With more than 25 years of experience in information security and critical infrastructure protection, Keith currently serves as Vice President and Information Security Officer for the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. In this capacity, he has leadership and management responsibility for all facets of the Bank’s Information Security program as well as all IT infrastructure functions. Within the Federal Reserve System, he has led a large number of strategic and high priority national projects that have served to protect the Federal Reserve, financial institutions and our nation’s economy. Concurrently with his service to the Federal Reserve, Keith has led or participated in numerous initiatives that support the missions of federal law enforcement and the intelligence community, including the FBI, DoD, DHS and others. Prior to joining the Federal Reserve, Keith worked for a large Department of Defense contractor.
Keith is often called on to serve as an advisor to private sector companies and government organizations dealing with cyber security, national security and critical infrastructure protection issues. He has appeared on regional and national news programs and at numerous conferences as the keynote speaker recognizing his expertise on the topics of national security, cyber security and critical infrastructure protection.
