Joe Foley is a leader in applying data science and analytics to enhance the performance and value of Information Technology services.  An experienced executive with more than two decades in a variety of IT leadership roles, he started applying data science to IT challenges in 2014.  He has invented and implemented a range of analytic solutions that reduce waste and errors in IT service delivery resulting in lower cost, faster speed to market and higher quality. Joe has a Graduate Certificate in Data Mining from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
