of the SIM DFW Chapter Board, and is the chairman of the global advisory council for SAP’s for Oil & Gas sector.  He is also on the advisory board for the Terry Foundation, the state’s largest private source of full academic scholarships.

    Jonathan has served as Executive Director of NPower Texas since March 2021.  He joins NPower from Mobile Mini Solutions, a global storage solutions company, where he has served as Regional Director for the past six years. He is a former Army Military Intelligence Officer. He served seven and a half years on active duty and one year in the Virginia National Guard.

    Jonathan has many passions in life, but his biggest passion is motivating and inspiring people. His greatest professional accomplishment was helping to promote several individuals into roles with greater responsibility. As such, he recently authored his first book titled, Caterpillars Don’t Fly, which encourages people to unlock their inner potential and live life to the fullest.

    Jonathan has a Master’s degree in Business and Organizational Management from Webster University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and English from Norwich University, and a Master Certificate in Applied Project Management and Six Sigma-Black Belt from Villanova University.

    Jonathan was born and raised in New York City. He is married to his wife of 10+ years with three wonderful children, living in Dallas, Texas.
