Dan Roberts joined Ouellette & Associates Consulting, Inc. (O&A) in 1986, was named President of the firm in 1995, and in December 1999, he acquired the company.
He meets and strategizes with IT and business executives and their leadership teams across North America on issues relating to IT transformation and culture change, building the IT workforce of the 21st century, and marketing IT's value.
Dan is a contributing author of O&A's book titled Unleashing the Power of IT
(Wiley, 2011). He has published numerous articles in industry journals and contributed to O&A's books titled, Leading IT Transformation, IT At Your Service, IT Internal Consulting, and How to Market the IT Department Internally.
Dan is a frequent speaker at IT industry and corporate events, including the CIO Forum & Executive IT Summit Series, national SIMposium, NERCOMP, and the Sports & Entertainment Alliance in Technology (SEAT).
Dan believes that there has never been a better time to be in the IT profession and that those IT professionals who reinvent themselves will thrive in this new environment. This will necessitate the development of a new mindset and skill set that ensures they are positioned as the consultative, client focused, marketing-savvy, and provider of choice.
