Boaz Gelbord serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at Dun and Bradstreet where he leads the company’s global information security program. Previously, Boaz served as Bloomberg’s Chief Information Security Officer where he had overall executive responsibility for the security of one of the world's largest private networks. Prior to that, Boaz was the CISO of News Corp’s Amplify division and was one of the founders of the European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA), the official information security agency of the European Union. Boaz began his career building mobile encryption systems at KPN Dutch Telecom in the Netherlands.
Boaz holds a PhD in mathematics from the Technion in Israel and has authored a number of information security related patents. He is an appointed member of the President’s National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee’s (NSTAC) Cybersecurity Subcommittee and is a member of the Computing Advisory Board at NYU.
