Kelvin is the CEO and Executive Director of the National Cyber Security Alliance (NCSA). In this role, he works with the world’s most recognizable tech and financial services companies (members hold $4.5 trillion in market capital) to build strong partnerships around cybersecurity.
Prior to NCSA, Kelvin was CEO of Route 2 Strategies (RT2) where he worked with several organizations including the National Defense ISAC. Before RT2, Kelvin served as a Strategic Director at FireEye, a threat intelligence company. He managed National Security Agency/Department of Defense issues related to government intelligence networks. Kelvin also spent many years with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Office of Cybersecurity and Communications where he served as Director of Intergovernmental Affairs and Staff Director of the President’s National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee. During the Obama Administration, he worked at the White House as Director of State Engagement at the National Security Council - Cyber Directorate.
