Mr. Curtis Coleman is the Former Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer for the leading international system storage company, Seagate Technology. Curtis has over twenty-five years experience in IT architecture, Cybersecurity, and management. He holds multiple professional security certifications, including CISSP, CISM. CGEIT, and CRISC. He is an internationally recognized leader and conference speaker in the areas of Security Leadership, Computer Security Architecture, Web and e-Business Security. Curtis is a visiting scientist at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL), and is a founding member of the governing board for LLNL's Network Security Innovation Center. Along with his professional career, Curtis is also focused on academic excellence, recently becoming a member of Upsilon Pi Epsilon, the National Computer Science Honor Society. Curtis has a Master of Science in Information Assurance from Norwich University, and is pursuing Ph.D., researching Artificial Immune Systems and Cybersecurity Intelligence. His professional peers selected Curtis as the winner of the West Coast Information Security Executive of the Year Award, and he is listed in ExecRank's "Top 150 Security Executive Rankings" for North America. He is a highly sought-after thought leader, serving on the following Security Advisory Councils: Oracle, Intel-McAfee, Salesforce.com and Palo Alto Networks.
