Mr. Warren started his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and was a manager in the firm’s Network Solutions consulting practice. He moved to Heller Financial, a middle market commercial lender, where he was Vice President Information Technology responsible for Major Projects and eCommerce Technology Strategy. While at Heller, he successfully led Heller’s largest IT investment in over 10 years, an enterprise-wide technology architecture and integration initiative. As a result of that project, he was recognized as one of the Top 5 IT project managers in North America with the receipt of the 1998 Project Leadership Award sponsored by ABT Corporation. Prior to joining USG, Mr. Warren worked at a B2B Internet startup, Commerx, often recognized by its flagship marketplace Plasticsnet.com, as well as a small Chicago based consulting firm.

He earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and his MM with a concentration in Finance and Strategy from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
