As a Vice President of Technology for OppenheimerFunds, Audrey Kiszla built out Program Office capabilities with a focus on enterprise collaboration and continuously improving speed to market of business relevant technology solutions that drive system and organizational transformation. In addition to establishing a Program Office, Audrey is a key leader in efforts to modernize technology platforms and business practices. She led several multi-year programs to re-architect a legacy mainframe platform, implement data warehouse strategies and enable a corporate lift out strategy by converting the Fund Accounting systems from a custom in-house platform to a vendor platform.
Audrey’s career spans 30 years in technology related areas of responsibility for industries as varied as oil and gas, lotteries, telecommunications and financial. She began her career developing payroll, investment and lottery systems and progressed to management of development and production support teams. Prior to OppenheimerFunds, she held Senior Management roles at U S Bank and Janus Capital.
Audrey has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Colorado State University and a Masters in Business from University of Colorado.
