Genady Vishnevetsky serves as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Stewart Information Services Corporation, leading provider of real estate services, including global residential and commercial title insurance, escrow and settlement services, lender services, underwriting, specialty insurance and other solutions that facilitate successful real estate transactions. An established leader with experience in building successful security program and developing the defense against emerging threats, Vishnevetsky leads security, governance and compliance program for the enterprise.
In his past role as the Vice President of Security and Information Security Officer at Paymetric, Genady built cyber security, governance, and compliance program for US fifth largest payment processor of card-not-present electronic payments using SAP and Oracle ERP systems with estimated 78 million credit card transaction totaling $35 billion annually. Genady created a mature security program that received recognition and high rating by independent third-party security assessor. He attained and successfully maintained PCI DSS certification and other compliance programs for the enterprise.
Prior to joining Paymetric, Mr. Vishnevetsky held key positions of increasing responsibilities with EFUNDS Corporation (presently Fidelity National Information Services), Surgient, a technology startup company in Austin, TX, and DataRace Incorporated, a major custom modem manufacturer in San Antonio, TX.
Genady holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree. He is an active, contributing member of the Cybersecurity community. Mr. Vishnevetsky is a member of CISO governing body for Evanta and CISO Executive Network Advisory Council. He is past board member for ISSA and Executive Steering Council member for Secure World Expo. He is a frequent speaker at security events and conferences. Genady holds current certifications for Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).
